Million dollarvisningarna kommer att föryngra och inspirera! Se rådjur och örnar som flyger när du sitter på en av två verandor med utsikt över sjön. Nästan alla rum i detta hus har utsikt. Sprid ut på denna privata fristad för att vandra, vandra eller fiska på sandstränderna nedan, eller bara slappna av!

Nedre våningen har en master king sovrum och drottning gäst sovrum. På övervåningen finns en våningssäng med fyra dubbelsängar, ett annat "andra" master king sovrum och dubbel futon i gameroom. Full badrum på övervåningen med badkar och dusch ner, samt en halv bad ner. Matsalen rymmer 10 personer, tillsammans med plats för 4 i baren och sex på uteplatsen. Njut av en propanbrandpit på veranda samt en vedeldad eldgrop nedanför. Foosball bord, spel, satellit-TV och DVD-spelare står till ditt förfogande. Beautiful home on Sam Raburn Lake!! This house is beautiful and built to last! Plenty of space to gather or get away when needed!!! Highly recommend staying here, our family will be going back!!!

Family Getaway

The property was perfect for a family retreat. We really enjoyed the deck and the large kitchen/ bar. Everyone loved the views and the fire pit on the deck.

Relaxing Family Holiday Gathering

Perfect winter gathering spot for family with plenty of space both indoors and out. Spectacular view of the lake! Enjoyed cooking hot dogs and s'mores outdoors on the fire pit. Only made the trek down the bluff to the lake once though. I bit tricky for the older folks!

Nice get a way

Everything g was great on this trip. Few minor things that could improve such as trail to lake is steep and the wood on stairway is very sketchy and broken and the water well wasn’t the greatest. The view was spectacular and the house was wonderful.

Great trip

The house was perfect for our group of 10. One guy had to sleep on the couch, but he didn’t mind. The fishing was good and the view was great.

Only one thing wrong

The only issue we had was the road… Hauling boats in and out twice a day got old. Had to go slow due to road conditions and not wanting to throw mud/ rock on boat. Only other very minor issue was the water pressure in down stairs shower. Other than that everything was great. If that road was paved I would never stay anywhere else on the lake!

Fantastic View

We had a family of 9 adults and 7yr and 4yr old. Plenty of room. Beds very comfy. The decor was over the top. The VIEW is fantastic!! Could just sit and watch the eagles soar. The trip down to the lakeshore is a bit much, thankful for the walking sticks and no rain(not to slippery yet). In the summer, I'm sure would be nice for swimming nice beach area. The owners were quick to respond if any problems, roku not working and needing a light bulb. I havent used VRBO much, so didn't realize needing paper goods. There are plenty of dishes and cooking utensils if you dont mind filling the dishwasher and emptying. We as a family highly recommend this piece of heaven!

Lake House Get Away

The Zavalla Hide Away is the perfect get away. The property has all of the modern amenities with the beauty and serenity of the lake. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck drinking coffee in the mornings seeing all the wild life, with the gorgeous view of the lake!

Family Lake House Vacation

The house was very spacious and stocked. The climb down to the lake was lil rough for some of my family members but the owners are working on that issue so that was great to know. Overall we had a great time and made some great memories.

Zavalla visit

Great location for a trip at any time, but even more so in these times as you won’t need to engage with anyone during your stay. Property as described, with experience as great as we anticipated. Walk to beach is not perfect if carrying kayak or other, but manageable if you are steady on your feet.

This property immediately spoke to us when we found it - to have a million dollar view on such a wonderful lake is worth sharing! We love the fact that its considered a nature lover's lake, so it's not littered with a sea of boat docks, tons of people and no trash- so serene and peaceful!
