I enjoyed my stay with Kids and Grandbabies. There are pool toys, beach chairs and umbrella. The Beach was across the street with limited public space. Get there between 6-6:30 am for set upspace. The 3 master suites had comfy beds. We will definitely come back to this location.

Our 2025 Thanksgiving stay was excellent. Walking into the home, we were welcomed with nice music and a complimentary bottle of wine. They continued to check on us throughout our stay. The rental company was very respondent when needed. It was clean and plenty of space for us. I only wish we had known ahead of time about heating the pool days in advance. The area was nice and convenient to most places. Overall, great stay.

Sea haus

House is clean and nice. Everything is as stated. Beds are the most uncomfortable we’ve ever slept in. And the kitchen is very limited.

We hope to return next year. The property could use extra kitchen trash bags. The property could use a wifi extender for the 2nd floor (maybe the 3rd). We used our hotspot on the second floor.

Suggestions

Overall stay was great… future suggestions Beach chairs would have been helpful. The pool chairs need custom cushions. Guest book with more detail regarding check in & departure. We over cleaned & it wasn’t clear on what we could leave or remove from house Thank you!!

Great getaway with friends!

Place is great! It was clean upon arrival, the management company was good at communicating, and the furnishings/decor were on point! A few recommendations to the host to enhance guest experience: 1. We didn’t feel that the heated pool worked well. This may need to be serviced. 2. Please put a floor mat at the back door so people can wipe off their feet when coming in the double door. Would help to prevent sand from getting in. 3. I assume it is policy, but it would be nice if unopened food items, spices, etc. could be kept for the next guests. Having to buy salt, pepper, oil, etc. for a three day stay is a bit wasteful.

Thank you for the 5-star review. We're glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and found the accommodations to be clean and well-appointed. You should have gotten an email prior to your stay letting you know that we provide starters of kitchen and bathroom essentials so you should plan to bring these items from home or purchase them once you get here. This is for safety reasons. We appreciate your constructive feedback and will look into addressing the issues you mentioned with the heated pool and the lack of a floor mat at the back door. We hope you'll join us again soon. Thank you for choosing RealJoy.

Booked this home for our first family beach trip. It was perfect. Very clean home. Perfect size pool. Very spacious living area and kitchen. Every bedroom had their own bathroom which was great. Convenient location. In walking distance of Camille’s, which was a great spot for coffee and drinks. Host was very quick to respond any time we had questions. I would book here again 10/10.

Beautiful views

We had a great time. The only issue was difficulty locating the dumpster. That information should be on documents mailed to renters.

Really nice condo for the price.

We really liked the way the condo was clean and in very good condition. The location was close to the dock and the walk off back deck made it easy to get to the boat. The price was really good too.
