The property is a condo setting with adjoining units. We wish you would have let us know while you were on site that you were hearing excessive noise. Debbie, It is unfortunate to hear you were dissatisfied with your stay. The onsite laundry room machines were out of order during your stay due to unforeseen mechanical issues that were out of our control. For the inconvenience, we offered you a solution of a refund and allowed you to use the staff laundry room to make it right. Despite our best efforts, we were still not able to please you, we wish that was not the case and hope despite the inconvenience you were still able to enjoy your vacation in Estes.
