Style Just nice house (listed building) 2 persons with garden, in a central peaceful location on the 'Luis Trenker Promenade, from where you can reach in few minutes the center and the ski lifts on foot.
Pretty new apartment with a balcony, with great views over the village and the Dolomites.
It consists of a double bedroom, a living room with double sofa bed, TV-SAT and bathroom.

Well equipped apartment, perfect location, lovely host

Well equipped apartment in a perfect location to enjoy the mountains when traveling without a car. The place was clean, quiet and plenty large enough for 3 people (including a teen) with a beautiful view on the valley from the terrace. The host was lovely and resourceful, making our stay enjoyable and stress free!

Lovely apartment with great location!

Elfriede’s place was perfect for our visit to the Dolomites! Close to trails and lifts, and Ortisei is a really beautiful village and walkable. Elfriede was so kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you Elfriede!!

Nice apartment, great location and a fabulous view

Elfriede’s Apartment is very well located, close to shops, transport and ski lifts/cable cars. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and functional. We loved the balcony which had a lovely view of Ortisei. Elfriede was very welcoming and helpful. A great little spot to stay!

Perfect!

We were super happy with our stay here (10 days for a couple). The apartment was lovely and well stocked for cooking (we cooked most of our meals). The location was fantastic-not too close to the noise of town so it was fairly quiet and just a 12 minute walk to town (a somewhat steep hill, but even my bad knees did ok with it). Our host was welcoming, friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay in Ortisei

We have been warmly welcomed by our host Elfriede. The appatment is very nice, clean, well equiped and charmly decorated. The view from the balcony is so great ! The location is idealy situated in Ortisei, very close to shops and all commodities, easily accessible by foot. We really enjoyed our stay here ! We recommand it for sure !

Immaculate apartment in the vicinity of Seceda lift

The apartment was very clean and tidy, kitchen is full of utensils, shower was sparkling clean. The owner met us on the arrival, explaining everything about the property, offered her help should well need anything. There is a lovely view overlooking the village. Greatly enjoyed the stay.

Perfect location, very comfortable accommodation.

We wanted quiet, central location, and beds long enough for my 6’4” husband. We had all three and thoroughly enjoyed exploring the whole valley. We were fortunate to have glorious weather. Our landlady was wonderful, helpful (great restaurant recommendations), and ready to help if we had any problems. Could not have asked for more.

The very nice place!

We have stayed in this apartments two times. The owner makes sure that everything is perfect. The shops, the ski lifts is in the short distance. It is very convenient for using Seceda ski lift. Thanks Elfriede!

Wonderful apartment and host close to the center of Ortisei

This was exactly what we were looking for - a very reasonably priced apartment with our own kitchen near the restaurants / shops of Ortisei. We like to be able to do some meals on our own and though a few new knives and additional cooking utensils would be helpful, the kitchen and refrigerator were just what we needed. Elfriede is also a great host, very nice and responsive, and helpful with information about the area. The place is well taken care of and clean.

Sweet apartment in a great location.

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. The location is great - a little up the hill from where most restaurants are, and very near the promenade and the Seceda lift. Elfriede was very kind - for example, she picked us up from the San Antonio bus station with her car so we wouldn’t have to pull our suitcases uphill to her place. The beds were comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was good. The balcony was wonderful and bigger than it appears in the photos. Our only minor complaint was that the WiFi was sometimes weak.

Perfect vacation

Elfrieda’s apartment in town is ideal . Within 10 min walk to supermarkets , main piazza for bus transport , caffès. We had no car so being within short walking distance to Seceda, Resciera , alpe de suisa cable cars and funiculars was terrific. Elfrieda is a kind,thoughtful host and responded to any question promptly. She even met us at the bus stop which was so appreciated. Apartment was clean, quiet and safe. Husband and I hope to return to this lovely apartment again . Highly recommend! Thank you Elfrieda for everything !

Wonderful apartment!

A nice quiet apartment with a comfortable bed. There is a small deck overlooking the mountains, though it was a little cool to use it. The building is a little hard to find, towards the end of the one way street on the right. The kitchen is nice, though we really didn't do any cooking, just used the fridge. There is plenty of hot water and the bathroom is roomy. It's a slight walk downhill to the town, where the shopping and dining is. It's easier to walk than drive into town. The owners were on site and able to give recommendations on where to eat. Overall, a great place to stay!

Fijn appartement op geweldige locatie

De verhuurder is heel aardig, daardoor ik voelde me welkom. Het appartement had alles wat ik tijdens een week wintersportvakantie nodig had. Het was op loopafstand van de skilift, van de supermarkten en de dorpskern. Het appartement was schoon en heeft een geweldig uitzicht. Als ik nog een keer naar Ortisei ga dan boek ik het graag weer.

Tolle Lage und saubere Wohnung mit super Ausblick

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Sellastock, den Langkofel und über St. Ulrich ist sehr schön und lädt zum verweilen ein. Die Wohnungsgröße ist für drei Personen in Ordnung, zu viert würde es wohl eher eng. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche.

Logement très agréable

Logement parfait pour 2 personnes, idéalement situé, avec une vue magnifique sur la ville et le Val Gardena. Accueil très sympathique de la propriétaire, malgré la barrière de la langue, tout était très clair., et nous avons apprécié sa gentillesse. Appartement bien équipé, propre, avec possibilité de manger sur le balcon, avec la vue sur les montagnes. Accessibilité rapide à pied au centre ville (10 minutes) et aux remontées mécaniques, vers les différents sites exceptionnels autour d'Ortiséi. Superrbe région !
