The house is in a great neighborhood. It is a short golf cart drive to the beach. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out.

We loved our stay by the beach! Very awesome house with loads of room and incredible kitchen. Best part was that our pup, Hank, could join us and he loved it there too. He really loved the yard and being able to walk with us to the beach. We all just had the most fabulous time. Thank you to Teri for being an incredible host!

Great pet friendly and family friendly home

This was a great house in a perfect location on IOP. The house has everything you need including a golf cart. The host is very easy to work with.

Great for our family vacation

The most important aspects of this property for me were cleanliness and location. Having access to a golf cart made it perfect. Teri was helpful and great to work with. I appreciate her flexibility! I would highly recommend!

As expected.

We grad a great time. The house is in a very convenient location close to the beach and a short drive to a shopping area. The owner was very responsive and courteous. The golf cart is a nice plus. We will recommend this house for families going to the Isle of Palms.

We love the coast and all it has to offer, from in & off shore fishing to kayaking and StandUp paddle boarding. We hope you'll come fall in love with IOP and become IOPeeps with us!

Varför värden valde detta boende

IOP is loved by many, so traffic can get pretty crazy on Palm Blvd headed toward Wild Dunes BUT it's not a problem for Station House @ 28th!

Our house is nestled in between the Intracoastal Waterway/ Morgan Creek and the Ocean, so you don't have to make the LONG trek on Palm Blvd. Just turn left onto 21st Avenue (after the Connector & Harris Teeter on the left) and right onto Waterway Blvd to 28th Avenue and Station House is at the end of the cul-de-sac.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Having a quiet, cul de sac on IOP is almost unheard of but we have it! It is perfect for letting the kids ride their bikes, scooters & skateboards, since you don't have to worry about traffic or a busy street!

Plus, with IOP Rec's pickle ball & tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, yoga, baseball, soccer fields, great children's park and dog park for you to use when you'd like next door, there's something for everyone!
