COASTAL PARADISE BEACH HOUSE är ett vackert och charmigt 3 sovrum med 3 badrum i Royal Sands Beachfront-området! Välvda tak, stort rymligt vardagsrum och separat spelrum i bottenvåningen kommer att garantera en fantastisk avkopplande rolig vistelse. Alla sängar är madrasser av hög kvalitet med kuddar och våningssängarna är alla minneskum som är fantastiska! Bara några steg från viken och bara några meter från en av de intilliggande områdena i poolområdet. Royal Sands har två pooler i närheten. Vårt hem erbjuder alla bekvämligheter i hemmet med alla tillbehör för en perfekt strandsemester. COASTAL PARADISE BEACH HOUSE har ett välutrustat kök, från blandare till brödtillverkare, gas- och kolgrillar, bänkskivor i granit, betonggolv och mycket mer. Internet med hög hastighet, direkt-TV på flera LCD-TV-apparater, en pin-ball-maskin och mycket mer. Viken kan ses från verandan och sovrummen på andra våningen, och havet från den bakre verandan och vardagsrummet. Vi älskar hundar (inga katter) och välkomnar dem till vårt hem, men de måste följa några regler. Huset är rökfritt, men du kan gå ut och röka. Stranden är ungefär en fem minuters promenad bort över en vacker strandpromenad som tar dig över sanddynerna. Med viken på ena sidan och bukten på andra sidan, drar våra gäster upp en riktig strandupplevelse. Port Aransas är i flyttvägen för många fåglarter, vilket ger en stor möjlighet för fågelskådning. Ta med din kikare eller se havet genom vårt teleskop!

Vid COASTAL PARADISE STRANDHUSET måste alla båtar och vattenskotrar parkeras helt i uppfarten med dina bilar. Om det behövs kan du parkera båtar vid Port Aransas Municipal Marina i fem dagar utan kostnad ($ 2 / dag efter det). Kontakta hamnmästaren.

Great house!

House has lots of room, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and in a nice neighborhood. Owners were very helpful and easy to communicate with. Would stay again!

Family Beach Trip

We enjoyed our stay at Coastal Paradise Beach House. The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor deck was great for us to visit and evening dinners. Great location! Everyone loved the pools across the street. It's an easy walk to the beach. Pretty and quiet neighborhood. Thank you!

Great family house

Great family house. Good location. House is well used. Close to beach (but the beach permit is worth the small fee if you are taking lots of stuff to the beach), community pool is close and there is a Dollar General store for those few essentials you need. Our only disappointments was the pin ball machine was gone! We were planning a pinball tournament! And no beach stuff. This was our first time in PA. All the other summer house have always had some beach stuff.

Everything you need & close to the beach!

The house and location were great!! Exceeded our expectations. Courtney was a wonderful hostess. She worked with us through Hurricane Beta when the weather was threatening our vacation.

Nice, Clean beach rental.

Nice place, actually nicer than than the pics show. Well equipped house. Close to beach, close to town. A/C works great, which isn’t always the case with rentals. WiFi is good. All around good place to stay, would definitely go back.

Perfect in all respects

We felt right at home!

Such a beautiful home. The space was perfect for 2 families. The first floor is essentially a small apartment for a family with kids with shared space on the second floor alongside the master suite and additional guest room so perfect for an older couple upstairs. The finishes and special touches are really nice in a quiet neighborhood. Close to the beach and everything in town. Our 4 year old wanted to stay 100 days :-) We loved it!!

Teachers get away

The house is beautifully decorated! All beds were extremely comfortable, kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we’ve ever stayed, plenty of towels in all bathrooms. Kitchen/living/dining was open floor plan which made it great to socialize from any of these rooms. Great location to pool and beach. Just nothing bad I can say about this house… would definitely stay here again!

Great location-Beautiful home-responsive host

When we arrived, the home was very clean. They had everything we needed and was very well organized and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable. We rented a golf cart, but it really was not necessary, the beach was accessible if your are ok walking a short distance through the boardwalk. Outside shower was a plus, as it was easy to rinse off before entering the home. Highly recommend to others, we would definitely stay again. Courtney was very personable and answered any question I had. Thank you

Wonderful Family Home

This was a great stay for our family of 6 adults, 2 children and one small poodle. The home was very clean and well appointed. The room layouts were perfect such that part of the family with 2 children could have their own space on the first floor with the remainder of the family on the second floor. Beds were all very comfy, great internet and smart TV’s. Courtney was helpful with renting a crib to us and making suggestions on possible needs for our first time to Port A. We eventually rented a golf cart at Port A which was very useful going to and from the beach. The furniture on the decks could use a refresh as many of the light weight plastic chairs were cracked and easily moved and tumbled across the decks on the windy days. Otherwise this was a wonderful family home and neighborhood with on-site pool great for both adults and children.

Overall ok...

Location: Great. Parking: Great. Spacious: Yes. The downfall was the cleanliness and no extra toiletries. There was food on the stove and on many utensils and pans we tried to use. The garbage disposal spelt like death.. found out there was alot of food stuck in there. There was no extra toliet paper or paper towels. One roll upstairs was completely empty. One of the less minor things for me..but a big thing for the kiddos (esp. at night) was there was no Wii as stated. After messaging the owner, we found out it was removed and not replaced. All fixable things...

Memorial Day Weekend Family Vacation

Port Aranasas was our choice for our first family vacation. Looking at this house on VRBO and reading the reviews was very helpful in making our decision to pick this house in Royal Sands. Accommodating three couples and two grandchildren this house was perfect and very spacious and fun for all. Each family had their own restroom and the table inside and out was large enough for all of us to eat our meals together. There is a pool just across the street which became our grandchildren’s favorite thing to do at the end of the day. Yes you do have to walk a distance to get to the beach but it is not bad. We chose to get a $12 parking permit on the beach and the access to drive onto the beach was one mile down the road. This really worked for us and you can get this permit at any convenient store. The restaurants we ate at while there was “Castaway’s” and “Victoria’s”. There is a “Port A Seafood” where you can buy fresh seafood and take it home and grill it. Next year we will not be going to Port A during Memorial Day weekend because everywhere were huge crowds. We almost didn’t find a place on the beach, when we did we had to move the seaweed out of the way. Our experience with the house is a 5 Star but the beach with so much seaweed we gave our experience a 4 Star. We will be back at another time! The Stough Family

We designed this home to be a vacation home for my family and friends. We enjoy fishing and time at the beach at the Texas coast. We wanted to make a weekend retreat that we can come down from central Texas and enjoy. We put high quality mattresses in everyone room and memory foam mattresses in the bunk room for our kids to enjoy. You will also enjoy some of the perks with this house including watching Smart tv's in your bedroom, sipping margaritas on the porch, playing pinball on rainy days, and much more. This place is our 2nd home and I designed it to be very comfortable.
