Det finns gott om utrymme för gästerna att koppla av med familj och vänner i detta moderna strandhus på split level.

Beläget på ett centralt läge på The Boulevard, bara några minuters promenad till General Store, Cafe och Surf beach.

Fastigheten har två queen-size sovrum på markplan, med ett rymligt centralt badrum och tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och barkyl.

Uppför den första halva trappan är vardagsrummet med skinnfåtöljer, soffor och schäslonger. En storstor TV med DVD-spelare och surroundljudsystem. Luftkonditionering för omvänd cykel och en glödande elektrisk kolvärmare för att ställa in atmosfären.

På övervåningen finns det välutrustade moderna kök med elektrisk spis och ugn, stort kylskåp, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn och gott om bänkutrymme. Köket har ett fönsterstänk med utsikt över vardagsrummet så att du kan laga middag medan du tittar på TV. Det finns en balkong på denna nivå också, med utsikt över träden runt fastigheten. Ett 8-sits matbord ligger i mitten av rummet med två 2-sits soffor på vardera sidan. Öppna skjutdörrarna till balkongen och öka storleken på rummet medan du lagar mat på Weber Q-grillen. Det finns också en luftkonditioneringsapparat för omvänd cykel för de varmare dagarna.

På översta nivån finns det två dubbelsäng sovrum med eget badrum. Ett av sovrummen har en platt-TV. De ljusa rummen har utsikt över teträdet som omger fastigheten, så att du känner dig som om du är bland träden.

Huset är helkaklat och håller det svalt hela sommaren. Varje sovrum (inklusive bottenvåningen) har direkt extern åtkomst.

Gästerna måste ha eget linne (lakan, doona-täcker, örngott och handdukar).

Husdjur är välkomna men huset är inte inhägnad.

Great weekend getaway for family and friends

We enjoy returning to the White House because it’s four large bedrooms with spacious living and dining areas are great for friends and family to relax together. Walking distance to the beautiful beach make it a fabulous choice.

Clean, comfortable and spacious, no wifi. Instructions need to be given to visitors 48 hours if requested as visitors may not have interney access due telco coverage.

Love place but not child friendly

This house is very well located with a short walk to the beach, park or general store. The house is beautifully set up with big floor to ceiling windows to view the tree’s and bushes surrounding and very large bedrooms with comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked with most appliances and utensils that we needed and had a large dining table to fit us all around. Unfortunately though one of the bedrooms smelt like vomit so we opened up all the doors (none of the windows could be opened) to air the room, however none of the doors had any fly screens so we ended up letting in a whole lot of mosquitoes and then spent that night fighting them off in our sleep and our 2 young children woke up covered in bites (28 bites in total on my 4 year old). It was also quite warm on one of the days so the house became warm and it would have been nice to open up the place to let in the fresh afternoon breeze but we were reluctant to because of the lack of flyscreen and no windows able to be opened. We also would have like to turn on the ceiling fans however they each had a think layer of dust on them. Our biggest concern though was the shower, although there was a warning in the manual about the showers fluctuating temperatures we followed the instructions and kept the water lever straight and ensured no one flushed and toilets or used any taps while someone was in the shower but the shower would still fluctuate and get scalding hot which made it unsafe to shower my 2yo or 4yo in and given that they had spent the days swimming at the beach this made for very cranky, itchy, dirty, tired children and not so well rested or relaxed parents.

Everyone had a bedroom and the whole layour of the house was excellent for entertaining and relaxing Definetly would stay again

Our recent stay at the White House was Great!

Loved the design and colour scheme, loved the facilities and spotlessness of the rooms. The morning light through the tea trees gently woke us in the morning. The beds were so comfy that I didnt even miss my own pillows. We really didnt need to take as many kitchen utensils as we did as the kitchen is really well appointed with even basic pantry items for guest use. The balcony faced east so was the perfect place for breakfast every morning. The two living/lounge areas are ideal for a large family or four couples, with the layout providing privacy for each of the four bedrooms. During our stay there was a wild, wet and wintry storm and it was really delightful to be cuddled up on the comfy couches, wine in hand, watching the weather rage through the glass walls. It is a perfect short walk to the beach through the fragrant tea trees, meeting lots of locals with their super friendly pets. The small grocery store, also just a short walk away, has some retro gems and good stock of basics.

Excellent - 10/10!

My partner and I stayed in this gorgeous house over a long weekend. We were more than pleased with everything! The house itself was amazing, it was very modern and clean. There is lots of space for entertaining and sunlight throughout. The weeked we went was very cold however the heating system was very powerful and heated up the whole house in 5 minutes, great for those winter nights. Cant beat the location, a short walk to the beach & shops. Overall we were so happy with our stay at The White House and we will be sure to stay here again & again. Highly Recommend staying here whether its just 2 of you, the whole family or a big group of friends. Thank you! :)

Frustrated

We arrived late afternoon and had dinner at this property. We just found out that we don't have the following. - dishwashing tablets, liquid - wipes like chux - small soap for the hands in toilet We were only told to bring bedding covers and towels. Had we known the above stuffs were not provided we should have been told. Frustrated with the place, not clean. Cobwebs along the bedside and entrance way to the house with twigs long emough to scratching our cars. Difficult to get the right temperature of water when in the shower..either you get scalded or water gets icy cold! So we just have to deal with these issues for 2 nights.
