Folks love the location for its ease at reaching the places that help make their vacation extra nice! The pool is super for children since it allows them to feel safe and has a wide entry area where it is shallow for them to play. It's great for adults to cool off and get moderate exercise.

Our kitchen is the heart of the villa and is stocked so that you have what you need for outstanding dining. You bring your favorite recipes and our place is ready for you to prepare and enjoy them!

We love sharing our villa with families like Deb's. There are so many activities to enjoy in the area and this family tried lots. We also look forward to having them return to explore more of the island and make many more wonderful family memories.

We know that everyone looks forward to a welcoming villa that is very clean, is close to the beach, and is close to the many amenities that are in Palmetto Dunes. We look forward to welcoming others who have not as yet experienced the beauty of our villa and also of the Palmetto Dunes plantation.

We do have a smart TV in the lagoon-side bedroom. We will alert housekeeping about the top of the refrigetrator and the cabinet above the stove. Thanks for your comments.

We do have wonderful lagoon views and a great location for all. We are VERY careful to invite those with small pets and those who provide the proper care of the villa so that our place can truly be enjoyed by those who follow. Many don't realize the benefit of being close to the ocean and to overlooking our lagoon. Beauty and tranquility are right there! They also may not understand how much quieter the upper-level villas in Centrecourt are. Location does make a huge difference.
