The complex where this condo is is quiet and well taken care of. We would sit out on the porch and watch the ocean break against the rocks as golfers would play the 12th hole. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Grocery stores are close by for those wishing to cook. It takes a little time to familiarize yourself with all the light switches especiallyin kitchen. Look at end of island closes to dining table. Some tour operators will do pickups outside complex gates. Nice place to stay. Would stay there again.

Great location, great condo, perfect condo complex

On-site staff we're kind and helpful. Location of complex was perfect for all of our excursions. Pools were nice and convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a great place to stay! Beautiful view from the lanai, well stocked kitchen, lovely swimming pools and tennis courts with pickleball lines and paddles available for checkout. The owner is very responsive to questions. I will definitely stay here again!

Great views and location

Our family of 4 plus grandparents stayed for a week. We loved the location and the views! We even saw whales from the balcony and ocean pool. If you are looking for a great space with lots of room to spread out and amenities nearby, we highly recommend it.

Kona Coast family vacation

Nice complex of condos, quiet, clean, good location. Condo itself was well set up for two couples, and a loft. Furnished nicely, well stocked kitchen and tons of beach/pool stuff. Owners were very accommodating to allow of late check out - nice bonus for us.

Beautiful and spacious

Great views of ocean and golf course. Love all the extras toys for beach and pool. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Wish we could have stayed longer.

No need to look any further!

We had a wonderful stay! Fantastic location, clean and beautifully furnished. The lanai is spectacular, roomy, comfortable with a breathtaking view. Sunsets were one of a kind right from the golf course green. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Shopping right across the highway with plenty of restaurant options. We will definitely be staying here again!

This condo fully meet our expectations. Beautiful view, very clean, well stocked kitchen, loved the extra beach items (towels, chairs, boogie boards, water shoes, beach mats, etc.) The welcome basket was a very pleasant surprise and welcoming. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Myna Birds and Beauty

The property was easy to find, and easy to enter. We loved every part of it: the decor, the lanai, the bedrooms were wonderful. My dad and friend each had a room and my son, husband and I had the loft, so it gave us all a little space of our own, plus shared space in the kitchen and living room. We swam in all the pools and explored the rocky trail and beach. We also loved the location for the shopping mall nearby for groceries and dinners out as well as a short drive into Kona and to the Volcano!

Great view and location

The property is in a good location and has a beautiful view of a golf course and ocean from the lanai. Unfortunately, the screen door at the entrance was old and rusted, not a good first impression. Some furnishings are care worn and need to be replaced. The kitchen was missing basic supplies. I texted the agent on site and my request was fulfilled the same day. The refrigerator had left over food in it from the prior occupants which we disposed of, including chicken broth, dairy items etc. Bathrooms and bedrooms have been updated and were nice. The space was clean.
