Short Stay

Owner was timely/helpful with communication and shared extra information related to holiday events in the resort. There was hair high on bathroom walls as well as surfactant leaching that should be addressed.

Very Spacious Condo

This condo was as advertised and worked well for our girls weekend trip to Seven Springs. There were 5 of us, and there was plenty of space. The common areas were very spacious and clean, and the kitchen had all of the essentials. Having the shuttle stop right outside was very convenient too.

Wine Weekend Perfection

We stayed with a small group of friends for the Wine Festival. Everything was simple and perfect. When I had a question, I reached out and Scott answered me pretty quickly. The house itself was perfect for our needs and we definitely will check it out again.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is bigger than we originally expected. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice, though our friends said the queen bed sagged a bit. The location couldn’t have been more convenient for a ski weekend. We loved everything about the house and if we come back to seven springs, then we will definitely rent again.

Couldve been better

Arrived at the check in time and there was no email or communication with the access code for the door. While I sat there with my 8yr old kid in the car I messaged the owner, called a few times then resorted to contacting VRBO for help. After about 40 minutes i finally got the door code and an apology from the owner. The place seemed like it couldve had a better cleaning. Its a spacious place which is nice. I had to figure out how to light the fireplace on my own as the flip of the switch instructions didnt work. Had to figure out which remotes work with which tvs which was annoying. Close proximity to the resort was nice. In the end I left my brand new hiking boots under the bed. I messaged the owner that i could pick them up from the property any fri sat or sun and offered to pay for them to be shipped to me. I never got a reply back. That in my opinion is just a bad way to address things. It seems like the owner is too busy with his other ventures to run an VRBO.

Great space, central location for Laurel Highlands - summer trip

We made a summer trip for a long weekend with our family. The 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bath were awesome. The layout was very good and we enjoyed the outdoor, outback deck. The kitchen was decently equipped. Our group enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and sports courts in our downtime. We toured the area and wanted a comfortable base for our daytime excursions.

Beautiful condo!

Lovely resort, beautiful and comfortable condo! The owner is very nice and helpful - he went out of his way to ensure our comfort. The resort is fun - hot tub, pool, restaurants, etc. Lots to do in the area, too - we went to the Flight 93 memorial, Fallingwater and the Somerset Historical museum. The condo has several sets of steps, which wasn't great for my elderly parents, but that's totally on me. It really is a great getaway spot!

Nice property

Stayed here with family and friends for the Total Archery Challenge. This is a nice first level property with convenient parking and access. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Easy access just down the road to the main lodge area. Good communication with the owner. Would definitely stay here again.

Management could have been better

We were a group of 4 adults and 2 children, and stayed here for 10 days. Although the property shows signs of wear, it is spacious as described, there were plenty of rooms for all of us. We had to change the dates of our stay and Alysia and Scott were responsive and accommodating. The heater and the fireplace worked great. However, we soon discovered many inconveniences for a long term stay, especially in terms of the appliances. The freezer was leaking down to the fridge--there were bowls inside the fridge to hold the water, so someone must be aware of it. The kitchen tools and pots were mostly unusable. The dryer's hinge was broken, so the door was falling off--I'm not sure the owner is even aware of this. All of this is to say it caused a lot of uncomfortable moments since we cooked for almost every meal and had to do the laundry. On top of it, I found 2 worn sock pieces under the bed, in the room where the bunk beds are. This really disturbed me. I would recommend this property for those who don't plan to cook a lot or do the laundry.

Family birthday party!

The location is great, very convenient for our family commitments but also allowed time for skiing. Overall, the house was great. There were a couple things that needed attention such as: something is leaking inside the refrigerator, the dryer door is broken and the upstairs hall bathroom sink is partially clogged. We were able to manage but want to ensure the owner is aware.

A merger of north and south...He is from southern PA, she is from Alabama...they met while living in the 'Big Easy' (New Orleans).

Varför värden valde detta boende

Get the personal touch of having direct contact with the owner and rates that are lower than the resort & most comparably sized condos. Please see our reviews to get a sense of the level of service you can expect. Living in Pittsburgh for 8 years and spending lots of time at the resort, please feel free to ask me anything!

The condo is stocked with nearly anything that you could ever need, including towels, linens, soap, coffee and a kitchen with all the extras of home. And with sleeping for 13 and 3.5 baths, everyone can spread out as much as you desire!

The views are gorgeous and there is so much to do: fishing, biking, skiing, tubing, shooting or just relaxing, there is never a dull moment. I fell in love with it the first time I saw it. In the winter, we cozy in next to the fire after a long day of skiing before having some fun at the Foggy Goggle! In the summer, we enjoy the Alpine Slide, local wineries and the pool!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Ski-in with sleeper sofa allows 12 to sleep comfortably! Sleeper chair adds upstairs for additional area for one small adult or child, making it 13. First floor unit, no lugging equipment upstairs. NFL REDZONE (during football season), Free Wi-Fi, DVD players in every room. Shuttle stop is right outside, so stay warm in the winter and watch for the bus from inside! In the summer, Woodridge's pool, volleyball, basketball, hot tub and playground are just short walk (3 minutes!) from our place. Enjoy year-round fun at our condo!
