Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is fantastic. The apartment was very clean. The mattress in the main room was not comfortable and could do with an upgrade. There are some frypans that need replacing. Otherwise all was great and I would stay there again.

Old & tired, but adequate and in a great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As you can see from the photos the apartment is very dated, but it was perfectly adequate. The kitchen could do with a clean up, theres loads of utensils and crockery from the last 30 years, a very old microwave and a you have to be under 5ft tall to see under the extractor fan.Everything else is great though. Good shower pressure, new washing machine (and handy drier), clothesline on the balcony, new lift in the building and the location is so convenient to town, the water, the clubs, walks and Coles.We really enjoyed our 4 weeks there. Thank you.

Macquarie Towers, short stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great, accommodation aged but in fair condition, check cleaning had been done properly, behind beds etc would be recommended,repairs need to be done in laundry and bathroom especially..a clear plan of where to find bins etc would be good. Could be better for price paid.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As usual it's a good unit for a holiday,close to everything BUT on this stay there was no lift. Out for renewal for three and a half months, what a nightmare. Wife could only leave the unit three times in the week we were there due to her artificial hips and lung disease. Complained to the agent who told me it was on the website, which they showed me. in the middle of the terms and conditions in light grey print on a white background.

Nice apartment for that price

It's a bit of a shame for the old fashioned decor, it could be a super cool place with some renovations.Also the elevator doesn't work and carry the suitcases up 4 flights of stairs is so tough.

Stay in the heart of Port

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect. Very conveniently located in thechear of Port Macquarie. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, I could see the Hastings river, Port Marina, and also the mountain range. Sunsets were the best. On thecother side, the property was not properly ceaned, it was dusty, there was a leak from the cieling in the toilet, when reported to the management, the response was very cold. Staff was very unprofessional and not rude. There were no swtiches for the lights in the kitchen, which was later fixed. The view and the location is great value for money, but the staff lacked professionalism.

Good Holiday

Unit is ok just a little dated and needs some tlc but overall a good unit.Disappointed with agents response to my asking for a list of tariffs for different times of the year. It was previously on the website but has been removed.
