All the comforts of home!

Very clean and cozy! This home sits in the pines in a quiet neighborhood. The back deck is a refreshing place to read, relax, grill a meal or just listen to the birds. The kitchen is well stocked for meals and is tastefully designed with granite countertops. Loved the gas stove! Master bedroom has a sitting area with an en-suite. The bathroom has double sinks with a long granite counter. The shower is a stand-out and has a natural rock floor with rustic tile. There are 2 more bedrooms separated by a second bathroom, games for the kids and in the living area, a nice gas fireplace and recliners to enjoy. Not far from shopping and restaurants. You won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful, comfortable home for a family stay in Pinetop

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property! After spending several days sharing a hotel room with our six year old, my husband and I were both ready for a little elbow room - as was our son. To our delight, the bunk bed room has quite the supply of toys - Duplos, a marble run set, tons of board games, among other things. What a blessing to discover! The whole house was clean and very comfortable. The master bed is super firm, but we adjusted quickly and slept great. The master shower is gorgeous and felt like such a treat to use! The owners have gone above and beyond with all the amenities offered - hand soaps, laundry detergent, plenty of seasonings/spices, teas, a stash of toilet paper, hair dryer, etc. We definitely felt at home. The only complaint we had was that the pool/clubhouse charges an outrageous amount ($400 for a 1-7 day stay) for guests to use. We weren’t aware of that until we arrived and it was a downer since we’d promised our son swim time. Thankfully, Show Low offers an aquatic center with very reasonable rates - less than $5/person. We did make use of the lanterns placed in the kitchen and on the fireplace mantle as the power was out for an hour or so during a rare thunderstorm. It was so nice to have those handy - our game time didn’t miss a beat! Overall, we highly recommend this home and would definitely make plans to stay here if we vacation in Pinetop again.

Lovely, Well-Equipped House

Extremely comfortable home; very well equipped. A lovely place to stay during our visit to our adult son and his family. We really could not have been more pleased and satisfied.

Wish our stay was longer!

Rental home was beautiful. We enjoyef our stay and would like to return next year for a longer stay. Owners were easy to talk to snd very accommodating. Couldnt ask for morr.

Fun girls trip

For my friend’s 50th bday, we decided to have a girls trip to the cooler weather where we could just chill and relax. The house was very clean and well stocked with all of our needs. We cooked, played games, did yoga on the patio and took walks around the beautiful neighborhood. Had a great time and would highly recommend this home to others.

Highly recommend

Very clean property with all the right touches. Comfortably sleeps 4 adults and 3 children/teens. Upgraded kitchen and master suite a plus. Definitely would rent again.

Beautiful location for a relaxing getaway!

Beautiful three bedroom split floor plan for a weekend getaway for my husband and I. Location had everything we needed and more! The bathroom in the master bedroom was beautiful, spacious and had excellent water pressure! Loved spending time on the deck enjoying cooler temperatures! Close to beautiful hiking trails. The nighttime sky for star gazing was amazing!

Awesome Christmas Break

We had an Awesome Christmas Break - Property was clean and very well organized. Property owners were very helpful for the grill setup - due to my lack of knowledge. Perfect for 2 families. Kids loved the bunker beds with lot of board games.

The property and home is absolutely beautiful. One of the best neighborhoods in the area. It’s nestled deep in the pines. You feel like your in a different state. The home is gorgeous inside. It comes with everything you need. Kitchen is stocked with lots of basics. The bedrooms are spacious. The master bath is a heavenly treat. We grilled out 2 nights of our stay and the grill works like a charm. The yard and home both feel brand new. Very clean. Garage is big and very spacious for extra storage. Gas fireplace in the chilly evenings was perfect. We played 2 rounds of golf at the gorgeous executive course less than a mile away. Our family hiked every day on paved trails for the stroller. Drove to Big Lake for the fall colors. Just a great time. We loved it so much we extended our stay. We plan on visiting at least twice a year. Thank you to Mary and hosts.

Nice New Close PTCC Stay

Fresh new build. Very comfortable size property. Close to three golf courses. Outstanding master bathroom. Comfortable and roomy master suite . All closets spacious and ready for guests. Lovely functional kitchen with quality granite countertops. Excellent laundry room and pantry. Clean garage. Screens on all windows and porch door so you can enjoy the fresh mountain air. Caring home owners. Excellent property contact person. We recommend this rental property.

Beautiful new home in Pinetop-Lakside

This gem of a home has a split floor plan with a large master and in-suite bathroom. It is also air conditioned and comes with a two car garage. The only think we would suggest is that they leave more paper products for their guests. This is our third summer renting a place in the area and this rental was the best! We will definitely want to stay here again.
