MELINA'S HOUSE - Stalos Village - WEST CRETE

Denna lägenhet rymmer 2 till 4 personer, eftersom den har ett sovrum med två enkelsängar och ett vardagsrum med en säng och en bäddsoffa,

Melinas hus är ett charmigt litet komplex. Huset ligger i en by, som heter Kato Stalos. Det ligger mycket nära den vackra staden Chania, bara 7 km bort. Chania flygplats ligger 19 km långt från huset och Iraklio flygplats är 160 km.
Huset ligger i en liten men vacker trädgård av träd och växter på en sidoväg som leder till den stora gamla byn Stalos.
Samma väg leder bekvämt till det kalla, lugna vattnet på en sandstrand 200 meter bort. Nära stranden och huset finns tavernor, affärer och supermarknader som ligger nästan 50 meter bort. Det finns också en regelbunden busstrafik till Chania fyra gånger om dagen precis framför huset och bussar var 20: e minut förbi stranden. Dessutom finns en buss till olika byar i väst och sydväst om ön.
Boendet är tillgängligt, med städservice och byte av sängkläder och handdukar två gånger i veckan.

HANIA stad är mötesplatsen om du anländer med flyg eller båt. Det finns en busstation i mitten, där taxichauffören eller lokalbussen tar dig från flygplatsen eller hamnen.
Om du anländer till Kreta på Hania flygplats kan du antingen ta buss eller ta en taxi till Hania stad (kör kostar ca 18 €), sedan bussen till Kato Stalos (sista buss klockan 23:00).

Building their house in the coastal area of Stalos, just 7 km from the cosmopolitan center of Chania, they decided to create a special place where they will invite people who love travelling & are curious to discover the beauty of the place that they do love too. Stalos has a sense of neighborhood.
- Family restaurants with traditional food and airy surroundings to enjoy every meal of the day.
- The sandy beach is just 5 minutes away on foot and you can easily visit it several times a day. We especially recommend taking a dip late in the afternoon waiting for the sunset. It is one of our favorite moments! The protected plant Lily of the Sea or Pancratium maritimum, gives a special beauty at the beach.
- Melina's House is on the road that leads to the village of Panos Stalos and so you have the chance to hike or cycle exploring the countryside as well. Olives, vineyards, family gardens and the natural environment of the area will give another touch to your trip.
- Extremely important is the direct access to the National Road from where you can explore the whole island.

In the surrounding area you will see plants that thrive in the area as well as our small garden with vegetables of the season. The Lemon Tree has an important role in the backyard of the building because it generously offers us the lemons we need for our cooking preparations.
Characteristic is the Herb's Corner that Melina has created on the shared balcony on the first floor. You can smell and see the herbs of our place separately one by one and why not to use whichever you want in your cooking!
The corridor that you follow to head to your apartment is beautifully designed and decorated with photos of special moments and landscapes of our islandn and historical photos as well.
Don't forget to read a book or a magazine from the library that we've been created for years and you can easily find it next to the entrance.
If you need to wash your clothes, there is a washing machine available on common area.
