En kort resa (via bil eller lokal buss) till centrala Seattle och en lugn promenad till Discovery Park, vårt bekväma, ljusa hem bjuder in dig och dina gäster till ett vardagsrum / matsal / kökutrymme som är avsedd att dela! Det finns vackra bambusgolv och ett fullt utrustat kök med en stor gaskokare. Mikrovågsugn, mixer, kaffekanna, brödrost, vattenkokare, full kryddstång, kaffe och te runt köket.

Förutom köksbordet med plats för 6 finns det 3 barstolar i köksbaren. I en separat matsal finns också 6 vid ett stort glasbord. Både kök och matbord kan byggas ut.

Det stora sovrummet har en queen size-säng och ett stort badrum med eget badrum med dubbla handfat, ett stort badkar och en separat sida vid sida med dusch. Det mellersta sovrummet har en queen size-säng, och det främre sovrummet har två extra långa enkelsängar. Alla sängar har kvalitetslinne. De två främre sovrummen delar badrum med badkar / duschkombination.

Det finns nyckellösa poster för fram- och bakdörrar. Koppla av på uteplatsen i trädgården eller slå ihop med en bok eller ditt favorit-TV-program i vardagsrummet. We had a lovely stay at Sweet Magnolia! We celebrated a graduation, hiked Discovery Park, and enjoyed down time! The extras at the home are what lead to 6/5 star title. All little things are generous-coffee availability to soaps and much more! Thanks for a great stay!

Magnolia stay

A great stay. House was well appointed, clean, comfortable and in a very convenient location. Our hosts were wonderful and quick to respond to any questions we had. Would strongly recommend this property to anyone visiting Seattle!

Great choice, comfortable for our family!

We were very pleased we picked this home to enjoy our visit to Seattle. It was a great neighborhood and location for all our trips sightseeing and exploring. The home is updated and well kept and we felt very much at home while staying there. Would recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Excellent Central Location

In Seattle for our son's wedding, and our stay couldn't have gone better. The Magnolia home was centrally located to just about everywhere we needed to go. Amenities were excellent, as was the overall comfort of the home.

Great location that is easily accessible to all part of Seattle. Nearby grocery stores that can be accessed by car or walking. Property was clean and kitchen provided the essentials to make a meal.

This property was clean and very well stocked. Communication with owner was great. The location was perfect. We were close to great restaurants, coffee shops and our daughter college. Neighborhood was quite.

Our daughter and her husband just moved to Seattle. This home was cute, in a quiet neighborhood and immaculately cared for. We will consider it our home away from home in Seattle when we come see our kids! Thank you for letting us stay!

Great place to stay in Seattle

This was one of the best VRBOs I have stayed in. Great location in the lovely Magnolia neighborhood (only 15 minutes from downtown, easy access to Ballard, etc.). The house was immaculate, nicely furnished, had a well-stocked kitchen, and nice linens. As a group of adults in town to deliver a professional workshop, we appreciated having plenty of space to work as a team and in private.

Seattle Charmer!

Sally's bungalow in the Magnolia district is absolutely perfect. Each bedroom is well appointed, the kitchen has everything you could hope for, and the living room was so comfortable. We so enjoyed relaxing in the morning and evening after a day of tromping around the city. Finding a grocery store and a coffee shop were so easy.

Nice quiet get away

Nice, quiet, backyard and neighborhood. Very close to Metropolitan market, within walking distance. There was some construction going on around it but it wasn’t that bad. Lovely getaway very clean, very well organized.

Lovely Stay at Sweet Magnolia

I’m so glad we found this wonderful place to stay while visiting Seattle! The neighborhood was very quiet and safe, and the property was well maintained. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 to relax at the house when not exploring the local area, the city or nearby hiking trails. The house was very clean and organized. There were several thoughtful details included by the hostess that made us feel more at home on this vacation than we have at any other rental. I especially appreciated the highly organized information booklet that that the hostess had prepared! I definitely recommend this place!

Great!

Very comfortable and well-equipped house in a nice location near to Discovery Park, Ballard, and easy access to downtown or Green Lake. The kitchen is spacious and had everything we needed to prepare meals. Communications with the owner were excellent. My only negative remark would be that we noticed a mildew smell in the smaller bathroom. Thank you!

Lovely home in Magnolia

We absolutely loved our stay at this VRBO in the magnolia neighborhood. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We really enjoyed the short distance to Discovery Park and taking short walks in the neighborhood. The house is pretty toddler proof, allowing our little lady to run free in the home without us being too concerned that she would get into things she wasn’t supposed to. It was nice to not have to bring a highchair or a pack and play for our daughter to sleep in, as it was provided at the home, which is a great bonus. The best part of the whole experience was the open communication with the homeowners, they responded very swiftly to any request we had and they were very accommodating to our needs. Thank you again and we will definitely stay here again in the future. A++++++

Sweet Magnolia Review: Fabulous!

We were looking for space for five adults on a 7 day jaunt to Seattle, for sightseeing and attending a convention. Beautiful three bedroom home in quiet residential area with beautiful gardens made for lovely to walks in the morning. Cheery red door was welcoming on arrival, friendly neighbors. Beautifully furnished, fabulous kitchen. What we didn't really expect was everything we wanted to see in Seattle was reachable within 10-20 minutes. Teatro Zinzanni, the Woodburn zoo, Pikes Market, rock climbing gym at the bottom of the hill, even the local Albertsons was deceptively close by. Owners responded quickly to questions, and mobile app for vrbo properties made all our local searches a breeze for food, sights, etc. Highly recommend this property for living local in Seattle.

Charming, clean and much much larger than photos show!

THE HOME: What a fantastic stay we had in beautiful serene Magnolia at this lovingly remodeled and expanded home. It was beautifully furnished, abundantly stocked, clean as a whistle and in a quiet but convenient neighborhood. It's rare to find this combination in Seattle. MUCH BIGGER THAN IT LOOKS: Don't let photos fool you, it looks like a darling little cottage from the street but once inside it has been remodeled and added onto providing HUGE ROOMS! The Master Suite has garden access and an amazing bathroom including soaking tub. All new bathrooms, kitchen, floors, and appliances! Closets are stocked with extra blankets, fresh pillows and sheets. I loved the simple but classy decor! Be sure to grab the super soft, cozy lap blankets from the leather ottoman before easing into the comfy couch and resting your weary travelers feet on the ottoman. LOCATION: is excellent! Now I know why Magnolia is a coveted neighborhood - it's green and it's easy to get anywhere and is near the beautiful Discovery Park. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! OUR HOST: I loved reading about Sally and her husband and why they chose to have a home in Seattle. Sally was so easy to work with and although we booked at the last minute, she accommodated us and was very prompt in her responses!

Fantastic find in Seattle

We loved this property! It was perfect for our family of 3 adults and 2 teens. The owners have renovated beautifully and provided everything we needed. The place is MUCH bigger than we expected and is deceptive from the street. We had plenty of room to spread out, including two dining areas, a spacious kitchen, and a great master bedroom suite with huge bathroom and walk-in closet. The other bedrooms were small but certainly plenty of space for my teens and elderly mom to be comfortable and share a bathroom. There's full-size laundry machines, a small backyard, and a nice TV with more channels than you'll need. Everything is clean and modern and tastefully done. If they cut any corners, I didn't see them! The house is in a very quiet neighborhood close to Discovery Park and a supermarket. We felt perfectly safe and welcome. I didn't find any real restaurants in walking distance as this is residential, but I may have missed something. Be prepared to drive places but it's a quick and convenient drive to get downtown or to whatever you need. Lots of cool restaurants in the Ballard area. Street parking worked out fine, but be warned that the streets are narrow with cars parked on both sides. We understand there's a bus stop close by but chose not to deal with it as the driving was so convenient. If you are OK not being withing walking distance of the action in Seattle, and don't mind driving a few minutes to see the sites, you can't go wrong with this house. The owners have thought of everything (including dual outlet strips on either side of the master bed for charging lots of devices).

Each time we visited our daughter and her family in Magnolia we loved the area more and more! It is very close to all the fun that Seattle offers, and at the same time, so relaxed and friendly. When we found this house, which had been beautifully remodeled, we could not resist buying it. We discover an interesting shop or a great new restaurant each time we are there. There is nothing more beautiful than Seattle and Puget Sound on a sunny day...or on a wet one for that matter! We hope you will come to enjoy it as much as we do.
