St Andrews Common villa i Palmetto Dunes. Ligger exakt mitt i den 16 mil långa Hilton Head Island. Perfekt tillgång till allt. Privat utsikt över det 15: e hålet på Fazio golfbana. Dra runt däck med soluppgång och dagtid horisonter. Flera av våra upprepade gäster har använt sig för att kalla det "Trädhuset"; med utsikt över de levande ekarna till banan. Palmetto Dunes har tennis- och pickleboll i världsklass; och det är bara 10 minuters promenad bort. Om du är en golfare har det allt. Tre vackra banor inom plantagen: Arthur Hills, George Fazio och Robert Trent Jones, verkligen en av öns främsta spår.

Hilton Head Perfect

We wanted a comfortable place to call home for two months that was close to beaches, shopping, activities. This was perfect. Great area with friendly neighbors, near Palmetto Dunes pickleball, lovely view of the golf course. The condo had everything we needed and enough space for the two of us. We felt that we were enjoying a home - not a beach rental unit! Mike, the owner, could not have been more helpful or friendly.

Our Favorite Vacation Spot!

We absolutely love this villa! We decided to rent the same one two years in a row! It’s seriously the most beautiful place I’ve ever rented and the location is central to everything! We love the pool for St. Andrew’s Commons and we had an absolute blast this past week! It was hard to fly back home to Buffalo, NY!

Another Beautiful Week in PD

Family fun on Hilton Head Island

Our family had a great time this past week in Palmetto Dunes. What a beautiful place with so much to do - golf, biking, kayaking, swimming. Not to mention to relaxing together under the beautiful oak trees with Spanish moss. It doesn’t get any better!

Relaxing stay

We so enjoyed our stay. The villa is beautiful, cozy and peaceful, such a relaxing place with incredible views. It was supplied with everything we needed and very clean. Definitely would rent again.

Outstanding Location and Property

Our family and little dog had a fantastic trip to the beach. We spent two weeks at this property and had an absolute blast. The owner was extremely responsive to questions both before and during our stay. We look forward to our next trip to Hilton head and plan to stay in the same location.

HHI Summer Vacation

This property was as advertised. We had a great time during our stay at Palmetto Dunes. The unit is very private, quiet and clean. A very easy bike ride to the beach and tennis courts. We definitely plan to stay here again.

Great month spend in a wonderful condo.

I loved your condo. It was perfect in every way, from the wonderful stocked kitchen to the beautiful porch. It is so nice that you can sit on the porch all day, with a breeze, even in 90 degree weather. I wanted to book for June again next year but the week of June 17th was already taken, perhaps in 2026. Fantastic visit

My happy place is sitting on the deck looking over the trees with Spanish moss and the golf course. Love the condo with great beds. Perfect place for a short visit including dinner at Alexander's. Hope to return in the fall.

Super convenient location at front of Palmetto Dunes. Easy walk to Shelter Cove. Lovely pool steps from the unit. The owner is an absolute pleasure and the condo is comfortable and spacious. We loved our stay and highly recommend this rental.

We are a couple from Boston who have been coming to Hilton Head since 2003. In search of an ideal year round climate we first owned a quarter share but wanted to set our own schedule and bring our dog. We bought in St. Andrews Common in 2007 and have enjoyed it ever since. The Island is a golfer's paradise with amazing choices of club and cost. A deal can always be found. And of course, the Ocean. Only 3/4's of a mile to the beach is fabulous!
We were not prepared for the range of dining options; both in volume and variety. A hidden bonus: Living in the city we love to walk to dinner instead of getting in the car. From St. Andrews Common we can walk to the cluster of restaurants just outside the gate. It includes, Thai, Southwestern, Seafood, Italian and American.
We have recently discovered Picklball and love it. It's a ten minute walk to the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center-and now they have included Pickleball in their name since so many courts have been re-purposed. Bike paths abound and we are located exactly at the mid-island point so access to everything is as good as it gets; by bike or car.

Varför värden valde detta boende

1762 offers good size (1543 square feet, two bedrooms and a sleeping loft for two) cathedral ceilings and walls decorated with French prints. (Linda is a retired French teacher.) There is a screened in porch for dining and a wrap around deck for dining and cocktails and coffee. The views are what sold us on this property. Many units on Hilton Head are nice but focus on parking lots and common property. 1762 has incredibly private views of the 15th hole of the Fazio course in Palmetto Dunes. Being on the perimeter of the community there are no other buildings visible from the 180 degree view from the deck.
It is a 75 yard walk to the large community pool, which is close enough for convenience but just far enough for quiet.
