Ocean side

Wonderfully positioned opposite the beach. Sit on the balcony and watch the waves. Listen to them as you go to sleep.

It was freezing whilst there, great location, needs an update, would take a large oil heater next time, only had little blower ones.

The unit is in an excellent location close to amenities and a small retail centre. Views from the top level are spectacular and the beach a few steps away.Unfortunately it is in need of a deep clean and refreshed facilities. For instance my daughter stayed for four nights and did not use any of the kitchen implements due to their condition. The double bunks were so rickety that the children did not feel safe and refused to sleep on the top bunk. All documentation prior to rental advises a check out of 10 am. When the keys are picked it becomes return the keys to L J Hooker in Batemans Bay, some 12-15 km away, by 10 am. There is a L J Hooker office in Malua Bay a few hundred metres from the unit. Surely the keys could be returned there. It would appear that the proprietor is prepared to take the rent money without providing a facility that is in a condition to ensure a fully satisfying stay.

Property well located but could do with a good clean and maybe a slash of paint Got a bit tired of reading all the dos and don'ts planted in different spots. Outdoor furniture on balcony could definately do with a clean; have stayed in motels that are better and cheaper and have everything supplied...linen, towels etc.......(who wants to pack linen etc along with everything else) it was a last minute booking otherwise would not have booked here.

Position

Amazing position. Right on the beach Living area upstairs so great view. Unit had what you needed, just needed a bit of finishing of some painting on doors etc. Unit was mostly clean but could have done with a deeper clean such as oven, door tracks and patios and some cooking items like frypan replaced.

Stayed for 1 week. A beautiful location. Cannot get better position. Unit is not pristine , a little tired although it makes for a very comfortable relaxing stay. FYI no Voda phone reception due to only having 3G although Optus worked. Still an enjoyable holiday if you can do without your phone . :)

Mum & I attended a wedding in November & stayed five nights. This place has the most glorious view of the ocean, it’s walking distance to a supermarket, great Chinese restaurant & cafes, and the best comfy beds

Dirty and dusty carpets , dirty sheets and covers ,only one toilet roll in the bathroom

Not even the basic amenities like extra toilet rolls , dishwashing soap were provided . The carpet was extremely dirty and dusty . Even the sheets were soiled and unclean

Old property and furnishings, needs a deep clean post Covid and need to take own bedding/towels. But the views were worth it all. Perfect getaway and amenities near by were great

Apartment at Malua Bay

Beautiful location. Apartment needs some love and updating. Also cleaning is not up to scratch, dirt in corners, next to fridge, hand rail on stairs needs cleaning. Generally a little grotty.

Beachfront heaven

Perfect spot for listening to the waves as you fall asleep. The unit was clean and well equipped. The spot is perfect - on the beach, across from the park and a few steps away from the shops.

10000% recommend to stay at this property if you're looking to escape for a few days. will 100% look at staying here again and Raymonds Chinese a short 30 second walk is my favourite restaurant ever. 100% recommend.

Fantastic Location

Couldn’t ask for a location closer to the beach; situated abt 15 min drive south of Batemans Bay which was great. The property needs a little tlc applied but overall it was very comfortable, clean and with all the amenities that are needed. Great having two bathrooms.
