Great location

It's walking distance to beach and a lot of activities . Great restaurants in the area. Was very thankful to have been transferred to this location after a horrible experience at another location . Very clean and has everything you need!!!

Great experience!!

Lovely cozy place… walking distance to great restaurants, bars, and beach!!! Our parking pass was nowhere to be found, but as soon as we called, they were super quick about bringing one. Overall wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

Convenient location

This is my 2nd time staying at this condo, love the location and place. But this time didn’t meet my expectations, they were out of forks and kitchen had lots of sugar ants. Everything else was decent.

Overall was a really nice stay. Just a few minor things that needed to be fixed. The laundry door was off the track and I didn’t realize until it almost fell on me. Shower head needs to be replaced. Had to wrap it with a washcloth to keep it from spraying everywhere. Also was a small issue with tiny ants in the kitchen. And the cleaning maintenance could be a little better. Some other things just need to be upgraded but I really enjoyed my stay here. Close to the beach. Had a nice homey feel. Parking was easy. No problem with noise around us. Would definitely come again.

Never again.

This property was the worse place we have stayed on island. It has potential in that, even though it has no view of ocean, the beach is a short walk with new boardwalk. However, the condo itself was dirty, to the point of disgusting in several areas. Meager supplies, ie two single disherwasher tablets for our 5 day rental, light bulbs burned out in almost every room, no top sheet or one of the beds. Oh yes, bunk bed in second room is not even adult length. I have numerous photos that I intend to submit to an additional review website, as I wish someone had done for me. Updates needed

Updates need to be made especially for safety. The laundry door fell on my nephew and now has a bump on his head. It was a really hard hit I don’t even want to imagine if one of my 17 Month old toddler was standing there. Garbage desposil was backed up and smelled made the the whole place smell. I couldn’t get ahold of anyone and when I did I got no help. The full size bed broke and caused one of us to roll back and hit our head on the wall. We ended up having to take the boards off place the bed on the floor for our own safety. Door lock for sliding door was broken. It was such a nice place the area was great we had no problems with the pool or jacuzzi that was great! It was just sad that we couldn’t have a great stay because so many safety issues and how two of us got hurt. When I finally was able to speak with someone they just sounded upset and showed no care. The room with the king size bed was great no issues besides the sliding door. The barbecue pit worked great. Washer and drier worked great.

Great place and location!!

This place was nice and clean. It was perfect for the 5 of us. Great location, walking distance to the beach and the bars. The only thing I didn’t like is that property manager never responded to my request nor check on us to see if we needed anything I had to go to the office for more supplies. Other than that I enjoyed staying on this condo. Make sure you bring your cooking oil.

Condo Water Outage

On our first night, we were able to have use of water to get ready for bed. As of 8am the following day, access to water stopped. I couldnt get a hold of anyone until I saw a local walking the building whom stated they had lost water due to a leak that couldn’t be located and has been a work in progress since before we got there. Although we werent able to do simple things like brushing our teeth or using the toilets, we thought we could go about our day in hopes the water would be back on later that day. I tried calling and messaging via the app in order to get updates, but it wasn’t much help. We got back to the condo around 5pm, still nothing. We left again and came to unwind around 9pm, at this point we finally had water for showers n restrooms. That was short lived as for 8am Sunday morning, we came across the same issue again. We checked out earlier than usual since our children had necessities. I haven’t heard from management or given any apologizes at all for the whole ordeal. Don’t think I’d stay here again.

We have been staying here for a number of years. We love the location. Walking distance to anywhere. Condo needs some updates. Hot tub and pool were down and frig quit working. They have been very good about getting someone in to do repairs. Tvs are a bit hard to work also. The morning walks on the beach are the best. Live the sun rises and sunsets. Also love the palm trees and bushes around the pool. People staying here are very freindly.

SO SATISFIED!

We booked late on a Friday afternoon after reservation offices had closed. Upon arrival our keys were not in the lock box,(because of our late reservation). We contacted the vacasa 24hr line and within minutes our local Vacasa rep, Jake was on the way. He arrived with our keys and parking permits very promptly. He was incredibly apologetic and even though we were the ones who made the late reservation. He gave us his personal cell phone number and asked us to make sure to call him when we arrived at the unit. Dear shortest if we had any more issue he would be available for us. Otherwising at the unit everything was in perfect order.

Perfect location! Within the complex and the town. The size of the condo is great for a family of 4 and located on the ground floor near the pool. The grocery store is a 7-minute walk, the beach is 3 minutes and dining and entertainment is 5. We would stay here again!

Great Location and Nice Condo

This condo is nice and spacious. Balcony opens up right by the pool. Even though you are near the pool you do not hear the noise from pool fun while inside. The property managers for Vacasa were very helpful. Great family stay! We will come back next summer!

Worth it, not perfect, not bad

Wonderful Location

Easy access to the beach and pool onsite was perfect. Rooms were fabulous and beds very comfortable. Problems with internet box broken in second bedroom did make the kids upset. Could use a couple of things that would make me rate this a little better. 1. Does not have a Sofa bed 2. Kitchen needs updated appliances 3. Pots and Pans are very used and not cleaned 4. Jacuzzi was unbearably hot Overall will definitely stay here again

Wonderful, but impossible to reach management

Pros-This property was perfect for a quick beach trip with my two children. Great location. We felt safe and comfortable. It was easy to go back and forth between the condo and the beach throughout the day. The pool and hot tub were nice extras. Cons-Management may as well not exist. I didn't see anyone when I picked up or dropped off keys, the gentleman at Vacasa's main national office never sent anyone out to service the problem with the cable (which meant we couldn't watch tv the entire trip), and no one answered the phone number for the local Vacasa office. Additionally, I wished I had brought my own pots and pans for the trip. While they did provide all of the necessary cooking supplies, some things were worn and in need of replacement. The pots/pans were extremely scratched, and the can opener was difficult to use because of the rust on it.

Very nice, steps away from the beach and center located.

We loved everything. Very nice decorated and has everything to cook. Easy access to the beach. The whirlpool was a bonus. Has stuff to take to the beach which was a plus. The only thing we think can be improved is a PIN number lock for the entrances. It was a hassle to be sharing the keys 🔑. Other than that it was excellent.
