Detta underbara privata hem ligger i Solamere-området i Lower Deer Valley. Den har vacker utsikt, högkvalitativa ytor och designmöbler, underbara bekvämligheter, och är mycket rymlig (cirka 6 000 kvadratfot). Trä accenter hela, inklusive loggställningar och stolpar, trägolv, samt en öppen och ljus planlösning.

Den viktigaste ingångsnivån öppnar upp till vardagsrummet, köket och matsalen kombinerat till ett vackert stort rum. Den privata badtunna ligger på däck strax utanför matsalen. Också på denna nivå är det fjärde sovrummet och tvättstugan. Upp en halv nivå tar dig till sovrummet sviten, och sedan upp en hel trappa är den andra master svit och tredje sovrum. På den lägre nivån hittar du det femte och sjätte sovrummet, ett familjerum och spelrum, och entré från garaget.

Vardagsrum: Vågat tak, trägolv, golv till tak natursten vedeldad spis med logmantel, HDTV, video, DVD, CD, tillgång till ett litet däck på framsidan av huset, fantastisk utsikt.

Familjerum: På lägre nivå med massor av sittplatser, 42 "HDTV, DVD, CD och surroundljud! Spelområde med biljardbord och våt bar med handfat, kylskåp och ismaskin. Golv till tak natursten eldstad - vedeldning.

Kök: Trägolv, granitdiskar, utrustade med professionella apparater för gourmetmatlagning. Arbetsö, fristående slaktblock ö. Viking spis (gas) har 6 brännare, och det finns en ismaskin förutom den fulla storleken kyl / frys.

Matsal: Formellt matbord med plats för 10 personer. Ytterligare barstol sittplatser för 4 på kitchen island i närheten.

Perfect retreat!

The property is beautiful and clean, close to Park City Mountain resort. Our two families of 6 each had a lot of fun there. Will rent again if available.

Another amazing family vacation using this home as our PC base!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd time renting this fantastic home. It is perfect for a large family with its 6 bedrooms (and the master bedroom is massive and on its own split level). The home has a great kitchen as we alternated the responsibility of cooking meals amongst our family members. The home's location in Deer Valley is really good with very quick access to Park City and all the fun and numerous activities there. Due to our family's growing number, we also rented the home right next door - 3055 Snow Cloud, which was hugely convenient and gave us all more room (with our many young grandchildren).

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. We appreciated the extra table and chairs you provided for Thanksgiving Day. We did notice a bit of a problem with the freezer when it was pulled open - the freezer bin seemed to easily come off the track. It was a really enjoyable couple of days and we appreciate being able to stay at this home.Thank you.

Deer valley family escapade

My family of adults and kids stayed at this magnificent house for a wonderful 4 day adventure. Skiing at Deer Valley and Park City was wonderful. The house location is just 5 minutes from Deer Valley. It is large, luxurious and totally fit for apre skiing. the hot tub was wonderful. Great room was spectacular. Master bedroom was three times larger than we needed( but so nice to sleep in!) overall we loved the house and certainly plan to return!

Even Bigger Than You Think

My family and I (8 total) stayed here over Fall Break. We usually come to Park City for Fall Break because it's a beautiful time and close by. This cabin was ideal because it was close (3 min drive) to all of the old town's restaurants and attractions, but it is set back on the Deer Valley side offering great seclusion and privacy. The layout of the cabin was one of the best we've encountered, and we could have easily had another family there with us. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is great, and every communal space is huge and accommodating. The cabin was also one of the more well-stocked properties we've frequented with abundant kitchen-ware, towels, toiletries, etc. We very much enjoyed and would recommend this property.

Our family of 13 "over 50s" enjoyed this lovely home!

We all enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, the wild turkeys and moose we heard and saw, the spacious living and cooking areas, the decks and hot tub with convenient bench and towel hooks. Lots of windows. We felt very comfortable except that there were only 2 king beds so those with queens did not sleep as well. And 3 of us were in bunk beds, which were even less comfortable, but I'm sure for children they would be fine. A few minor repairs are needed [Blue Ray, stove burner, no grab bars in showers, etc.], which I'm sure will be taken care of, as Alpine Ski Properties is very focused on pleasing their guests and addressing any issues that arise.

Reviewer Comments: My family (wife, 4 adult children, 2 daughter-in-laws, 4 grandkids three years old and younger plus and a future son-in-law) had a wonderful stay at 3035 Snow Cloud Circle. It is in a great location and had plenty of room for our large party of 13. Lots of individual family space and well-furnished. The master bedroom is huge, which was great. A few challenges for improvement - the pool table is very old and only 1 working cue stick!; there were dirty pot and cups that from the previous renter I suppose - the cleaning crew needs to check that out; the grill was quite old and the handle broke but still functional; it is a bummer that the local and amazing Solamere neighborhood tennis, pickleball and swim club is off limits to renters - there was nobody using it!: the back porch was under construction to a degree but usable; please put extra garbage bags and paper towels which is a small expense but yields high renter satisfaction - minor things that could all be corrected.

This property served our needs perfectly. There are enough bedrooms for 6 friends to each have their own room and plenty of gathering spaces. Highly recommended!

Great time, perfect location

We had a great time and were very happy with the accommodations. It was a family reunion, our adult kids were super happy with their en suite rooms and the Master Bedroom is very relaxing. The common area is more that enough for the family to gather and be together. It was great!

Fantastic weekend get-away

We had such a great time at this place. the property staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions. it has all of the amenities from home. we cooked, grilled, relaxed. It was great.

Each family had their own place and the kids LOVED the hot tub. We hung some hammocks on some trees in the yard which made it feel so comfortable. The kitchen has a beautiful cooktop and lots of space for food prep. We would stay here again.

Summertime in Park City

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I realize Park City Utah is a major winter, ski destination. But, we were looking for a family vacation, in the mountains with members from three different states in the summer, that included summertime activities for both kids and adults and we found that in Park City. The property was absolutely perfect for the seven members of our family. The home is beautiful, well maintained and equipped and located in a very beautiful residential area minutes from downtown Park City. The property was very clean and comfortable and not beat up as many rentals can become. We had fresh bedding and linens and a very well equipped kitchen for our dining needs, including all high end appliances. Wildlife was also present as we had a moose pass through the backyard three times, wild turkeys on the front lawn and an occasional deer stride through the neighborhood. Finally, on a couple of occasions we needed to contact property management for questions etc. The response was near instantaneous, even on Sunday. So, all in all, I heartedly recommend this property and may be going there again ourselves.

Thanksgiving 2021 Family Reunion

Property was amazing!! Alpine Ski Properties was even more amazing!! We had our Turkey and Ham delivered to ASP which was awesome! But we had oven issues for our Thanksgiving Day meal. Expected a double oven but the top was not working. Called ASP and the on call person tried to get a technician to come look at it... on Thanksgiving day! So very sweet of her!! Unable to reach someone she came out herself. There wasn’t anything that could be done that day but they did bring an alternative toaster oven for the rest of our stay! Everything else was fantastic!! Would definitely recommend Alpine Ski Properties and this property!!

Family mountain getaway

The house was perfect for our family with 10 adults and 3 small children. It was very clean and had everything we needed- fully stocked kitchen, large dining area, big family gathering spaces on both floors, extra linens. We would highly recommend this place and would definitely come back to stay here.
