An awesome stay!!

The location was great. Quick access to the beach and boardwalk yet quiet in the evenings. The house is also just a short drive to restaurants and shops.

The house was perfect for 10 of us. The kids loved the pool. The beds were comfy. The location was perfect because it wasn’t near all the traffic. Super easy access to beach too. The outdoor furniture needs some major help. We would stay there again but it definitely needs new outdoor furniture. After one chair was broken we only had 4 chairs.

Beautiful house, great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented this house for my family and the size and location was perfect for 9 of us. The kitchen was more than adequately stocked for our needs, the house was clean and the management responded quickly to inquiries. The only thing lacking was pool furniture. There are a couple lounge chairs but with 9 of us, a table with chairs and a couple more loungers would have made it perfect which it should be for the price paid. Overall though, great property.

What A Place

The loacation and the wonderful house is great for a large goup. Close to shopping and places to eat (east walking). The managment team was great when some minor items needed to be corrected.

The location, space, and layout of the house was great! It could have been cleaner. There was a spot on the floor, linen, and furniture. The staff was very responsive to our needs, which was helpful and appreciated.

Thanksgiving stay

The location of the home was great. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach. We had an issue with the heated pool on Thanksgiving day. The management company was extremely responsive and it.was fixed with a couple of hours. The only issue was the door out to the pool. The door handle was a bit loose, the door was hard to shut and lock. It wasnt anything that impeded our enjoyment of the house.

Very nice host

Very nice goat check in and stay went very smoothly. Only drawback is it did not sleep 12. Other than that the pool was a lovely break from the beach. The family area inside was awesome. The parking was great. And the walk to the beach was a cinch.

Quick family getaway

The house was beautiful. Kitchen was well stocked. We had plenty of towels/washcloths. The pool outback was perfect for the kiddos. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Property!

This was our family reunion trip (total of 10 family members) and accomodations were superb. From the property itself, location, staff and customer service, everything was a top notch. Everything we were looking for in a vacation home, we found it right here. Definitely reccommend this place and owners/mgmt company!

Excellent Location

Patio doors on the lower level needs some repairs to secure adequate protection and safety. Heated pool may need some service. Overall, we really enjoyed our visit.

Good over all

Easy to book. We were sent easy directions to find and utilize the property There we’re a few things that didn’t work such as door knobs we’re broken, 🔥 fireplaces didn’t work and pool was not very warm for a heated pool. The trash was overloaded and a mess beside the building when we got there. The beauty and comfort of the place and cleanliness made up for the other little things. I would definitely rent it again,

June 2020 Stay

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property! The location and proximity to the beach was perfect! The only things that I could say would need improving would be nitpicking and I believe has been something we have had to deal with at most beach houses we’ve rented. But, the doors that lead to the pool (all three sets of doors) were in really bad shape and were really hard to ensure were locked and closed properly, so much so that it made it feel unsafe when we left the house unattended or went to bed. With small children, it was concerning that we had such a hard time keeping them closed/locked so that they wouldn’t just walk out the back doors into the pool. Besides that, we truly enjoyed our week at this home! The neighborhood was really nice to take walks through, and the gate to the beach was very close. Overall, we would most definitely rent this home again!

Beautiful home in a convenient location!

This a lovely home with a beautiful view! The street is directly in front of the home, but surprisingly wasn’t overly loud. The house was clean and had lots of space. I knocked off a star strictly because of the toiletries/supplies. Yes I read the pre-check in instructions and did not anticipate having all the supplies I needed, however, what was supplied was pitiful. There was 1 garbage bag and it was the worst quality I have ever seen (seriously, that’s the cheapest bag I’ve ever touched). There was exactly 1 dishwashing pod. The bathroom toiletries were also of poor quality, I feel like Super 8 would have had better shampoo. I’m not sure if this Beachblue issue or house keeping issue? But someone should go to the Dollar store and remedy this $20-30 immediately. I’ve stayed (via vrbo) in several homes as nice as this and some not as nice, but I’ve never encountered worse provisions than these. So until this is fixed, beware to bring your own trash bags, soap, dishwashing amenities, etc.

Perfect location and Almost Perfect House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location couldn't be better.Loved big kitchen and table. Loved the little pool shaded by balcony. Loved that every room had its own bathroom. Read other reviews so thankfully brought our own pans! Master bedroom enormous so would expect big sumptuous bed you sink into with nice fluffy down comforter - no. It is very minimal and I called it the concrete block. Back hurt more and more each morning. All mattresses really hard. I agree with other reviews house needs refreshing. A/C vents look coated in dust but may just be rusted - easy fix. Beautiful staircase but with 80's yellow oak full of dings and scratches and really stained carpeting. Walls up staircase a mess. Refinish stairs, replace upstairs carpet, a little paint, upgrade mattresses and put some pans in the kitchen and you have the perfect luxurious vacation rental. It's a great house it just needs some love.Also bring hangers. Gigantic closets but no shirt hangers. And the gate to the beach doesn't open, but it's a quick walk to the next one that does. We were grateful for the umbrella and beach chairs provided in the garage.

Great location-Tired rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked 2 houses on this street. This one for us, and the second for all our extended family. So, I have a direct comparison, and had expectations based on other rentals through our years around 30A.Pros- location and view are irreplaceable. The bedrooms, kitchen and living room are nice sized.Cons- The home was tired. I’m guessing it’s been used as a rental for many years now and can use some updates. It was in a lot of little details. I did let management know about 3 more important maintenance issues, although they didn’t directly hinder our stay. The runner carpet upstairs is stained and sticky to step on; wear houseshoes or socks. The mattresses felt okay but seem quite old. With 2 of us having allergies connected to dust mites, we’d take medicine at bedtime and still wake up stuffy and itchy.FYI-(unchangeable, but) The view and easy beach access have a downfalll. The road outside is filled with people cruising, honking, playing loud music, and screaming until around midnight every night. The upstairs master bedroom is so loud.Still- We loved the beach and view. The kids enjoyed the plunge pool. The house worked for our needs, just didn’t compare to the second house or others we’ve stayed in.Management- The master shower had not been cleaned prior to our stay, as the last people’s soap still sat on the shelf and hair on the floor. The towel quality is not great. I don’t understand a house rental that require you buy toilet paper to have enough for the people staying within for the week.

Our week stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was absolutely breathtaking with beautiful beach views. Our family of 6 stayed in this rental for a week. Lots of room and everything you could possibly need inside of the home during our stay. The hot tub was a major addition to the home as well as we stayed during the winter months. Three major things I do need to mention - the kitchen faucet was broken as it only featured a spray option. The garbage disposal wasn’t clean and left a horrible smell while running. We had to make an extra trip for cleaning supplies because it was unbearable. The water heater couldn’t keep up with all bathrooms which was difficult but we made it work. Also one very important thing and should be fixed immediately, all bottom French doors do not lock which left us feeling very uneasy. Three times we came back from being out on excursions to the French doors blown open from the wind leaving our rental open and accessible to all people passing by. Upon booking we were told there would be a garage door on the counter for the doors and upon arrival there was not. Sent an email with no response but came home later that day and there was one on the counter, again, with our doors left wide open. Check out time was 10am. We were loading up our vehicle and closed the front door during this process, at 9:45am we were locked out of the house. Thank goodness the French doors on the backside of the house do not lock so we could get back in to finish gathering our belongings. We would definitely book again, as long as everything mentioned could be corrected.
