We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Fountain Hills. The neighborhood was very quiet. The property was very secluded. The house had a very nice floor plan. The pool was lovely and we paid to have it heated. The home had everything we needed. We are planning on going back next year. Jill was an excellent hostess and kept us updated on several things that were out of her control.

A well appointed home with very nice pool and hottub. Everything we needed was there from kitchenware to toys and games for the kids. The yard was beautiful and a nice place to enjoy the quiet. The layout of the home was perfect for us and had enough space to give everyone privacy but with lots of space to gather as well.

Quiet, family friendly

We loved this house! It was the perfect layout to have two families as there was a master bathroom and another bathroom at the other end of the house. The pool and hot tub were amazing and the location was perfect.

We had an amazing time spending the week at this beautiful home. We spent our days relaxing by the super warm pool and our nights watching movies in the main room. There is a lot of seating in the backyard which was perfect to soak up the sun or stay under the covered patio in the shade. The kitchen had every utensil we needed. The split bedroom floor plan was great. Having the main bedroom on one side of the house and the other rooms on the other side gave everyone privacy. The location was excellent! Just a short drive to Fountain Park! Jill was an excellent host, easy to talk to and responded quickly to any questions.

We had an amazing stay at this home! Jill was a fantastic host—responsive, communicative, and thoughtful throughout our visit. The house itself was wonderful: great location, excellent amenities, and a layout that worked perfectly for our family. What truly stood out was how kid-friendly the home is. Having a crib, highchair, and kid-friendly serving ware made traveling with small children so much easier—something we almost never find.Everything exceeded our expectations, and we will absolutely be booking all future stays in Fountain Hills here. Highly recommend!

This is the second time we stayed here and again we’re not disappointed. The place is exactly as described. The place was spotless and the furniture and beds were extremely comfortable. Communication with property manager about the property was excellent. We will try to stay here again for future golf trips.
