-Första våningen erbjuder en balkong på taket med utsikt du inte kan slå! Perfekt för att njuta av en 360-utsikt över Mexikanska golfen och Corpus Christi Bay för att dra nytta av varje soluppgång och solnedgång på din semester.

-Det tredje våningen har ett stort öppet koncept, vardagsrum, matsal och kök för all din matlagning, spelspel och avkoppling. En balkong utanför vardagsrummet i tredje våningen erbjuder en havs duftig bris. Ett halvt bad ligger också på denna våning.

- På andra våningen handlar det om vila och sova. Det stora sovrummet med eget badrum innehåller en separat privat balkong för en vilsam kvällsflykt. Det finns två rum som delar ett badrum. På andra våningen finns också ett tvättområde som gör det enkelt att torka badkläder eller tvätta kläder under din vistelse.

-Första våningen erbjuder en mysig lägenhet på bottenvåningen med en unik atmosfär från resten av huset. Den har en egen ingång. Rummet är tillräckligt stort för att det också erbjuder en konversation sittgrupp. Lägenheten sportar ett bekvämt pentry och underhållning med en 47-tums platt-TV och BlueRay-spelare och utökad kabelservice. Uteplatsen är Oceanside på baksidan av lägenheten.

LIFT är tillgänglig för hyresgäster utan extra kostnad.

Om kasinospelnatt vädjar till vuxna, erbjuder vi i ett låst skåp ett roulettehjul, professionellt pokerchip i en aluminiumportfölj, tio däck av nya regleringskort, tre 36x54 bordfält med bordsskruvar för Texas Hold'em, Black Jack och Craps. We hit a snag when we first got to the house but the owner answered my call on the second ring and had it figured out in less than 10 mins. This house was AMAZING! We have been getting a different house or condo each time in port A (2-4 times a summer for 9 years) and have never picked the same house twice. After the first night, me and my best friend and all of our kids decided that this was a winner and to book it again next year! This is the most stocked house I have ever stayed in on vacation! They have everything you need…..seriously everything! Great for families!!! Usually you have to pick between the view or the house but with serenity sands you get both!

This was hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had with a short term rental. It was my brother’s family first time to the coast and we wanted to make it memorable. I’m happy to say this property, and more importantly, the owners, made it a phenomenal experience. The house was clean and lived up to pictures. It genuinely felt cozy, as if you were visiting a relative. The rooms were nice and the porches were fantastic to spend time on. Additionally, it was extremely well stocked. We felt a little silly because we brought a lot of items with us but the owners did a great job providing items like pots, pans, paper towels, laundry soap, and much much more. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Port Aransas, I can’t recommend this place enough.

Great for the whole family

Great location, very clean and well stocked beach house! The floor plan was perfect for our family. The rooftop deck was the best place for watching fireworks! We enjoyed everything about our stay.

This is the best home we have stayed at in Port A, and the best stocked of any home anywhere! The owner, Lee, is very helpful and prompt to help out. This house has everything you could want or need on your trip! Great house!

Our stay at Serenity Sands House in Port Aransas, Texas was incredibly nice. My wife and I have grown up going going to Port A, and have spent much time in condos and houses there. We have a large family to accommodate, and Serenity Sands was perfect! There were no surprises, except for good ones! The rooms and furnishings were excellent. The first floor bedroom/living area was perfect for our older, unmarried children. They had that space, including restroom and shower, all to themselves. Second floor, three bedroom accommodations were laid out well, and very comfortable. Each floor had its own AC system, which kept everyone cool and happy. There are multiple decks on the house, including a roof deck. If the sun prevented you from sitting on one side of the house, typically the deck on the other side of the house was enjoyable. The house is situated close enough to the water where you can see the dunes and the Gulf. So nice! We have never seen a condominium or house so well stocked. Practically anything we ended up needing was thoughtfully provided. There were even boogie boards, children’s toys, beach chairs, etc. for our use.Not every place in that gated community has ample parking, but Serenity Sands has enough room in the driveway to squeeze in a six place golf cart and three vehicles.We had normal access with our cart. We enjoyed the accommodation so much that we would definitely stay there again!

Perfect house for any family. The elevator was especially helpful, as i have a son who is wheelchair bound. Owners were very concerned that our stay met expectations, and they were very flexible. Will be going, again!

Great location and house for family trip!

We really enjoyed our stay at Serenity Sands! The layout of rooms and beds was perfect for the age range we had in our family. The house location within the neighborhood was perfect for a good view of the ocean, especially on the roof deck. And btw both pools. There were several extras, games, and things that were very appreciated. We would stay here again!

Annual family beach week

We have been renting a large house with a big pool directly on the beach for the past several years but the cost was out of control. This house was less than half the cost and provided everything we need. Very well equipped kitchen was perfect because we enjoy cooking for each other. Bedroom setup was also perfect for us. Will consider this one again.

Beautiful, well kept, freshly painted, beautifully decorated and very comfortable.

We spent three weeks in January in this property. We had a wonderfully relaxed vacation, listening to the ocean, walking the beach, just being lazy. I loved having coffee from the Kuerig in the morning and fixing breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen. It has all the comforts of home in the kitchen including electric griddle and belgian waffle maker. This is a great place for a family to stay, cozy bedrooms. lovely upstairs living space that is open to the kitchen /dining area, perfect for family togetherness. There are decks on all levels and a lovely patio on the ground level outside of the fully equipped apartment on the ground floor. For just my husband and I, we found our stay to be very serene, very calming. The lighting from all of the windows on the third level lets in beautiful sunlight which I really appreciated since sunlight in our native state of Michigan in January is scarce. The property was freshly painted in beautiful beachy/ocean colors and everything was cleaned and well maintained. All bathrooms were stocked with extra towels, soap, toilet paper, etc. We were looking for a quiet place to dwell so we didn't go out a lot, but one of our favorite eating places was Jay's. Good food, not far away, and reasonable prices as well as good service. We loved walking to the beach each day on the broad sidewalks. No having to walk in the road or worry about traffic. We had a great time and would certainly go back to rest and relax. I highly recommend this lovely home for a vacation getaway.

Great place!!! All 12 of us enjoyed the space so much! We never felt like we were crowded or on top of each other. Everything was super easy including checkin and checkout. The kids, ages 17-20, loved the first floor apartment and the elevator was very handy. I would highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Serenity Sands! It was very clean and well equipped with everything you need. Beds were comfortable with cozy linens. The owners have thought of everything to make you feel at home and are prompt to respond if you have a question. The view of the ocean from the rooftop deck was amazing. It was the perfect place for our family vacay, We would definitely stay again!!

Great annual trip to Port A

We were very happy with our stay here and had a wonderful time at the beach. The property owner was very helpful and responsive! He even was able to accommodate an early check-in for us (I am sure based on availability), which enabled us to get an extra afternoon on the beach! We had a large group, 8 adults & 4 kids under 4 & everyone had plenty of room in the house. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balconies, most of the other houses seemed to have a blocked view.

GREAT PLACE

This was the first time we made a trip with more people outside our immediate family. Looking for a place big enough for all of us and not too overly priced wasn’t easy. This place was absolutely amazing! Has all the towels you need, kitchen supplies, blankets and the AC stayed cold the entire time! The kitchen is STOCKED!!! Literally has all the cooking utensils, Tupperware and even some spices!! The en suite downstairs is a great size for all the kiddos! The couch was also a pull out couch which was even better! I will say it was hard to keep the downstairs location cool. It was decent but it would have been nice to have a stronger AC down there. The view was also so great! Having 2 pools and it was barely a 7-10 minute walk to the beach!! The owner was so helpful when our fridge took a while to get going. Even had the housekeeper bring us ice to ice everything down until it was working again. He also got a repair guy out ASAP to check it out for us. The location is amazing and what this condo has to offer was wonderful! If we come with a big crowd again we will be staying here again. Thank you for having us. We really enjoyed our stay!! We had a wonderful experience!!

It has been a perfect place to escape from Michigan's winter weather to enjoy the sun, sand, and great fishing!

We enjoy the community and its amenities. It is 1.5 miles from the beach by car, golf cart, bike, skateboard, rollerblades, or walking with large six foot wide walkways. The fishing is extraordinary!
