Vår fastighet ligger i Snowcreek fas V inbäddat i vackert anlagda omgivningar där du hittar gott om öppet utrymme och lugn. Enheten har ett sovrum med king size-säng och fullt privat badrum. Det andra sovrummet har en tvilling över drottning våningssäng och badrum med dusch. Det finns också en drottning bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet vilket ger den totala sömnbeläggningen till 6. Köket är fullt utrustat med nyligen uppgraderat utbud och kylskåp. Verandaen sitter framför en gräsmatta omgiven av asp och tallar; Det perfekta stället för att läsa en bok eller grilla din färskt fångst på grillen.

Vår nybyggda enhet har de rustika detaljerna i en bergsresa blandad med moderna bekvämligheter. Du hittar nyligen installerade trägolv, rustika möbler och inredning, samt en helt ansluten enhet med höghastighetsinternet, kabel-tv, plattskärms-smart-TV och blue ray-spelare.

The Condo ligger nära många sevärdheter och aktiviteter. Snowcreek golfbana och gemenskapsbubbel ligger bara några steg bort. En kort promenad till söder kommer att ge dig spårtillgång till ängen, liksom Sherwin Mountains och Mammoth Rock. Spåren här är perfekta för en sommarvandring genom fält av vildblommor, eller för snöskor och längdskidåkning på vintern. Hjort och andra vilda djur förekommer i detta område, och observationer är vanliga.

En annan kort promenad till norr kommer att ta dig till öring fylld Mammoth Creek och Mammoth Creek Park. Strax bortom det hittar du dig själv i mitten av staden.

Det vackra sjön Basinområdet ligger en kort 10 minuters bilresa bort. Här hittar du många andra fritidsaktiviteter, inklusive fiske, båtliv, paddla boarding, simning, ridning och cykling. Den asfalterade Lakes Basin Trail börjar i stan och slutar på toppen av Lakes Basin på Horseshoe Lake. Otaliga miles av vandrings- och mountainbike-spår i baklandet kan också nås här.

På vintern är Mammoth känt för sin världsklass skidåkning och snowboard. För att komma åt backarna är Eagle och Canyon lodges och byn en kort 5 minuters bilresa bort. Main Lodge ligger bara ca 15 minuters bilresa bort.

Great pet-friendly place to stay

Fantastic place to stay with dogs. The condo is modern and nicely decorated, a comfortable and convenient place to stay. We were really happy to bring our dogs with us and walk them around the area, where there were plenty of other pups being walked. The owners are super responsive and professional. We highly recommend it!

Great Family Spot

Very clean rental. Perfect for our family of four. Area for kids to play right outside our door which was great. Easy communication with owners. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout the rental. Quick drive to the village- not walking distance.

My husband, our daughter and her boyfriend and their Corgi totally enjoyed this condo. Everything was clean and in great shape. Was very convenient as there weren’t any stairs or elevators to hassle with, so they could just take the dog out and take him for a walk. Loved the layout- it was nice and roomy. Would definitely book again!

Great property!! So cozy, but the pullout couch is really rough!! Really shouldn’t claim to sleep 6!

Lovely property!!! So cozy and spacious. Would book again and bring an air mattress because the pullout couch is not sleepable. It’s more of a mattress pad/topper. That was the only disappointing part.

Cozy and clean

We used Micaela and John's place as our home-base for a few days of hiking and fishing during the July 4th week. They have clearly taken great care and thought as hosts, which was readily apparent upon arrival. Their condo is well maintained, comfortable and has all of the vacation necessities (and then some). It is close (but not too close) to downtown, the lakes basin and the mountain (and walkable to the creek). Snowcreek is easily one of our favorite Mammoth developments and Micaela and John's hospitality is icing on the cake.

perfect for a small family

Cozy, comfortable, attractive condo, perfect for our family of four. Location was ideal because kids had plenty of open space to play in the snow, and it was a quick drive to the mountain to to great restaurants. Kitchen was very well-stocked. Nice to have pillow options in the bedrooms. My one, very minor, complaint was that the board game selection could use a refresh.

Great Family Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this property. Perfect size for 4 adults and 2 toddlers. Kitchen had everything we needed. Owner were easy to communicate with. Short drive to the Main Lodge for skiing. We can't wait to come back.

Fabulous Very White Thanksgiving

Perfect floor plan with bedroom privacy, the place was clean, the kitchen was well stocked - we cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner. The location is great in the old town area of Mammoth. We had so much snow we dug the car out at least 4 times daily. We weren't able to ski - very low visibility and high winds. But it was beautiful! We enjoyed the fire place and the beautiful view. Thank you so much!

Lovely Stay in Snowcreek V

Micaela and John's condo in Snowcreek was perfect for our visit to Mammoth with friends to attend Bluesapalooza. Great layout for two couples - separate bedrooms and baths on opposite sides of the condo - and a nice open shared space with kitchen, living and dining area. Updated appliances, nice laundry room/pantry, deck outside with a pretty view of the neighborhood and nearby Sherwin mountains. Quiet, clean and everything we needed to enjoy our stay!

Quick Response from Owners Overcomes Bad First Impression

We arrived at the condo with dirty sheets, kitchen, bathroom, etc. My wife wanted to leave immediately. Fortunately, the owners were quick to respond and had the cleaning people there immediately. There was a new management company and "somebody dropped the ball" on cleaning. I give the owners credit for quickly fixing the problem, being responsive and even following up via text on a holiday weekend to make sure all was well. They also compensated us for the first night, which was the right thing to do. While not the ideal first impression, the owners were great and that is why I would say 4 stars overall. I would rent again from them based on how quickly they responded. The condo was decent and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Cozy stay- great location

This cabin was perfect for our winter stay with family. Fully stocked and even had fun snow toys. Interior is a little dated but did not hinder our stay and everything was clean. I would bring your own pillow. Communication with the host was excellent, even when I was annoying with lots of back and forth questions. All in all we would stay again.

Exactly what we needed!

We are a family with three young children who currently live in Rancho Cucamonga. My husband and I were born and raised in Southern California. Unforgettable memories of fishing, hiking, camping, and skiing in our youth have instilled a great love of nature which we now have the joy of sharing with our children. Our vacation home in Mammoth has been the perfect place for our family to escape the hustle and bustle of every day life, and has allowed us to soak in the revitalizing energy of the great outdoors. Our beloved German shepherd Maggie loved coming here as well. I can still picture her sheer joy as she would bound through the deep snow in the meadow, not a care in the world. That memory epitomizes the spirit that our mountain home provides.

Our Condo is in Snowcreek phase V which is a community like no other in Mammoth. Its location is off the beaten path in the middle of a beautiful meadow at the foothills of the Sherwin sub-mountain range. There is no through traffic to deal with making the community very quiet and safe. We feel very comfortable having our young children play in front of the condo and ride their bikes on the neighborhood streets.
