Aloha! Din dröm semester börjar med vår vackra nya lägenhet, som ligger i sydvästra Maui, i staden Kihei. De Maui Kamaole komplexa gränsar till vackra Wailea, känd för utmärkta restauranger och världsklass shopping. Den frodiga tropiska grunder spridda över 23 tunnland med två pooler, badtunnor och tennisbanor. Vår marknivå enheten är i Bougainvillea "B" kluster vid huvudingången, nära den främre poolen som just har genomgått en totalrenovering. Tvärs över gatan är den lilla båthamnen och park. Många av de bästa snorkling och dykning charterbåt verksamheten uppfyller det och ge sig ut för de bästa vatten äventyr i Maui. Den berömda Kamaole III stranden och parken, en populär samlingsplats för att titta på fantastiska solnedgångar, är tvärs över gatan från lägenheten. En kort promenad upp Kamaole III stranden tar dig till Kamaole Stränder I & II samt.

Vår extra stor (1067) kvadratfot) lägenheter ingår en öppen asfalt perfekt för kvällen middag i lugn tropisk miljö. En andra slutna Lanai utanför sovrummet ger en tillflyktsort för fullständig sekretess. Det stora sovrummet sviten är ganska rymlig med en svart tropiska träslag sovrumsmöblemang och king size-säng, plus en platt-tv med massor av garderobsutrymme. Det moderna köket är fullt utrustat med allt som gourmetkock behov. Båda badrum är kompletta, en med badkar och dusch, den andra med dusch. Takfläkt och luftkonditionering håller en behaglig temperatur. Det stora vardagsrummet har en platt-TV, stereo, gratis höghastighetsinternet och en ny drottning storlek soffa / sleeper för extra gäster. Inuti matsal har 2 alternativ för sittplatser, vid ett bord för sex eller bänk för fyra för snabb bekvämlighet.

Great location and comfortable condo

Lovely place to stay in Kihei. The condo is very spacious and well outfitted for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed exploring the area and returning for a swim in the pool right across the yard and drinking a glass of wine watching the sun go down on the Lanai. Kitchen was nicely supplied for our cooking needs. Would stay again, and recommend to others.

Kihei condo

Well located condo with nice grounds, pool and spa. Close to many restaurants and beaches. I especially appreciated how well supplied the unit was. Everything you need is there including beach supplies and kitchen supplies. We really enjoyed our stay.

a little trouble

Apparently my check-out date was one day wrong, so the front door was closed to me, but the owner was able to quickly deal with the situation. As for the facilities, they were very clean and I had a comfortable stay.

Great place to stay!

This condo is a great place to stay! It has everything you need to enjoy Maui. Even though it was around 80 degrees everyday, we didn’t need the air conditioner. We just opened the windows and doors in the front and back and got an awesome breeze blowing through the condo. The location is fantastic! It’s close to beaches, shopping, walking, whale watch trips and good restaurants.

Very nice, but better with upgrades

We truly enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful, the condo had everything we needed. It does need some upgrades, particularly with the window coverings in the bedroom.

Great condo, great location

Beautifully appointed condo with everything we needed. Everything in the condo worked well - A/C, fans, appliances, washer/dryer. Nice furniture, we especially enjoyed sitting at the table and chairs on the back patio. And so close to all the fun - the pool, beaches, and a nice walk to the ice cream store :-)

Great condo!

We (family of 4) stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time. The condo is well located in Kihei, walking distance to shops and beautiful beaches. The condo was very well equipped from kitchen items to beach stuff for adults and kids. Thank you!

Beautiful condo!!!

My husband and I stayed here for one week and just loved it! Very well appointed-beautifully decorated and very spacious! In addition we found it very clean and the owners were very helpful. We also were impressed with the landscaping of the property and how peaceful it was at the Maui Kamole. We would definitely come back to stay here again. Edwin and Wendy

Wonderful condo

I would highly recommend this property. It is well located and has everything you need to make your stay seamless. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the equipment and tools you need to cook. The king bed was very comfortable and the condo is very roomy. We loved our time there and would definitely stay there again! Great having 2 bathrooms!

Relaxing and convenient with great amenities

We loved our stay at your condo. Our favorites aspects were the back lanai and grassy area for breakfasts and reading and the great variety of beach toys which we used on a daily basis. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes and Ken was great to work with. Thanks for sharing your place with us. We're already ready to go back ...

This place has everything!

We stayed in the same condo complex as friends, who were in another unit. Ours was the best! Not only was it so spacious, but it was lovely, quiet, closer to the beach, and incredibly well-equipped. This was absolutely delightful, and Ken provided great tips both beforehand and during. I simply can't imagine any place that could beat it. He thought of everything, and it's all here.

Amazing propert and amazing hosts!! You want to stay here!!!

My sister and I booked a stay here last minute for a week for my brothers beach wedding. The condo was in the PERFECT spot between North Kihei and Wailea where the rest of the family stayed. There are gorgeous pools right across from the condo if you have small kids and directly across the street from the complex is the amazing Kamaole Beach 3. Shopping and delicious restaurants are within walking distance. The condo itself is huge. The kitchen is well appointed and the toy closet has everything you will need for the beach- I was delighted to find yoga mats!!! The hosts even left a welcome book with their favorite places on the island! It was also very handy to have a washer/dryer. My sister fell in love with the comfy living room chair. The lanai was probably our favorite spot for coffee in the morning. Ken and his wife were very responsive to all of our questions. I hope to be able to visit Maui again soon and would love the chance to stay here again!!

this property is simply amazing

We were pleasantly surprised when we first opened the doors to our home-away-from-home for the next 7 days. This condo was superbly clean, the perfect size, and the perfect location. Ken is such an amazing owner. There was nothing lacking in this unit that he didn't think about. It was completely stocked with everything you could think of - and even some things that didn't even cross our minds...like the beach umbrellas - LOL. He even checked up on us during Hurricane Olivia to make sure all was well. Thankfully, Olivia was not even close to Kihei, and we were fine. This was our very first VRBO experience, and thanks to Ken and Helen, it will NOT be our last. We are already scouring our work calendars to find some time to come back to Maui! Sure hope this same unit is available :-) They say there's no place like home - well this unit definitely makes that statement false. For us, this was the best home in Maui.

Perfect 10th anniversary getaway

We put up our whole extended family at the Maui Kamaole property for our wedding 10 years ago. It was perfect then and it met every expectation for our 10th. We love the lush landscaping (great for early morning or sunset strolls), the fresh flower scents, the way it is set back from Kihei Road and the easy location between Kamaole and Makena beaches. I was delighted to find this unit available for our dates. It is exactly as clean, spacious and well accommodated as described. The large living room opens out to a lanai with a private patch of "lawn" where we spent long hours enjoying the peace and the breeze. The condo is conveniently located close to the office, pool and jacuzzi - we took advantage of all three. It was great to find beach chairs, tote bags and other gear in the hall closet. The owner was quick to respond to inquiries, patient with our changing dates, and very welcoming. We followed suggestions for a beach hike and several restaurants in the helpful notebook left in the kitchen. An on-call manager quickly took care of a couple minor glitches. We would rent here again without any hesitation.

Well-stocked with everything you need for a great stay

We have stayed in multiple VRBO properties. This is by far the best-stocked unit we have ever stayed at. They have all of the beach supplies you need. The kitchen is large and has everything you need to cook - including many condiments and spices. They even had a foam roller so I could keep up with my stretching. The unit is close to the pool, but not so close that you have to deal with the noise. It's a very quiet unit. It was nice to have the patio off of the bedroom when we needed to dry our dive gear. We stay in this complex so that we are close to the boat ramp for diving (Scuba Shack is a great dive shop and they leave early). The only small negative is that the bedroom A/C unit is pretty loud and blows right onto the bed. We used the ceiling fan and slept with the window and sliding door open, which worked for us. If you need it very quiet and cold to sleep, it might be an issue for you. Otherwise, this is a great place to stay. We ate many meals on the lanai, watching the birds cruise around. Thanks for providing such a comfortable place for our Maui stay!

great unit with lots of extras

The complex itself is beautiful and very well maintained and about a 10 min walk to the beach. B104, the unit we stayed in is located near the entrance and right across from one of the outdoor pools, hot tub and mangers office. The unit was roomy and very well stocked with items for the beach including boogie boards, snorkelling gear, chairs and towels. There was plenty of dishes, pots and pans and condiments. there was even detergent for the dishwasher and clothes washer, cleaning products, broom and vacuum plus an iron and even hair blower.There was a good sized tv in the living room and bedroom with internet service and free long distance calls to the US and Canada. the king sized bed and pillows were comfy. The only minor negative was there is not enough sound proofing between the upper and lower units. We were in the lower unit and could hear the kids running around upstairs starting about 6am. If you're not an early riser consider using ear plugs if the upper unit is occupied with kids. When you check in you meet the manager who is very friendly and helpful and a good source of information. A couple of tips for shopping: use Costco and Walmart In Kahului. For clothing items check out Ross's in Kahului and Maui Clothing Outlet on hwy 31 in Kihei. For dining out we found Ruby Tuesdays in Kihei to have a good menu and prices were reasonable for Maui. If you love waffles, ice cream and gelato check out Maui Gelato on south Kihei road next to Pizza Hut. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at our unit in Maui Kamaole and would stay in this unit again. It really was a home away from home

Ken and Helen Wright are retired science and math teachers that travel all over the world through our scuba diving tours looking for fun and adventures. During our summer vacations over the years, we created scuba diving instruction and charter boat business in Dana Point, CA. Our love of the ocean was a natural draw to Hawaii, particularly Maui.

As far as we are concerned, there are only three island’s in the whole world where we would choose to live…… St Barts in the FWI, Catalina off of the California Coast and lastly where we chose to buy our new condo, the beautiful island of Maui.
For many years we have vacationed in Maui because of its natural beauty, the beaches and relaxed atmosphere. It has been our dream of owning a tropical second home near a beach with warm water for the numerous water sports which we enjoy so much. When searching this island, we found the best location to be close to the water on the West side for sunsets. The Kamaole III Beach and Boat Ramp with its Two (2) small hidden beaches are our favorites. Across the street, the spacious grounds of Maui Kamaole look more like a tropical residential area, with many palm trees and unique colorful Hawaiian plants.

This extra large condo (1067) square feet) is one of just a few in Maui Kamaole complex that are ground level one bedroom/ 2 baths properties. It has a more open feeling because it is a wider unit with bigger rooms and bigger lanai and court yard. The courtyard is tiled in, cutting down on the dirt. There is a valve with hose for rinsing off beach gear providing a private outdoor drying space.This is an end unit, the lanai wall is sloping giving a wider view of the garden. The living room faces the ocean so the breeze flow right in, keeping it cooler, in the afternoons. At night the winds reverse so the breeze comes from the mountains behind the courtyard. Being in the front lower part of the complex is convenient for walking to the beach and nearby shops and restaurants. The main lower swimming pool is just across the parking lot from our condo.
The comfortable furnishings are perfect for relaxing. The new bedroom set is dark wood with a very comfortable mattress. The kitchen is stocked with everything the gourmet cook needs, ample pots and pans, dishes etc. including seasonings and spices for your use. A new high powered garbage disposal is very quiet. There are three (3) dining areas, the bar/counter, an indoor table for Four (4) and a covered lighted outdoor table for four (4). Brand new 12000 BTU air-conditioning units keep the condo cool on hot summer days.
Many beach accessories include four (4) beach chairs, two (2) ice chests, Four (4) boogies boards Fins, masks and snorkel plus a 3 mm wet suit , two (2) 3 mm vests and two (2) PFD's are for your use. Our “Mermaid” adds her charm and smile.
