Casa Ave del Paraiso är en lyxig villauthyrning designad med en mexikansk modern stil som bibehåller smaken av ett elegant lyxigt Vallarta-hem. Casa Ave del Paraiso ligger i Real de Conchas Chinas, ett litet, privat, gated community strax norr om Conchas Chinas utveckling i Puerto Vallarta. Villan ger gästerna friheten och lugnet att vara på ett isolerat, säkert läge bort från stimmet i många andra stadsdelar i Puerto Vallarta utan att offra bekvämligheten med en kort taxiresa till Gamla Vallarta och dess berömda romantiska distrikt känt för sina restauranger och nattliv .

På gatu- / entréplanet hittar du de gemensamma områdena: pulverrum; vardagsrum / matsal; öppna och täckta terrasser; utomhus frukostområde med grill; tvätt; ett rymligt fullt utrustat kök med modernaste apparater av bästa kvalitet, inklusive en ö som har plats för 6 personer bekvämt; en uppvärmd pool, med en bänk och ett våt loungeareal; vattenstrålar som springer ut ur poolernas oändlighetskant.

Fallande från huvudnivån hittar du gästsviterna, hemmabio och vinkällaren. Denna nivå har tre sovrum, var och en med badrum med eget badrum och klädkammare. Rummen har en stor terrass och har panoramautsikt över havet. Det fjärde sovrummet är en svärmorssvit. Det har eget badrum, litet pentry och dubbelsäng.

Under nivån på gästsviten finns en lägenhet med 3 sovrum med två badrum (king size-sängar) sovrum / badrum och ett mindre tredje sovrum / badrum med två enkelsängar som kan omvandlas till en king size-säng vid behov. Lägenheten har ett litet utrustat kök och en egen liten pool och terrass (hav och frodig tropisk utsikt). Det kan nås inom villan eller förseglas med en separat ingång.

Det finns gott om parkeringsplatser för hemmet inklusive ett stort täckt och säkert garage som passar två bilar samt en utomhusparkeringsramp bredvid huset med upp till ytterligare två fordon.

Master Suite är på övre plan och har en privat terrass, jacuzzi, king size-säng, eget badrum och klädkammare och gör att det åttonde sovrummet inte ingår i prislistan. Kontakta oss för mer information.

Do it!

We celebrated both a 50th wedding anniversary and an engagement during our stay and it was the perfect home for it. I can't say enough about the staff. They were impressive and helped us work through a few planning snafus. We had 13 people and were plenty comfortable. We will likely return.

Amazing!

Rolf has an incredible villa that has incredible attention to detail. The pictures of the pool deck overlooking the ocean don’t do the view justice. You can literally Humpback whale watch. The only thing on the wish list would be installation of a jacuzzi as it gets quite cold after sundown in the peak winter months.Alexa was an incredible concierge and the cooking and housekeeping staff were fantastic. Of the seven bedrooms, 6 are amazing (7th is fine but the view is not quite as spectacular as the others). We asked for additional keys (a previous review said only one was provided) and were able to get those without issue. It’s a very easy Uber from and to Zona Romantico. You should absolutely book this.

Fabulous Vacation Spot

Over a dozen 60 something’s had one of the best vacations at this beautiful home. The views were spectacular as were the sunsets we enjoyed floating in the pool. It was so pretty and so relaxing. The staff was amazing.They were friendly, accommodating and made us feel at home. The breakfasts were awesome… we all miss the French toast, fresh fruit and juice and frijoles! Our chef dinners were also excellent. Cocktails weren’t bad either. Overall we would highly recommend this property for large family or friend gatherings - it has the space for being together and privacy if anyone needs a break. The location is great, easy taxi ride into town and walkable if hills don’t scare you. We had a truly memorable vacation - We would definitely go back. Thanks!

Beautiful House

The house was beautiful, especially the pool, and accurate to the description. Everyone on the staff was very nice and accommodating. The location is perfect, great view, walking distance (steep but doable) to town and the beach, accessible by uber and cabs, and felt very safe. Minor complaints are that we only had one key (for a group of 13), and the wifi was not very spotty, and could only be used if we were right near the mode/router.

Amazing experience

We came with a group of 12 friends to celebrate a birthday. Derek, the concierge, was great even before we arrived! He set up a call with us to make sure we had what we needed at the house and took great care of us as well! The ladies who cooked us breakfast and lunch every day were incredible - always ask for the fresh made quesadillas! The house and the views were stunning. The house provided a relaxing experience. We did not have a care in the world. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing!

Best Family Vacation!!!!

I honestly can not express the beauty, comfort, space, breath taking views of the house, the owner is warm and friendly to open his house to us. Jose, Sandra and Esmeralda were just so amazing to everyone of us, it didn't mater what we needed they were very helpful to accommodate. They did a great job at preparing breakfast, snacks, drinks, set up the house for swimming, sun bathing anything our harts desired. We will definitely see you all again soon, and recommend this house, thank you all for making our family feel at home being so far away from home :)

Beautiful Property and Amazing Staff

The overall property was stunning, all the doors open up on almost all the bedrooms (6/8) and the living room space opened up too, to the most beautiful view of the ocean. Dinner time with the chef was our favorite, because it was always at sunset, with the most delicious meals. This was a very special trip, and they even had sunscreen and bug spray out for everyone to use. Planning and prepping was made very easy with Derek, and the house staff Sandra and Louise were so kind and helpful. They even made breakfast and lunch for us all. One thing I want to suggest is a reminder to close ALL doors/windows right after the sun sets, because the bugs all come out (flying beetles) :)

A wonderful home!

Truly terrific! Great staff and terrific location! Pool: Both awesome! One is cold and one is warmed by sun. Bedrooms: Great working A/C, firm mattresses, great closet spaces. Common areas: No A/C in any hallways, living room or kitchen. Clean and spacious. No access to wine cellar. Lots of stairs. Overhead lighting electrical is pretty spotty, lots of switches that do nothing. Security: The neighborhood is protected by a man seated by the main entrance, nice guy. You feel very safe in P.V in general, but this house is in a very safe part of town. Transportation: Uber is ample and cheap. Very steep and aggressive road going up to house. Beware it’s not walkable. It is a great value and can accommodate so many people. It truly was a terrific space to host a bachelor party for 14 people for 5 nights in August.

Girls Get away

We enjoyed our time at this property. Jose, the house manager went above and beyond in spoiling us and ensuring our trip was relaxing. He is a gem! He made sure we had delicious breakfasts every day and afternoon snacks as well. It was too much food some days. We had the chef prepared meals on two nights- fantastic. Excellent sunsets! I came here with a total of 8 women, Most of the bedrooms have doors that open to the jungle/pool view and those were preferred. That being said. the twin room was not a room anyone wanted to use as it felt dark. Most of bathrooms in the suites, except for a handful did not have doors, doesn't allow for much privacy with the open air concept. There are many stairs here so be aware if travelling with anyone with mobility issues. There were some plumbing issues which is common in Mexico, toilets not functioning, water not hot in some showers, etc. Wasn't a major issue, but worth noting. There are pool toys the house has on hand, there is also sunscreen that may have been from prior guests or that they have purchased, if you forgot to pack some. The pools are not heated and got a little chilly after dark. We spent most of our days by the pool. This place is up a hill on a windy road in a secure safe neighborhood, they can organize transportation for you. Most taxis and transportation companies struggled some with finding the location. We found Uber had no issues at all and was only $5 USD to get into town. The owner came by at least 3 times to the property. I communicated with Nannette prior to our arrival and she was very accommodating.

Unforgettable week!

We stayed at the villa parasio for a girls trip and it was everything we wanted and more. The house is MASSIVE, and with 15 ladies we were more than comfortable . So many private terraces to spread out and have some solace if needed. They made up an extra bed in one of the bedrooms for the 15th person The views were out of this world with ocean plus feeling tucked into the jungle hillside. Not a ton of insects considering. There are countless beautiful homes in PV , but the staff truly made this place special . Sandra and Luisa prepared breakfast for us every morning , and refreshed the living and bedroom spaces for us every day. Derek, our concierge went above and beyond to get us anything we needed and was an excellent communicator. They stocked the house , and had food and drinks ready for us upon arrival. He arranged to have Balthazar come and make us dinners two of the nights. It really just takes vacationing to the next level when you can relax at home, sit for dinner, and they take care of all cooking and cleaning . Balthazar’s cooking was so good, and was accommodating with dietary restrictions Payments for extra services and groceries was very straightforward. Payment in pesos is preferred! 10/10 recommend having Derek arrange a mariachi band come to the house and play for the guests. We had them come in the morning and it was such a special and fun way to wake up to with our coffee and breakfast Location : Conchas Chinas is right above the Zona romantica so you are very close to the beautiful downtown area (10 min drive). Pay special attention to driving instructions that the host gives and you should find fairly easily after. Rolf and Nanette (the hosts) answered all questions leading up to our stay, and were so kind. They were very flexible with check in and check out times which made our arrival and departure less stressful. I have been to Mexico many times and have never felt more safe. The house is secure, and the staff were nothing but wonderful to us. Thank you everyone! I would love to come back

Amazing girls trip

We had an incredible time at this villa. It is breathtaking in person and the experience for a large group of 12 ladies was seamless. Much thanks to Sandra and Derek who were absolute gems and gave us the best experience. Derek helped organize on site massages, a private boat trip and a private chef. We were a group of Muslim women who were looking for privacy and all female staff and chefs and everyone was able to accomodate us, even though I'm sure it wasn't what they're normally accustomed to. We had an absolute blast and can't recommend this villa enough.

Beautiful panoramic view of ocean

I truly enjoyed my time staying at this beautiful house with gorgeous panoramic views! We were celebrating my 35th birthday with 10 other family and friends. Jose, Sandra, Baltazar and Kevin were truly amazing and kind. Jose and Sandra were at the house every day and made drinks, snacks and delicious meals. We hired a private chef Baltazar and Kevin to help cook my birthday dinner everyone made it such a special trip. We will Definitely love to stay at this gorgeous house! The property had two big pools and spacious bedrooms and privacy if you want to step away from your group. The house also comes with AC in each room! Great for the summer months!

Incredible and memorable stay

The property was incredibly scenic and spacious for our group of 12. Jose and Sandra were awesome. They were accommodating with cooking meals, keeping the house stocked, scheduling our covid tests, and cleaning without ever feeling intrusive. The house is quite a ways up the hillside so I wouldn't recommend trying to walk anywhere, but a taxi or uber can be called to take you to Zona Romantica, which is only about 5 minutes away. The art and decor in the house is very interesting.

Couldn’t recommend this more!

Our stay at this villa could not have been more perfect! Nanette and Rolf are fantastic hosts who were nothing but helpful leading up to our stay and during to coordinate groceries, transportation and anything else we needed. The villa EXCEEDED expectations - beautiful rooms and gorgeous views. But the thing that really made our stay perfect was the staff. Jose is an absolute gem and the rest of the staff are just as fantastic. Highly HIGHLY recommend this spot.

Perfect Villa for a Large Group

We were celebrating a milestone birthday with a group of 14 and the villa was the perfect setting. It was so spacious: every bedroom had its own bathroom and there was no lack of places to lounge and relax on every floor. The views of the city and the ocean were spectacular. Also, Jose and the house staff really took care of us with daily breakfast and options for lunch and dinner. He also helped out with arranging rides. Nanette reached out to us before our trip to arrange rides to/from the airport, COVID testing, and food/drinks for the house. The moment we walked in the house, we were welcomed with drinks. I would definitely come back with a large group.

Even before we got to the villa, Nanette and Rolf was excellent at communicating with us, making sure all my answers were questioned with planning and transportation. The villa was beautiful and was perfect for our group of 12. Jose and the staff were super accommodating and made sure we had drinks and food all the time! We wanted dinner at the villa most nights so they brought in an outside chef which was super convenient because getting to town could be a bit hard unless you call a car. Rolf even stopped by to introduce himself and made sure everything was going well. We had a fun and unforgettable time and can’t wait to be back in the future!

Definitely coming back when we get the chance. Jose and the staff took great care of us. Almost every one of the amazingly appointed bedrooms opens to a beautiful vista of the valley and the ocean. Thanks for a great experience.

Beyond Expectations!

My friends and family helped me celebrate my 40th birthday at this gorgeous villa. From the process leading up to our stay and throughout our time there - it truly blew away our expectations. And truthfully, I have some picky traveling friends. :) Rolf, Nanette, Jose and the staff all were so accommodating. The layout of the home was perfect, the food was incredible and everyone was just so nice. If you want to relax and read a book, socialize at the pool, work on your tan...it's all possible. Gorgeous views too! There are already discussions about a future trip there - highly recommend!
