Great space near Marina

5 women artists stayed here for the Southport Plein Air festival. We had so many beautiful sites and restaurants within walking distance. The premises was immaculate and very comfortable. We want to come and stay there next year!

Wonderful Place in Southport

We were in town for our daughter 's wedding and this was the perfect place to stay! Very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked and lots of extras were left in pantry for guests to use. Great bedrooms/baths!

Great time!!

Southport is such a beautiful town and this home is what made our trip even more perfect. Walking distance to some fantastic restaurants and a short 2 minute drive to shopping. We will stay here again for sure!

Quaint little place

Wife and mother in-law enjoyed the trip and house. Great location for a walk for coffee, lunch or dinner. All the neighbors were gone most of the week, which made for a good trip with the dogs.

Great first time! House is stocked with everything you need and property manager was very responsive to any issues we had. Great location and in walking distance to waterfront.

The house was very clean and had plenty of space for 6 adults and 3 kids.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and linens that were provided at the house. We traveled with two other couples and the layout of the house was perfect for each couple to have their own bedroom with at least a queen bed and their own bathroom to use. We definitely look forward to returning!

Very Nice!

Thanks so much for allowing us to stay at your townhome. We found it to be clean, well furnished and inviting. Our family came to Southport from SC for a wedding (our son & daughter-in-law came from FL) and it was really nice to have a comfortable place to spend a few hours with them between activities! We would definitely rent this home again.

Loved It

This is such a great house. We were close to family with a boat at the marina. The house was a perfect size to gather for meals plus we could easily walk to great dining and shopping! And a pool on top of all that. The super plus is that the beds were amazingly comfortable !!! We had a great time!

Wedding Delight

My family and I stayed in the house during Labor Day weekend 2023. I was married on 9/2/23 at the Fort Johnson house. The location of this rental house was perfect for walking to the marina and various restaurants. The house was very clean and a nice front porch for relaxing.

Amazing Location

We stayed here so we could take out our new boat that is at SPT Marina. This location is super fun and out of the way of the busy SPT. You can walk to Fishy Fishy and find fun and then come back to the front porch of peace and quiet and have your favorite beverage. This house seems huge, the way it is set up. Loved it!!

It was very comfortable, clean, easy to find, everything provided.

We were delighted to be so close to the water and The Provision Company area. We were in town for a wedding and were able to walk to almost everything needed and every event. The area is quiet and the neighbors were polite and patient with our comings and goings. The folks at Southport Realty were so helpful and kind. Our only regret was that we could not stay longer. Many thanks!

wonderful can't say enough good things

The house is beautiful, felt like home. Pool is perfect size and just steps away. Bikes were a big plus for getting around town. Southport has some great shopping and restaurants. Our favs were Provisions,Ice cream place across from Provisions, Moore Street-excellent coffee, Mr. P's excellent fried shrimp, the local thrift store across from Moore street cafe was fun-treasure hunt. Everyone is so friendly in the neighborhood and around town. I would highly recommend and look forward to coming back. Are group was five adults and 2 kids 4 & 8

Family vacation

The location was great, easy walking distance to the water, marina, and plenty of excellent restaurants. Easy check in and out, had no issues or complaints with anything. Pool is just a short walk away. Parking was adequate but kind of tight. Share a narrow driveway with a neighbor and can be tight to get in and out if you have a bigger car. Living room and master bedroom have tvs. Plenty of beach toys provided in the house can in very useful, but need to bring your own beach towels. All in all, enjoyed our stay. Nice, relaxing vacation and the rocking chairs on the porch were a great way to wind down the day.

We loved the house, but the twin beds were shown as bunk beds online. Pictures need to be updated. Additionally, there was a regular coffee maker as well as a Keurig. We were told there was only a Keurig so we brought our own coffee maker.

Marina View

We enjoyed our stay. The townhome is very warm & inviting. Just a few suggestions for improving our stay. Floors need a deep cleaning. Bed pillows in all rooms need replacing. Need more wash clothes. Queen mattress upstairs needs replacing. The bed frame for downstairs queen bed may need to be tighten and check bed frame upstairs for queen as well. We would definitely come back and stay here. We also will recommend others stay here.

Excellent Stay!

This was such a great place to stay. Very spacious and comfortable while visiting for a wedding. When we arrived we were unable to find the grill. The property manager had a new one delivered within hours! The property management has excellent communication. Every response was quick and informative. I would definitely recommend this house. It is very clean and has just about anything you would need for your stay. We had clean linens, pillows and towels. Nothing seemed old or overused. Even the neighbors were very friendly and welcoming! They offered local advice for food and attractions. Very nice place!

Wonderful visit at a wonderful home

Great house and a wonderful location. We went sailing out of the marina right across the street. Could not have been more convenient. It was also a very short walk to all the shops/parks/restaurants/bars/ice cream/coffee etc. in Southport. Only complaints are that the dishwasher did not work and upstairs was very hot. It seems the upstairs AC unit/zone was not functioning properly. The neighborhood was very cute and kid friendly. As was the community pool. The house was very spacious and well appointed. Worked wonderfully for 3 couples and 2 small children. Would be nice to have one more chair at the kitchen table.

Nice from far Far from nice

First time in Southport. Loved the the town. The house was awful. The photos are not accurate. The home is not comfortable at all. The couches are old, lumpy and smell. In fact the home itself smelled of old cooking oil. The beds were old and the synthetic sheets disgusting. The pillows were a hodge podge of old and lumpy. the knives in the kitchen were rusty! The wood floors were filthy my socks told the story. The blinds are plastic and full of dust. Parking is challenging. In the end, pick another rental.

Perfect house for family

My family and I were very impressed with how well the house was stocked. It was as if we were home! The kitchen had everything you needed, even children cups and utensils. There was plenty of room for everyone and the location was perfect to walk to town. We got through a terrible tropical storm with no issues. Would definitely come back again

In for a wedding

We had come in for a good friends wedding and it was wonderful to be able to stay and spend time with our adult kids all together. The house had everything we needed and was so relaxing just like being at home. If was a short walk downtown and down to the pier area was quite and peaceful. House was very well decorated and very clean.
