Seven Springs - Southwind Ski-in ski-out Mountaintop Radhus

Året runt, tre våningar lyx radhus som ligger i Seven Springs 'nyaste bergs gemenskap, Southwind på Lake Tahoe. Ski-in / ski-out för vintersport och har tillgång till många sommaraktiviteter som genom resort (sport leror, golf, tennis, klättring, zip linjer, fiske och mer). Efter en dag av roliga, äta och koppla av på däck njuter av majestätisk utsikt över västra PA eller dra fördel av en av barerna eller restaurangerna på orten fastigheten. Trillium Spa at Seven Springs är också tillgänglig för att koppla av och varva ner.

Seven Springs Vacation

The property was clean and well kept. Fantastic views from the decks. Located close to great golf courses and numerous children activities. Would certainly stay there again.

TAC weekend

The house was just as advertised. Everyone loved the water pressure! Beds were all very comfortable..even the adults that slept in the bunks said they were comfortable. View was great and all amenities spot on. Great for all seasons.

Perfect for Family

As previous homeowners at 7 Springs, we were familiar with the resort but this was the first time we stayed in Southwind and it did not disappoint. The view and pool/hot tub were beautiful. We very much enjoyed the house as it was perfect for our 3 generations. We had 5 kids between the ages of 6 and 13 and they loved the bunk bed room. The house was well equipped and orderly. We are hoping to return next summer.

Well-outfitted unit in a wonderful community!

This property was great for a weekend away. The community is gated and very quiet. The house was exceptionally clean and it was the best outfitted kitchen I’ve ever seen in a rental. There was absolutely everything we could have needed. The pool is just a 2-3 minute walk away which was great, and the overflow parking is so close it can be seen from the unit (so multiple cars were not an issue). I would highly recommend!

Wonderful Mountaintop Property

We loved our summertime family celebration here. The condo is gorgeous and relaxing with really nice furnishings in all rooms, great views from the decks, and an above-and-beyond fully stocked kitchen. We had family members aged 2 to 93 in the house, and there is a game/theater room downstairs that was a perfect, separate entertainment space for some of our group while the rest of us were cooking out and relaxing upstairs. This property in the Southwind community is conveniently located within minutes of all the resort amenities and Southwind’s pool is a short walk way and really nice for families. We were so pleased to stay at this property and hope to return again.

Another great stay in Southwind

This was our second stay and it is still such a great place. The views out the balcony are great - the resort had two fireworks displays while we were there and we had a birds eye view. The kitchen has everything you need, rooms are gorgeously decorated, place is very clean and modern, lots of room. The bunkbed room was great for our 4 year old. The foosball table was also enjoyed. The community pool was open and not very crowded. Had some good days there. The resort is only about 5 minutes by car - you're actually near one of the summer lifts when it's running. The alpine slide was fun, did some bowling, got lunch one day. There is also the Tahoe lake nearby - walkable - and very short drive to the Grille which has good food and a huge outdoor patio. Great visit - good place to stay.

Amazing!

Everything in the description is completely accurate. The house is extremely clean and very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Brian is very accommodating and easy to get ahold of if need be. Location is perfect. Directly at the top of the mountain with a 2 min walk to Lake Tahoe. The community pool is great and close to the property as well. Easy right to your door shuttle service if you want. Could not be happier with our stay at this townhouse. It was even better than expected!

Beautiful home at 7S. Clean, plenty of space, tons of amenities. Brian very responsive if anything needed. Stayed with teens and adults- great time had by all. Second stay here and would definitely come again.

Fantastic property for family and friends!

The property was well stocked with everything we needed from the kitchen down to a great assortment of games and movies. The view from the deck was fantastic and a great location to be on snow. We would definitely rent again!
