House was clean and in a quiet neighborhood!!! Convient to town and had everything we needed to be comfortable. My only complaint is they need to put a few lamps in the bedrooms and living room area. Nice large shower and fully equipped with a washer and dryer. We enjoyed our stay very much and will stay again when the need arises!!!!

Cute bungalow, just the right size for my 2 sisters and I. We spent a lot of time sitting around the dining table just visiting.Morning coffee on the deck was my happy place.Suggestions - a tray of assorted k-cups, along with some sugar/powdered creamer would be nice. Not everyone travels with their own.Glassware- a few wine glasses (Dollar Tree!) and other small glasses.Will definitely recommend Red Door Retreat!

Super cute house, nice quiet neighborhood. I have kids that live here so I utilized the back parking quite a bit & accidentally got locked in the backyard, it would be nice for trash too if at least the back gate was accessible. I ended up climbing over at 5:30 am our first day . The beds are nice and comfortable and there’s even an iron. The house worked perfectly for our small family to visit & see their sister. It’s nice & spacious and it was nice and cool in the dead of the summer.

Convenient Location

Property owners communicated wonderfully! We booked the house in hopes it would accommodate us for everything we had going on in the area, it did not disappoint! Excellent location for everything. The neighbors we encountered were very nice although being the 4th of July weekend very loud. The only things I could remotely recommend for a change is to leave air fresheners up to guests as these were a bit overpowering if in close proximity and my allergies went nuts. Thankfully they were plug-ins so that was easy fix. Also to use unscented laundry detergent/fabric softener etc as the scent was awfully close to same effect. Overall I would book it again if needed, I would just ask more questions and be prepared! Thank you to Rebecca and Bryan!!! I hope we didn’t leave a big mess for you. -Dawn

This was perfect! Very well kept house. More spacious than the pictures made it look. Great communication with the owners! I’d definitely stay there again if I need to go to Joplin again! Highly recommend! The price was great too!

The house was very clean and cozy! The owners were very quick with responses to questions. There is a nice backyard area and the home is conveniently located close to just about everything we needed. I would recommend!

Graduation family celebration

It's a nice house with three bedrooms. We were there with my son's family and my Daughter who was graduating. The neighborhood is a family atmosphere, a perfect place to celebrate a great achievement with those dearest to you.

Convenient Joplin stay

Nice older home with good upgrades. Plenty of room and convenient, but most things are in Joplin. Lots of train whistles in distance. Busy train town. Nice stay.

Great house, great hosts

Bryan and Rebecca have done a great job with this adorable house. SUPER clean and well stocked. Their response times to our few questions have been great. We would rent here again next time we are in town.
