Wonderful stay

We stayed only 2 days at this property but it was a wonderfully relaxing stay. The place was immaculate. It was so clean and comfortable. The decor was peaceful and relaxing. It was easy check in and check out. I would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic house

This house was amazing and so was the host. Response was immediate when I texted with a couple of questions. It fit all of our needs. The only regret was not having a longer stay. When we come back to Palm Coast this will be where we stay. Thanks so much!

Clean and great price

We had a lovely stay. The owner is very hospitable. The grill is charcoal, not gas for anyone wondering. We recommend the place!

The property is well maintained

The property is clean neat and decorated very nice. It was spacious and nice for groups. However the property manager called and messaged me all night stating that there should be no extra guess. I was in town for the weekend and my family had rented several houses that weekend so we were going back and forth from the properties getting everything ready. Every time someone came over she called me or text me stating that she was going to charge us. She sent me a $300 request for additional guess which I did not pay. She kept telling me do not tear up her property, I had to tell her that I own several properties in ATL and I’m a realtor. On the checkout day she called me 30 min before checkout time and left a voicemail that if we are not out by 10am she will arrive with the Sheriff. She has cameras at the front door that watches your every move and I felt like she watched the camera the whole time. I felt creepy going in front door. She also stated that her husband road by and took a photo of 4 teenage boys entering the property. I have a whole list of things that I can go on about, she accused me of so many things, when we left her home we left it cleaned and we followed all of the checkout rules. She kept telling me that the rules were broken and they were not!

Great House as Advertized!

We enjoyed our stay at the property! The home was very clean and neat, with appointments as described. The private lanai and Weber grill was a favorite. The expansive layout provided lots of room for together time as well as private time. My wife and I also appreciated the prompt service from our host!

Great rental vacation

Wasn’t worth the money, hassled about having guests, felt like we were being watched

Property management over controlling. Watching our every move and communicating her opinions. No form of entertainment as the only tv had no cable. Outside of property poorly maintained with lawn overgrown. Overall made to feel uncomfortable and uninvited.

Very nice home for family use.

This 3 bedroom house has plenty of room and is very clean. It’s about a 10 min drive to the beach. Good access to i95 if you plan to travel to places like St Augustine and Kennedy space center for day trips.

Beautiful spacious house

My fiancé and I and a couple family members rented this house for my wedding in Palm Coast. The house was just beautiful! A lot of room, very very clean, beautiful decorations & furniture. I didn’t want to leave! The master bedroom even had the towels with a design on the bed & the dresser. The owner/ manager was very friendly & responds very quickly to any questions that you may have & is also very accommodating. I recommend this house to anyone who is looking to stay in the Palm Coast area. Me & my now husband plan on making our way back to this house one of these days again!

peaceful and cozy

Beautiful and isolted backyard; screened and protected. Neighbors were quiet and stores are all very nearby. The furniture is brand new and the kitchen interior is very roomy for cooking.

Extremely nice house. Very open.

This house was perfect. The owner made sure everything was easy from getting the key, to leaving at the end. If I had any questions, she answered right away and seemed genuinely concerned about how my stay was going. The house was very clean and very comfortable. All the amenities you need were provided. I recommend this property to anyone interested in staying in the area. The price was nice too! Lot of bang for the buck!
