Detta nyrenoverade lakefront hem har utformats med skoj för hela familjen i åtanke! Oavsett om simning, kajakpaddling, titta på filmer i källaren, om i en hängmatta, snuggling bredvid den öppna spisen eller rostning s'mores runt eldstaden.

Huset ligger i en mysig, trygg vik med en stor docka för att njuta av sjön. Fantastisk utsikt över öppet vatten från parti. Home är idealiskt beläget på önskvärd Richland sida av sjön erbjuder tydligaste vatten och bara en två minuters båttur från antingen den lyxiga Ritz-Carlton Resort eller den ökända Lake Oconee sandbar.

De viktigaste våningen har 20-fot-högt i tak, nya trägolv och en vägg av fönster med utsikt över sjön. Familjen vardagsrummet finns en öppen spis, monterade TV, matplats och inredning drog tillsammans med en dekoratör öga. Fullt utrustade och uppdaterad kök med bänkskivor i granit, rostfritt stål apparater, mikrovågsugn, ismaskin, diskmaskin och kaffebryggare. Köksredskap, sängkläder och handdukar ... även badlakan!

Mästaren svit på övervåningen har eget badrum och loft läshörna med soffa. Mästaren säng är en California king och sovrummet har två inbyggda enkelsängar för familjer med små. Två sovrum ligger på första våningen, båda med queen sängar.

I källaren har ett stort vardagsrum, öppen spis, och det fjärde sovrummet. Den fjärde sovrummet har en våningssäng med en full-size säng på botten, en enkelsäng på toppen och en tvilling rulla säng under. I källaren öppnar upp till uteplats med en brand grop en kort promenad från sjön.

Precis utanför källardörren är ett skjul full av roliga leksaker som rör, nudlar, kajak och flytvästar. Hjälpa er! Dessutom har vi några cyklar till hands för din njutning.

Detta hem är den perfekta platsen för par, familjer, killar eller flickor helger. Bortom sjön, erbjuder denna plats många närliggande attraktioner såsom: topprankade golfbanor i Georgien, lyxigt Ritz spa, University of Georgia fotboll, historiska staden Madison, Augusta National Golf Club och enastående närliggande restauranger.

What a beautiful lake house! This property was perfect. So serene with a stunning view. This was our first trip to this lake and we’ll definitely be back! The owner was so easy to work with and always accessible.

Fantastic time in a relaxing location

Very happy and pleased with the property. Very well stocked and plenty of room for 2 families (8 ppl in total). Very relaxing and great location with perfect swimming/kayaking location in a little cove.

Wonderful house on a great lot right on the lake. Clean and great patios upstairs and down stairs. The fire pit was wonderful wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful stay!

We enjoyed our time so much at Lake Oconee. The lake is absolutely beautiful and sophisticated in the surrounding areas. Our check-in and checkout was great. The house was everything as advertised and more and we would definitely stay here again. Our family of five stayed for 16 days and had lots of fun fishing from the dock, boating and tubing.

Amazing!

Rented this house for an annual guys golf trip. House is perfect and owner was awesome to deal with. Excellent location right on the lake with great amenities. We’ll definitely be back!

Cozy cottage with lots of room and great for kid!

We had a wonderful time. The weather was perfect. It was a family vacation that we do each year.! Enjoyed the property! There was lots of room for the kids to spread out and play. We rented jet skis and a pontoon. The weekend was full of fun.!

Great for the whole family

We were delighted with this home on a quiet cove, it’s proximity to dining options/Publix/boat rental, the beauty of the area and the courteous and responsive communications of the owner. Our kids loved the daily routine of kayaking from the dock and our card games on the deck. We would surely return for another stay here on Lake Oconee.

Memorial day family fun

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The home was clean, spacious, and exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the view was even better in person. Communication with the host was easy—they were responsive and helpful with local recommendations. The location was ideal—close to everything, but still peaceful and quiet. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a relaxing getaway.

Beautiful lake views!

This vacation home on Lake Oconee is beautifully renovated and upgraded and has all the comforts of home! There was plenty of room for our two couples and three kids with lots to do to keep the kids busy! We loved the water views and the dock and evenings by the fire pit. Thanks!!!

Mother/Daughter trip to Lake Oconee

This house was perfect for our mother/daughter trip to the lake for a long weekend. The layout of the house worked great for our group. The kids enjoyed the bunk room and games available in the basement. The quiet cove where the house is located was great for relaxing on a raft or kayaking. The owner was also very responsive to any questions that we had. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Our family was traveling for a wedding in Georgia and found this amazing lake house. The house had everything we needed and plenty of space for everyone to unwind and relax. We all gravitated to the dock where we were able to just disconnect from technology and laugh and make memories. The host was very responsive and provided great information about the area. Since we came from so far away, that was extremely useful to us! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing home away from home!

Family friendly lake house

We loved our stay - grandparents, parents, and four kids aged 5-11. Easy drive from Atlanta. The house was fully stocked with all of the basics - and more! The lower level with the bunk beds was perfect for children - so many games and toys. We loved the kayaks and tubes. My in-laws loved the two minute boat ride to the Ritz. And we all loved the view of the lake from the living room windows and on the porch. Alfredo was extremely helpful and did all he could to ensure we had a great vacation. We hope to return!

Relax and Unwind

My family visited Alfredo’s property for a five nights stay. The location in the cove of the lake is perfect if you have small children and want to avoid boat traffic. We found the layout of the house particularly helpful, because each branch of the family could have a floor with some privacy. This house is full of fun with a ping pong table, multiple games, and foosball. The outdoor fire pit is great for a night of s’mores and chatting. We loved the family-friendly set up, and our host was there for everything we needed. I would book this property again.

4th of July !

The house was a great fit for us, with our children and grandchildren. Everyone had their own space and bathrooms. It was nice being in the quiet cove. Plenty of room for everyone to sit around and eat and visit. Great firepit where we roasted smores! My boys enjoyed the foosball and grandson enjoyed the toys downstairs. Neighbors were very nice. Owner had excellent communication and responded quickly. The only thing I would suggest is a good pressure washing of the house and patio cushions. We hope to rent again! Had a great time!

Thanks for choosing to stay at our house, Theresa. We are happy to hear that the house suited you so well and that everyone took full advantage of all it offers. We take the maintenance and appearance of our house seriously and as such appreciate all feedback. After all, we consider it our home as opposed to a rental property. We will look into the cushions. As far as pressure washing, we do that annually. It is common though that spiderwebs may develop on the exterior since the house sits among “nature.” We have a recurring service to treat and remove spiderwebs but these can develop rather quickly. Regardless, we will follow up with them. Thanks for offering your feedback and we are delighted that you hope to rent the house again soon!

Amazing experience!

The property met and even exceeded our expectations. There were no surprises, it was everything promised in the advert. Truthfully the pictures did not do the property justices....breathtaking in person. owner meticulously laid out all information needed for a pleasant experience. There were copious notes and details in the welcome package. The owner was very responsive to any of our questions or needs. Check-in/out process was seamless! We are already planning a visit in the spring!

We bought this property in 2014 after spending the previous 7 years vacationing at Lake Oconee with our family and enjoying everything the area offers. When the opportunity presented itself to purchase a home, we knew exactly the part of the Lake they wanted to be on and seized the chance to purchase this home and make it our own through various updates and renovations. Since then, this home has become a sanctuary to make memories at Lake Oconee and we look forward to sharing the beauty and peace of this setting with you.

Varför värden valde detta boende

The property is strategically located in a private and safe cove away from weekend boaters. This allows you and your family to enjoy the lake with tranquility. The Richland side of the Lake offers some of the best water and it is also convenient to the Ritz and sandbar by boat. The home has been updated and offers all the amenities we wanted to have in a lakehouse.

This home was purchased as a second home instead of being just an investment property. We treat and care for it as our home and trust that it shows. We use it regularly as we are nearby in Atlanta but are delighted to share it with others at times that we are unable to be there.
