Vackra tropiska trädgårdar omges av 2 snyggt uppvärmda pooler. Vår lägenhet är fullt möblerad med en king size-säng i sovrummet och 1 full storlek futon i vardagsrummet med fåtölj. Detta kök är fullt utrustat med mikrovågsugn, rostfritt elektriskt utbud / ugn, rostfritt kylskåp, kaffebryggare, brödrost, mixer, disk och köksredskap. Vi ger dig en platt-TV i vardagsrummet och en annan TV i sovrummet. TV-kanaler är satellit. WIFI internettjänst tillhandahålls och gratis långväga.

Sängkläder och handdukar ingår också. Du skulle bara behöva ta med dina personliga föremål.

Great place!

This place was perfect for my husband, myself and our two pups. Super clean, yard access, and we could get to beach and back with no problem. You can tell the property management takes pride in the location and on maintenance plans as air filters were changed out during our stay. Will definitely book this place again thank you

Great Location

Great location just steps away from the beach, close to the pool as well. Wash off station next to beach. Very clean. Perfect for small family or a couple. Check in was easy. My 5th time staying at the Tiki and always have a good time.

Wonderful place to stay!

We were very happy staying at this condo for Memorial Day weekend. Very nice place and big! We loved how roomy the rooms were and that we had our own private balcony. Super short walk to the gorgeous beach. Will definitely stay here again!

Anniversary getaway

The condo was perfect for our little weekend getaway and we love that we were able to bring our fur babies with us. We always enjoy staying at the Tiki and this condo didn't disappoint. We will definitely be booking another stay soon!

Tiki stay

The inside of Condo was great and clean! I appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes,pans,towels, and appliances at my disposal. Also I’m glad toilet paper and napkins were supplied.The outside property was disappointing due to the grass being tall and was not cut until the very last day I was leaving. The pool was not maintained well, it was filthy, because of the many kids in the pool everyday, during the afternoon and evening which made the pool filthy so i could not enjoy it to the fullest. Lastly, all the staff was friendly and polite!

Absolutely amazing!

This is our second stay at this property, two consecutive years. We came back because we loved it so much! It’s a little gem at SPI. Highly recommend…just a few steps from the beach and next two live music restaurants. Hope we can make it back next year.

Weekend Getaway to South Padre Island

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay, room was clean with a beachy vibe. Biggest perk was that the room location was right off the beach, only a few steps 1-2 minute walk. We got a chance to relax and enjoy the peacefulness of the beach. Check-in instructions were easy to understand. Heidi provided clear details on parking at the Tiki as well. Definitely would stay here again.

Weekend getaway

This is a great little condo for a weekend getaway with pets! Nicely decorated, clean, and has a nice patio very close to the ocean! My dogs enjoyed the large grassy area right outside. Of note, there is a large hotel next door with a resort style pool and bar/nightclub with large open windows that is extremely loud until midnight, so for people looking for something quiet, this probably isn’t for you.

Perfect Beach Condo

We’ve booked this condo twice and it’s the perfect location and amenities. This time we took our dog and two kids. We like the security that walks around keeping everything calm. We enjoy the band playing next door and the fireworks on Friday and Saturday. You can see the beach from the patio! We will be back next year!

Heidi's Condo property South Padre

Nice. Kitchen dishes and pots/pans stocked. Close to pool and beach access within 5 minute walk through the condos. There were a few problems that had to be fixed but they came right away to fix the problems. The only problem we had was the wifi wasn't connecting to our phones and when it did, it didn't last for long. Beautiful and tropical around the condo. Excellent for pictures. Looks nicer inside than the pictures posted.

What a great condo! It is very spacious, and would be great for a family. We came with another couple and brought my dog. It was nice being on the first floor. There was plenty of seating for meals and lounging. The property also has a couple of pools, and was just a very short walk to the beach. Also, the Tiki complex is located a block away from Clayton's Beach Bar and Grill. They have fireworks Saturday nights, which you can watch from the patio of the condo! Just across the street in the other direction, is the South Padre Sea Turtle Rescue. We had a great time, and will definitely be back! Thanks Heidi!

August 2015

Beach was awesome, water and sand was clean, no trash and water was clear every day. The weather was very nice, upper 80s and lower 90s each day, sunny. It rained the morning we left but other than that, perfect outside beach weather. The condo was average. It's older but can't blame the owner for this bit but it was kind of dirty when we arrived. There was still sand in places on the floor and some hair in the tubs, along with a few other smudges that could of been wiped up off counters, etc. The owner should make sure whoever is cleaning the condo, they need to do a better job before the next people renting arrive. More rugs would of been nice around the condo. The humidifier was loud and seemed to pump out more hot air so we were fine just turning it off during our visit. It was also completely full when we arrived, had to dump the water out immediately. The condo seemed to lack a few kitchen items that would of made the visit more pleasurable (more plates, utensils, cups, etc), especially for those people who don't plan to eat out every meal. We ended up buying paper plates and plastic cups. The master bedroom mattress was old and needs to be replaced. It was not that comfortable and it was really loud when slightly moving or changing positions. One TV had a broken remote, very hard to turn on and control TV for the kids. The worst part (Not the owners fault) but the Tiki requirements for wrist bands was annoying. Not once were we ever checked and it would be just as easy to create a badge card to present to anyone who's asking, etc. The band you could not take off and if you lost it they stated it would cost $35 for replacement. To me, that's a little extreme to make people wear what looks like a bar wrist access band their whole vacation. The weekend fireworks were a plus but on Saturday the bar was very very loud with awful rave type music with a DJ that only seemed to know two phrases. "Oh yeah" and "Are you ready now" It was mostly the bass you could hear. I'm sure everyone hears it differently but when it's just the low bass beat you hear, it can drive some people insane. Overall though, we went to relax and play on the beach and it was awesome. But if your wanting to lounge around the pool and the condo, there's probably better places unless you plan to eat out every night and don't mind the weekend party people at Claytons Beach Bar Venue next door while sleeping on lumpy old mattresses.

This was my first time to PAdre Island. The condo was perfect, clean, felt like at home. Amazing location, footsteps to the beach. We cannot wait to come back and we were not ready to leave. I posted on Facebook that my friends should go to tiki condos thank you so much
