Central and Affordable

Good location, you get what you pay for

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Convenient location in Port Macquarie, walking distance to everything. No linen provided and wasn't that clear in the advertising. Very old unit, clean and tidy, fly screens disintegrated, exhaust fan not working. But good price for location.

Worst place ever but great view

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great view but very dirty and smelly unit I wish I never stayed there and it was that bad I had to check out very early turning my 9 day holiday into only 5 !!! Oh the smell in that place was unbearable and the mould in the bathroom was extremely gross !!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our unit was nothing like the rental we thought we were getting from the booking images. The images looked much more modern, clean and bright, what we got was run down, dirty and very disappointing. There is mold in the shower/bathroom, cockroaches everywhere and a bed held together with zip ties.We won't be staying here again and definitely wouldn't recommend to family and friends.

Wonderful Stay

This apartment would be one of the best apartments. I have stayed in for comfort and relaxation with a fantastic view. The apartment was equipped with everything I needed to cook, clean and do my washing. I am so grateful also to the staff who let me extend my stay. Kate and Diane were so friendly and helpful. I absolutely loved it there, and I felt secure.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is a bit dated but very clean. Comfortable beds, a great location, walk to town and both the ironman start and finish. Well equiped with everything you need. Very friendly checkin process.

Great location NYE fireworks on doorstep

Great location! Walk to the local shops. A short drive to the beaches. Property was clean however could do with the dirty curtains and rugs removed.

Property is in a great location, older building but spotlessly clean, windows whistle when it’s windy and curtains are not block out so be prepared to wake early. I would happily stay again
