Very nice condo

The condo is very bright and cheery-it was also very clean and was exactly as it is seen in the pictures on the site- the location was also ideal to shopping and beach-would definitely stay again here if I was to be in the area again

Comfortable condo

It was easy to book; looking in March for June was very wise since San Diego has both Comicon and Del Mar racing in the summer. Loved twin bunk beds: comfy. Andrea very helpful. Mira Mesa location close to Edwards movies and tons restaurants. Great!

Value

This condo is well appointed and has a lot of flexibility for number of guests. It is located close to shopping, beaches and attractions. It is a very good value for the price!

Perfect fit

My time in Mira Mesa was enjoyable and Andrea's condo fit the bill perfectly. The condo is close to all kinds of amenities -- grocery stores, brew pubs, restaurants, the campuses of many large companies, and the ocean (Torrey Pines State Park). In fact, I was able to visit the coast, mountains (Palomar Observatory), and desert (Anza Borrego State Park), all of which are within easy day-trip range. The condo was great with pretty much everything you need for a comfortable stay. The complex is quiet, yet close to Mira Mesa Blvd. for easy access to the 805 or 15. Andrea provided information about great restaurants and places to visit -- visiting all of them would keep you busy for a while. My stay at the condo worked out great.

HORRIBLE HOST

We stayed here for 2 weeks, and encountered a number of issues. The condo itself is cute, but the towels and kitchen supplies were mismatched and dirty. The washer/dryer unit is small and loud, there was a note on it saying no sheets or towels. The first morning, we realized the coffee pot was cracked and there were attachments for a vacuum but no vacuum present. The host knew we had a 10 month old and actually suggested we sweep her carpet with a broom. After several messages back and forth, 9 days into our rental, the host finally brought a vacuum and coffee pot, but said we had to return the vacuum to another unit 20 mins away because she had another tenant coming... There are a large number of check out rules, including vacuuming, ironically. On the day of check out, she tried sending in the maids at 10am when our check out was noon. We said this is unacceptable, and when the maids showed up we asked them to come back and they had no problem with it. A few mins later the host left me a voicemail saying she was giving us “until 10:45am to be out” and to let the maids in who were now banging on the door a second time. I called her back and basically had to threaten to report her to the office as short term rentals (less than 30 days) aren’t aloud in the complex (says this in notes by door, host asks you to lie if asked.) She backed off and said noon, which was the check out time, in writing, was now ok. Horrible host, intrusive and rude! If you VRBO here, be ready to be inconvenienced.

Wonderful apartment and fully equipped for a long stay

Feels like home

We rented this condo for 3 month during our business trip. It really felt like home. Close to shopping center 4-5 min drive, walking distance to the gym, 20 min away from the beach. Very nice and quite neighbors. Andrea, is a great host. We had several hick cops with our corporate credit card and she was so patience to work through booking process with us several times. Overall, we would definitely recommend this property to our colleagues and friends.

Lovely property, nice pool & jacuzzi, quiet complex. Condo was well equipped with comfortable beds.

Nothing too fancy but reasonably priced & conveniently located to San Diego & the beaches. Very close to restaurants & shopping. Very accommodating owner. Would definitely return. John Dennehy & Donna Donnelly

Very nice and comfortable

Condo was in a very nice complex with pools, hot tubs, and laundry facilities. We had five in the condo comfortably. Probably is more for 4 people or less. Andrea was a very gracious host. Very easy to work with. Met us at the condo even though our flight was late getting in. She has just about everything there you would need to make your own meals. We were there for our daughters wedding and she provided an iron and ironing board for us. There are major shopping areas just east of the condo that you can get anything you need. Only a 20 minute drive to downtown San Diego, the beaches, and most places you need to go to. It was less than a 10 minute drive to the wedding venue. Would stay there again. Thanks Andrea!

Will Be Back

My husband and I stayed here for a month and Andrea was so helpful from arrival to departure she was there for all our needs. The condo location was great and the amenities was above what we had expected. This condo has new furnishings and appliances. Over all I would highly recommend this condo. We will be back to stay here. Thanks again Andrea
