Njut av en semester med hela familjen i denna 3 sovrum, 2 badrum lägenhet som direkt har utsikt över Mexikanska golfen. Denna övre våningen enhet har oöverträffad utsikt över viken inklusive otroliga solnedgångar varje kväll. Sandcastle North-komplexet är en mycket önskad plats med endast 16 enheter totalt med alla bekvämligheter i ett större komplex. Året runt uppvärmd pool och badtunna tjäna som centrum för det nyrenoverade rekreationsområdet som innehåller två gasgrillar för din strandgrill. Poolen grinden öppnar höger på stranden. Enheten har bekvämt sovande för 6 inklusive ett sovrum med en king size-säng och privat badrum med utsikt över vattnet. Det andra sovrummet innehåller helt ny queen size-säng och det tredje sovrummet har två enkelsängar. Kabel-TV finns i Master och 2: a sovrummet medan 3: e sovrummet är utrustat med en DVD.

Felt like home!

We’re a family of 4, & there was plenty of room, including the living room, allowing us to have movie nights & there be plenty of seating, a very comfortable sectional actually. Pack lightly because you have the convenience of a washer & dryer. Kitchen had everything you could ask for, which is nice, having breakfast in & a few dinners too. I LOVED the sliding doors in both the living room & the master, the whole front of the condo unit, beach side, opens up. You’re about 20 steps to the beach & if you want to skip a beach day, you can choose to sit by the pool. There’s a bathroom down there too! It’s our second time in that condominium & we will DEFINITELY stay again!

Perfect Location!

Unit was exactly as described and we couldn’t have loved it more. Right on the beach, very clean unit. Great communication with property managers. Extra security over the holiday was nice as well.

Wonderful beach condo with amazing ocean view balcony

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were supposed to have two weeks here but lost 4 days of it thanks to Hurricane Ian. The property management staff and the owners kept in touch during our mandatory evacuation period and were as helpful as they could be throughout.IRB is my favourite place and this condo really adds to the experience. The main bedroom is incredible with patio doors leading out onto an ocean view balcony, as does the lounge. The condo is spacious and clean and has a shop, bars and restaurants across the road. Highly recommended.

Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sand on the floor at checkin, this was taken care of after reporting it. Ants in kitchen and on dining table, this wasn’t addressed after reporting it.I never saw anyone at the rental office, so I can’t really rate the professionalism. You get your keys from a box and return them in a drop slot. Even during business hours. I’ve vacationed here for years and the vibe of this town has definitely changed. Do not go to the beach after dark. It is unsafe now.

Sandcastle North Paradise
