Helt fantastisk! DEN ENDA inomhusutrustade saltvattensutrustade semesteruthyrningen i Nova Scotia! Land Yacht är en enorm 5800 kvm. ' 5 sovrum, 4. 5 badrum hem som erbjuder 700 'av tillgängliga och direkt havsfront på St. Margaret's Bay. Bara en 20 minuters bilresa till Halifax. Överflödiga sociala och privata utrymmen gör The Land Yacht till det perfekta valet för familjen.

För många funktioner att lista, men anmärkningsvärt är det omlindade glasmoliet, trägolv i hela, öppet stort rum / matsal med skyhöga tunga och spårtak plus en 2 våningar odlad sten spis med insats. För att inte tala om den inomhus saltvattenpoolen komplett med repsvängning! Boområdet är öppet mot gourmetkök med afrikansk granitbänk, fantastisk ätande ö med lat susan, Jenn-Air spishäll, inbyggda väggugnar och solida lönnskåp.

De två sovrummen på bottenvåningen har båda badrum och har panoramautsikt över havet. (En är utrustad med en kung och en med en drottning.) Ett halvt bad ligger också på bottenvåningen, ett fullt bad ligger i poolrummet. På promenad ut till lägre nivå finns det tre sovrum i olika storlekar. Den första har begränsad utsikt och är perfekt för sena sömnare. (King) Den andra och tredje har en hisnande panoramautsikt över havet. Ett av dessa sovrum är inrättat som en familjesvit och rymmer fyra till sex. (Två drottningar plus ett barns loft som sover två till tre) Den andra är utrustad med två dagarsängar som konverterar till två kungar. Dessa tre sovrum delar ett stort badrum.

Det finns en förtöjning av djupt vatten och ett rikt havsliv att njuta av - fiskgjuse, delfiner, havterdar. Vad mer kan du begära?

Wonderful properly with great water views, quiet area but accessible to central Nova Scotia. New hot tub outdoors, wonderful indoor pool and area. Wrap around enclosed deck for 180 degree views if St Margaret’s Bay Very nice landscaping and grounds. Communication with the owners (Thomas and Melanie) was top notch pre, during and post stay.

Great place to stay while visiting Nova Scotia

Lots of amenities. Owners very helpful in recommending local restaurants. Enjoyed finding mussels and sea glass on the little beach as well as the antics of the "rock" beavers. The heated pool was a plus. Absolutely wonderful views of the bay.

Perfect family reunion

We gathered with grandchildren and partners to celebrate our mothers birthday. We were impressed by the overall design and features of the layout, views, pool, and kitchen. These were enhanced by all the details, the thoughtful extra supplies, the cleanliness, incredibly well equipped kitchen and the responsiveness and helpfulness of our hosts. Highly recommended!

Perfection

Our favourite staycation spot ever! The accommodations were fabulous, the views very calming, the pool was fun, the privacy! The hosts have thought of everything you could want or require. There is lots of room to spread out and we all enjoyed the sunroom and fireplace. Highly recommend a visit!

What an amazing property! The property speaks for itself, the communication with the host takes the cake! The beds were above hotel quality. The pool was perfect and the main living area was perfect for a large group. The land yacht is a must stay.

March Break Staycation

We had an absolutely wonderful time on the Land Yacht, the kids used the pool everyday and we all thoroughly enjoyed the perfect weather from the solarium :) The Land Yacht in an incredible spot and we will definitely be back again.

Family Getaway 2025

This was our second visit to the Land Yacht. We were very excited to stay again and we felt right at home! We pre planned our meals and the house was equipped with everything we needed to prep and cook.We love the new layout of the living area with the seating located in front of the fireplace- it makes a cozy area! We spent most of our time between the pool and playing cards or making puzzles. Everything is beautiful at the Land Yacht! Thank you for the beautiful accommodations and we can’t wait to visit again!!

Wonderful Experience!

The Land Yacht was spacious, comfortable, well furnished and had a great view of the bay especially from the solarium. The kitchen had everything you would need and then some. Our pluses included kayaking, bicycling and swimming in the pool and the bay. Bring your bikes and snorkeling gear. The host, Thomas (pardon me, the Captain as you’ll learn!), was friendly, helpful, paid attention to detail and close by if needed. The location was ideal for day trips to Halifax, Lunenburg, Peggy’s Cove, Bay of Fundy, etc. Our stay was relaxed and refreshing. We highly recommend a stay at the Yacht.

The land yacht is a must stay!

We absolutely adored the Land yacht and definitely will be returning. Watching the sea from the solarium was the highlight. Between kayaking with the seals and watching the harbour porpoises swim and play, this is the place to be. 20 minute drive to Halifax and Peggy's cove and back home after a day of site seeing to relax in the indoor salt pool. 11 of us enjoyed every minute. Thank you again for having us Captain!

Canada Day weekend

This property and space are beautiful! Very well kept and lots of nautical details. It was perfect for a weekend getaway with friends. The place has everything you need. We brought too much stuff that was not necessary. Thomas and Melanie have thought of everything. Lots of towels, bedding, paper towel and toilet paper, garbage bags, recycling bags as well as all the essentials needed to cook in the kitchen and on the bbq. Lots of propane! You don’t need to pack any household items. The garage is also equipped with everything you need for outside fun! A dozen lawn chairs, life jackets of all sizes, roasting sticks for the camp fire, as well as unlimited firewood! The kayaks fit two people each and they have three! For lawn games they had a high end ladder ball set and we just brought our own washer toss. Check out the amenities list! Just an fyi that the description of the lay out of rooms downstairs explains that you need to walk through the state room to get to the other room but there are many doors to access both rooms from outside without having to pass through an occupied room. Oh and the mosquitos and black flies were not bad at all! You get a cool breeze from the ocean at night so you hardly see any, very minimal. I brought citronella candles that I did not even open! Also to note for those sun addicts, they get sun all day and the back side of the land yacht is shielded from the wind! Highly recommend! We had an amazing stay! Thanks to the Land Yacht!

Girlfriend reunion

Property is beautiful. Very spacious and perfect for relaxing evenings of conversation and wine! The indoor/outdoor wrap around deck and views are spectacular. Highly recommended.

Perfect for Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our extended family vacation at the land yacht! We had a larger group and found that we had plenty of space. The pool was a big hit with the kids and the solarium was a favourite spot for drinking morning coffees. The space was clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We found sea glass on the beaches and there is convenient access to the trail system across the road. Can't wait to come back!

Breathtaking

Myself, my husband and our 4 children stayed at this beautiful house for our March Break. The house is gorgeous, it has everything you need to entertain all ages. It is fully loaded and the hosts were always available if we needed anything at all. We are extremely happy with our experience and the kids cried leaving the house (the pool was a huge hit!!!) We will absolutely book again!

The Land Yacht is fabulous for our group of 13. The view is second to none. So bright and spacious.

This was our second stay. Overall pleased with how well stocked the house is. The owners have thought of pretty much everything. (Couldn’t find a wire whisk) lol. The only down side is the water pressure. I don’t remember it being quite as low last year but for a long weekend the positives far out weigh the negative. One of our favourite places to have our winter getaway. Thank you once again for being so accommodating.

Perfect for our large gathering

We enjoyed our stay at the Land Yacht. There was plenty of room for our large group. The house was well stocked with every kitchen item you might need, games, towels, you name it. We enjoyed the pool, and especially the fireplace. It was a perfect place to be storm stayed.
