Välkommen till vår helt renoverade lägenhet i ett perfekt läge. Det är bara en snabb promenad över strandpromenaden bakom oss till stranden, plus ett par kvarter till hjärtat av Port Aransas och alla söta stranden butiker, restauranger, livsmedelsbutik, etc. Luta sig tillbaka och njuta av det bästa av båda världar.
Vår lägenhet har ett sovrum med en stor säng, en stor klädkammare, massor av inbyggda ins och hyllor för förvaring, och en in-enhet tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Twin rulla bort och soffa ger extra sovplats. Det finns två stora platt-TV med DVD-spelare, en i sovrummet och en i vardagsrummet. Det finns också en privat uteplats för att njuta av golfen vindar. Fransk stil kylskåp med frys och ismaskin i botten. Samhället pool i bra läge bara några steg bort. Great Beach Vacation

The rental was in great shape and in a perfect location facing the pool, a short 5 minute walk from the beach, and 5 minutes from downtown Port A. Would definitely recommend for a couples trip.

Lovely getaway

Cute little condo in a pleasant area. We enjoyed the pool and the quick walk to the beach. Kids slept comfortably on the pull out couch and the bed was very confortavle. We would stay here again.

Comfortable Condo

Nice condo that worked for us. Bed is comfortable. Updated appliances, pleanty of room. Liked the large kitchen Island. AC will freeze you out if you set it too low at night. TV in living and bedroom. All in all we would stay here again while in Port A.

Wonderful Anniversary Experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 25th anniversary and we honeymooned in one of these condos. We wanted to come back to celebrate our anniversary. The condo was wonderful and we enjoyed being here. We experienced only 2 issues: 1 there was no carafe to the coffee pot and 2. the light outside the front of the condo lights up the room at night and made it like daytime when we were trying to sleep. On the second night we hung the blanket over the windows and that helped. Over all it was a great experience and were so happy to be there! Thank you!!

We rented bikes for the weekend and biked all over the island & beaches, only using our car at night. Although this is an older building, the unit has been updated and looked nice. Good layout, abundant storage, very large shower and a washer/dryer made this a comfortable & relaxing place to spend our long weekend in Port A.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’m usually a winter Texan so I have stayed in many different places in Port A. I was underwhelmed by this unit. Property description included a dishwasher, but there was not a dishwasher. Kitchen not very well equipped, found coffee maker under the sink and dirty. It was very damp and humid so I dragged out the de-humidifier from the closet and had it running the whole time. Shades in bedroom not room darkening and outside soffit lights shining inside made it difficult to sleep. Had to clean the patio furniture myself with paper towels. No complaints about Sunrise Villas, just not happy with this unit.

Nice beach vacation place

This place has great access to the beach and to the main area of Port A. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioner kept up with the hottest part of the day. Check in and check out are super easy. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Condo in a great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property checked all the boxes! It was beautifully decorated and had plenty of room for the two of us. The pool was nice and parking was easy to navigate. My only point of dissatisfaction was the overwhelming smell of mothballs (I guess that is what is was). I understand the reason for mothballs, but it was quite pungent. Other than that, the place was spot-on with comfort, the air conditioner kept up with the July heat. We would stay there again for sure.
