We loved the location and the cottage was very cute, neat, tidy, and had a full kitchen, which I wasnt expecting for an "efficiency" type room. We didn’t receive the check in instructions until a few hours before arrival which made me a little nervous however it all worked out ok. Know that if you rent a golf cart, you only have 1 parking place and they couldnt give me a suggestion as to where to park our car. We figured something out after arriving. We would stay here again for a couple of nights.

Super easy to check in and out. I had such a great stay at this place! The home was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. Everything was well taken care of, and the little details really made it feel special. The location was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for getting away and just enjoying the time.The host was also fantastic communication was smooth and everything was set up to make the stay stress free. It honestly felt like a hidden gem, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a cozy, enjoyable getaway. I’d love to come back again!

Great little spot in Port A, close to many dining options and not too far from the beach. The cottage is clean and well equipped, and the check in and check out were easy and painless. We would definitely stay here again.

Cottage Stay

The property was nice and clean. The check-in and check-out process was smooth as well and it was convenient being in walking distance to so many things. The only complaints we had was that the shower water would not stay warm for more than two minutes, the mattress was pretty cheap so it was hard to sleep comfortably, and the AC struggled to keep the cottage cool. If those aren't things that would bother you, then this place is perfect!

Clean and comfortable. Well equipped with virtually everything we needed. also very quiet.

we had no issues during our stay. we were able to park right in front of the unit which was very convenient. The beach was within waling distance as were restaurants and convenience stores. Check-in and check-out were easy.

Great location

The location was excellent, close to beach, restaurants and stores! The cottage is great for one person.The closet was too small. No place for luggage, the bed sheets felt like burlap no thread count. The mattress was hard, felt like we were sleeping on box spring. Shower was great, water pressure was amazing! Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. Had gas stove which was easy to operate and cook on. The back porch was decorated with table and chairs for eating out or sitting area with two chairs and small table for drinks. We probably wouldn’t stay again, the price was not suitable for the room we stayed in.

No good info on how we were going to be texted on door codes and “click on” instructions for checking out. I had to call to figure that out. Response to calls was excellent. Patio was a tall small walled in space. No grill.

Babymoon!

We had a great time here on our babymoon. This is so close to everything! We couldn't be happier with our trip. We had everything we needed in the condo and if we needed extra supplies, the store, restaurants and shopping were in walking distance. Will be coming back in the future.

Cottage Rental at 523 South Station St. Port Aransas, TEXAS

Where do I start? TV was not connected to the net; Internet was not connected and after calling the office they send a technician. Very nice guy but he couldn't connect into the net. He said that they had problems with the network and wouldn't be available until Sunday. Tried to connect it using the net from the next cottage, but he couldn't. We ended up missing out on the College games and we watched old episodes of BULL through Roku on Ion Plus. My wife was planning on working on her PC, but she could not connect to the internet. Finally, the place was not very clean. My wife found four little cockroaches in the bathroom, and she had to call for more towels and a blanket. She is going to contact the office on Monday to request a refund of one night.

Nice, clean studio/cottage.

This property met our need. We were in town for an event and needed a nice clean place to sleep, eat on the run and relax at the end of the evening. The cottage was great. Only areas for recommended improvement are a need for a corner shelving unit or wall unit above the toilet to sit your toiletries eyc. The pedestal sink and toilet lid did not provide enough space. The bed was a 6 out of ten . It was firm which is good, but hard with no flexibility/cushion to it. Also a bit noisy with any movement. Lastly, an extra blanket would be nice. The place was well appointed and super clean. Overall a great experience.
