Detta 3 sovrum, 3 badrum, välutrustat lägenhet, ligger inbäddat i de magnifika sanddynerna vid den tysta norra änden av Wrightsville Beach i Wrightsville Dunes. Njut av din egen privata balkong medan du tittar på pelikanerna och vågorna kraschar på den expansiva stranden! Lounge poolside vid en av de två gemenskapens pooler eller spela en match eller två på tennisbanorna. Naturligtvis kan den breda vita sandstranden som nås av privata gångvägar få dig att känna att du har allt för dig själv! Denna lägenhet ligger i Sterling Edition som har en utvändig säkrad entré till byggnaden samt en hiss för din bekvämlighet.

Wrightsville Dunes-komplexet kräver att alla fordon ska visa ett HOA-utfärdat parkeringskort medan de parkeras på fastigheten för att undvika citering. Passen är strikt tillämpad och begränsad till två per hyresenhet; inga undantag kan göras. Alla bokningar som äger rum mellan maj till september kräver parkeringskort och måste betala $ 10. 00 för de två tillåtna passerna som kommer att utfärdas till bokningsinnehavaren vid incheckningen.

Great place

This is a great condo. Larger than it looks. The large master suite was a surprise. We had 6 adults stay here with plenty of room. Great ocean fromt views

Perfect place for family

Nice condo well stocked, at the north end of Wrightsville Beach, away from the hustle, with a nice pool, private walkway to a great strip of beach. Had a great time.

Great place!!!

Wifi was weak but we weren’t there to watch Netflix or work so it wasn’t a problem. Condo was clean and we enjoyed the pool too! Would 100% come back!

Reviewer Comments: We’ve been tenants for going on our 2nd year and stayed in a different condo last year but it’s always clean, check in is flawless, issues at the condo always fixed fast if any at all and they are even called this last time to tell me someone is coming up to fix an issue that has been ongoing and something the last tenant brought up. A++++ places and staff. Super quiet close enough to everything in Wilmington, Kure and Carolina. We will be back from the next 25 years!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and view but this unit is tired and in need of a major update. Carpet was stained and disgustingly dirty. Being locked out of the master closet and pantry was very inconvenient. No tv in 2 of the bedrooms including the master was a disappointment.

Nice Condo

The property was very nice. We had everything we needed. The deck has plenty of chairs to enjoy the great ocean view. The kitchen was well equipped and each of the bedrooms had an en-suite bath. It was a quick walk to swim in the ocean and the pool was also nice. Great place to spend a week at the beach.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: wonderful spot and unit. loved everything about it EXCEPT there was no master closet thus clothes hung on door knobs, and no kitchen closet and every cabinet was full of homeowners bounty of plates, etc. thus all our stuff was on hall floor. We were there 2 weeks. for a weekend would not be too big of a problem.

Wrightsville Beach two Week Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental experience was satisfactory. Condo itself was very nice and well equipped. Problem was no closet space in Master Bedroom nor place to store staple foods in kitchen; owner locked storage for same. Very inconvenient. Rented for two weeks but bed linens and towels were not replaced after first week; competitor rental agent provides that option. We heeded recommendation to leave the beach for the hurricane; stayed two nights in motel but were reimbursed by insurance we purchased. Owner of condo was kind to supply proof of power outage from Duke Power thru rental agent to support insurance claim which was paid in full. Overall, family enjoyed the respite from the pandemic at the beach. We took advantage of carry out from beach restaurants and visited two restaurants just across the bridge for dinner and lunch. No problems.

Quick family get away

My husband and I along with our 2 young boys had the best time in Wrightsville Beach and Wilmington. The condo was clean and comfortable and perfect location to enjoy the beach and anything else in Wrightsville. We are already looking forward to next year and hope to make this an annual visit.

Perfect getaway!

All of us LOVED the apartment. - perfect location on the dunes with wide windows to look at the waves, nice pool area, we took long walks on very wide beach,. The apartment was well supplied with everything we needed, very comfortable and absolutely clean. We would definitely rent again and one of us had cracked hip so availability of elevator turned out to be essential.

Wonderful Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was awesome. It was clean and a little bigger than we had expected from the pictures. The patio was the best part, being able to sit there and enjoy watching and hearing the waves crash. It was a beautiful view and very relaxing. Also, I was pleased with how nice the beach right outside the condo was, just a short boarded walk over the dunes. We also enjoyed the pool and tennis courts as a nice change of pace. We were all very happy with the condo and vacation.
