Amazingly spacious home, heated pool and spa, 15 minutes from Walt Disney World
Our home is over 4700sqft of spacious amazing comfort. Weather you are on the ground level enjoying the open concept featuring a huge living room area, a 16 seat dining room table or the fabulous kitchen equipped with dual refrigerators and dual dish washers or out on the lanai where you will find a beautiful heated pool & spa, lounge chairs including patio furniture completely enclosed.
Another lounge seating area is found upstairs with a pool table, air-hockey, including wet bar and wine cooler.
Choose from one of the eleven bedrooms available including a set of Jack & Jill rooms with double beds for the little ones.
About Solterra Resort:
The Resort location could not be any better! The resort is perfectly located just minutes from Walt Disney World and Orlando's other famous attractions. Universal Studios, Seaworld, Legoland, Aquatica and other water parks are all within easy reach of Solterra Resort.
Easy and fast access to major highways Interstate 4 and Hwy 27.
Local shops, restaurants and world class golf are all nearby.
Solterra Resort is a secure gated community only moments from the magic but just far enough to experience a little peace and tranquility from the busy tourist district.

My property is located in a resort community that offers tennis courts, awesome community pool, gym, lazy-river, family room, cafe, all the amenities my family, friends and guests would love to experience while taking a break from the everyday routine.

My home is huge (4900 sqft) it has everything you need to be comfortable, entertained and cozy. Some homes have a commercial feeling with to many themes, I focus on making you feel at home. You will experience space to spread your arms from the bed to the pool.
