Nice

This was a nice, spacious rental. It served our purpose and budget. It is a bit worn and could use some updating. I did have to contact the property manager separately to get our QR code for the entrance gate which we didn't get til the next day but the gate was always manned so it was just a minor inconvenience

Close to attractions

My family of seven stayed here for a week. It was nice to have a pool in the back, and it was about 15-20 minutes from Disney.

Beautiful home & 24/7 team is real! 5 stars!

The home was beautiful, wifi really good and pool heating was great for the cold weather. The best and surprising part was that their team really is 24/7! We’ve been traveling to Orlando for the past 4 years and no other team assisted us the way they did, it was awesome! Will definitely be back!

Would recommend!

Great place to stay. There are no "extras" in terms of dish and laundry soap or and no pantry item staples (salt/pepper, coffee filter, etc.) like we've seen in other VRBO places, but there is a Publix very close to get what you need. The water at clubhouse was perfect for our 5 and 7 year old as well as the smal private pool. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

A great stay

The location was clean, crisp, and quiet. There was a resort attached to the listing and it made our stay worth it. Any questions were answered promptly and kindly by Giselle. We love her and the people at the clubhouse resort! Let's not forget there are cart drivers that take you to the clubhouse too! Although the pool is smaller than we're used to, the kids didn't care. There are memories here and we look forward to going again!

Good Stay

Overall was a nice place and in good condition. Only negative was lack of linens. Only bath towels and no wash cloths. No kitchen linens either. Was good location for the theme parks. Very nice community pool.

Disney Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was Beautiful and in the perfect location. It was very close to shopping and about 8 minutes from the Disney theme parks. I would definitely rent this property again. The only thing that it is missing was a grill, this would have made cooking for a large group a lot easier.

Great place

This was my first time using vrbo. Everything went very well. I had a great host that communicated with me and answered all my questions. The place was beautiful and it was very secure. My family had fun. No hidden extra fees, it was exactly what I payed for. The price was so affordable and in the future I will definitely be using vrbo again. In fact I have 2 or 3 vacation to take before the year is out so I will be contacting you in the near future.

Orlando vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was ok. Beds are a little bit hard. Furniture (kitchen table, sofa, counter stools & outdoor table) were run down and need to be replaced. Screen door is broken. Other than that everything was perfect.

Town house that’s needs some Loving!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This townhouse is excellent in size, however it needs a lot of updating, scuffs on walls, kitchen cupboard doors hanging off a lot of wear and tear on sofa, table and bedside table. The pool is fantastic and a sun trap. I feel I paid a lot of money to rent but owner needs to update a lot of things and it would be perfect.

Family trip

We were pleased except the non response of the management. We paid extra for a heated pool and it was not. Did not even see a filter going. Also paid for grill but it was locked. Requested money back for those items but again no response at all.

I filled out and sent a few pictures a day after we arrived! Numerous things not fixed! Holes in patio screen, lanai dirty, patio door handle ready to fall off, filthy area rug, kitchen stools not safe to sit on, toilet sit broke, toilet paper holder broke! Very disappointed!

Dirty bed sheets master bedroom we checked other rooms all dirty hair from previous tenants on bed sheets, blocked bathtub. Fat floating on the pool and screen around very dirty. Spider webs all over spiders all over walls very dirty and furniture very worn no wine glasses,and to top it all off the ceiling in a wardrobe in the master bedroom leaks a lot when it rains.

Best vacation rental close to Disney World!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this beautiful house for almost two weeks for our family including 2 small children. The property is located in a closed area: new, modern and safe. The house looks exactly like in the pictures, it was well equipped for a big family, the children loved the swimming pool!, we simply could not have asked for a nicer, more comfortable stay. The property is also located close to various well known stores and supermarkets – including outlets – plus the Disney parks are only a 15 minute drive!. Storey Lake also has a club house offering many other activities for children plus a gym. From day one I received all information timely, got excellent support via telephone and email and all accesses and info related to the property and places of interest was provided before our arrival. In all, we felt at home from day one, we had a very relaxed vacation and we are definitely coming back .

Great Trip

Great central location close to everything in Orlando. Plenty of space and comfortable accommodations. Perfect layout with a master and 2 bedrooms upstairs and another king bedroom downstairs. Couch is worn and could use replaced. Upstairs sinks don’t drain well. Blood stain on comforter. Easy check in and out. When we arrived the dishwasher was broken and when we were gone one day someone came in and fixed it, but we were never notified that anyone was coming. We just noticed it was different. Would’ve appreciated a heads up on someone coming over due to us leaving valuables out. The air conditioner only goes as low as 69 but it rarely actually gets to temperature. Upstairs gets warm. We didn’t complain about anything. Had a great trip. Would return.

Could be something great

Got to the place late and was never told about a parking pass or given the welcome folder. Place was clean and nice. Couldn’t figure out how to get to the clubhouse or that they offer you a ride there with golf carts until we checked out. They have dishes for you to use but nothing to clean them with no scrubber no dish soap nothing. We had 7 total stay there and they had only 3 total rolls of toilet paper and 2 small trash bags. You basically have to buy everything from dish soap scrubbers toilet paper paper towels trash bags dishwasher detergent laundry detergent. No board games or card games. TV in living room doesn’t work and the chairs need some serious WD40. They charge to use the grill 75$ so the hot dogs and hamburgers I bought I had to use the stainless steel pans. They also charge to turn the heat up in the pool. Luckily we did not use it or that would have been an extra cost. Overall we had a good time with family but the experience and the place could have been so much better with some minor tweaks.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The ac was broke when we arrived. They knew it was broke and no one showed up until after 8pm to try to fix it. He couldn’t fix it so we had no ac that night and the house is as over 84 degrees. They said they would have someone out first thing in the morning. No one showed up until the afternoon and they still couldn’t fix it. The communication was horrible. I had to constantly call. They never contacted me and trying to contact them was a chore in itself. They ended up moving us to a new location and said they would refund us for the 1st night. I have yet to see a refund.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrived on a Wednesday evening and left the following Wednesday morning. 5** on location. The resort location is in the perfect. 20 minutes from the parks. 60 mins. from the beach. The house was quiet, comfortable and spacious. Nice resort area and pool that one can go to. It could use some more chairs. After waiting a bit we were able to get a couple chairs because someone left.We had a couple minor issues. Contacted maintenance through the hospitality app and it was handled the next day.I gave 4 stars on the condition/clean - The throw rug could be a little cleaner and the couch was a little worn down and a little dirty under the cushions. Bar stools were very very squeaky. Some bed sheets had stains on them. Things that didn't bother me a whole lot, just noticeable. It could bother someone else.be sure to bring all your own supplies (IE. soap, dish soap, laundry soap etc) nothing is provided on that front. Overall I would recommend this to a friend. For the price and comfort we will be back.
