Varje enhet är ett vackert dekorerat 2 sovrum / 2 bad villa. Denna lägenhet på 1350 sf ligger i Indian Harbor Beach Club. Detta semesteruthyrningskomplex är en av de bästa kortfristiga hyrorna på stranden. Detta komplex vid stranden är en dold pärla som de flesta inte känner till. De som vet om det, bokar vanligtvis sina rum ett år i förväg. Den täckta parkeringsplatsen ligger 20 meter från hissen vilket gör det enkelt att ladda och lossa. Utsikten från sjätte våningen är hisnande och kommer enkelt att koppla av dig. På insidan är masterbadet och gästbadet fullt utrustat med nödvändigheterna. Alla sängkläder och handdukar tillhandahålls. Nu in i vardagsrummet och sovrummen. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng. Gästrummet har två enkelsängar, och TV-innehållet i varje rum levereras av direkt-TV och gratis filmkanaler tillhandahålls. Köket är fullt utrustat med allt du kan förvänta dig. Kylskåp, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, spis, kaffekanna, mixer, brödrost etc. Tvättstugan har en tvättmaskin och torktumlare med stor kapacitet. Det finns också en uppvärmd pool, shuffleboardbanor, gasgrill utomhus och en tvättplats för bilar.

Good location but elevator not working

The property only has 1 elevator (6 story building) that had not worked for many days and was still not working at check out with no contact about the issue until check in. Cindy the manager was able to put in a 2nd floor unit (originally to be on 6th floor) - which was great. Issue was the lack of prior contact. We do appreciate all the effort Cindy made.

Quiet low traffic area

Great stay had six ppl there 4 woulda been perfect bed wise but plenty of room for all 6. Overall loved the stay and quiet beach. We went to disney but woulda loved to just hang around tbe room and beach more.

Getaway at the beach

We were down for my nieces high school graduation, and decided to make a vacation of it and stay on the beach. The unit was clean and very spacious. It had a gorgeous view of the Atlantic. The beach was never crowded even during Memorial Day weekend. We will definitely stay here again should we ever find ourselves in the area.

Second Stay

This is the second time we've stayed at Indian Harbour Beach Club, first time in this unit. Beautiful area, beautiful views, great hosts; can't go wrong. My only "complaint" would be that the bed is too stiff for our liking. P.S. They aren't in great shape, but there are beach chairs and an umbrella in the master closet. Good enough shape for free!

TVs has issues!

When we arrived at the property, discovered the TV in living room and second bedroom would not come on. We tried everything. The property manager was messaged. Never received a response or solution to the issue.

Spectacular Location

The property at Indian Harbour Beach Resort is in a great location. Whether you are looking for relaxation on the beach, listening to the sounds of the ocean from the balcony, eating in good local restaurants, or seeing a rocket launch from the Kennedy Space Center, this property had it all!! My wife and I thought the condo we rented was clean, well decorated, and provided us with all the amenities we needed during our stay!

Great condo with private balcony!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this condo. Lots of space! Kitchen had lots of pots and pans and utensils. Loved having 2 bathrooms. Big private deck with 2 sliders was the coolest thing. Plus the couch with an ocean view? So awesome...great naps! Everything you need for hanging out at the beach. Easy access to beach, grocery stores, walmart, even trips to Cocoa Beach. Negatives were hard mattress and large rocks at low tide in ocean (not beachy walk-in like Daytona, etc). We just used the provided boogie boards to float above them to hang out in the water. We were sad we had to come home.

As close to the water as you can get

The view from the balcony is amazing just like the pictures and you really can't be closer to the water than this. Its also pretty cool to be in the pool and be able to see and hear the waves from the beach. Condo and property are as advertised!

Enjoyed the stay. Being by the ocean was amazing taking leisurely walks along the beach.

Wonderful Stay

Our family was more than ready to relax by the beach for our Fall break. We enjoyed the balcony view every morning while drinking coffee. Beautiful sunrises!! The pool was a fun break when the kids were ready to take a time out from the waves. There was a great closet with all we needed to enjoy the beach. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. Plenty of utensils and cookware in the kitchen except for teaspoons. There was one in the drawer so we used plastic ware for that need. The water pressure was lower than we are used to in the master shower and sink. Minor issues that will not keep us from returning to this property and condo! Had a great time!!

Very relaxing stay

Property was great. Just what we were looking for. Away from the big crowds, but right on the ocean. Great time sitting on the balcony listening to the tide. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby too.

Perfect for our family vacation

We had a great time. The property was clean, convenient and as advertised. Can't beat the ocean views and location. We loved that Indian Harbour was not crowded with tourists. We will definitely be back to the property again

Nice beach getaway

Check in & out was painless and condo had everything we ever needed. Location was quiet and had a easy , quick access to the beach. Single car park spot was good for one standard size car . Second bathroom and shower tub appeared to be dirty and outdated. Screen on bedroom slider would have been nice.

Great experience!
