"Gulf Tower 3B, som ligger vid 1051 West Beach Boulevard, är ett vackert uppdaterat två sovrum, två badrumsenheter som kan sova upp till sex personer. Befälhavaren kostymer innehåller en king size-säng, rummet har en queen size-säng och det finns även en bäddsoffa på den slutna balkongen! Med tre TV-apparater, en DVD-spelare och WiFi är du säker på att hålla kontakten och underhålla under din vistelse. Det finns en tvättmaskin och torktumlare och ett komplett kök för din bekvämlighet. Den tidigare nämnda slutna balkongen är det perfekta stället att njuta av en kopp kaffe för soluppgång eller cocktail till solnedgången medan du tar in alla ljud, dofter och sevärdheter i den vackra Mexikanska golfen.

Excellent Stay

Only issue was the main room tv remote would not work, so we did not have use of that tv the entire stay! I did call upon arrival but no one came to fix it.

Nice but should have been cleaned better

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was good except the place being dusty including vents, the bottom of tub was dirty and gritty, the remotes to the ceiling fans/overhead lights didn't have batteries so all we could use was lamp lights and couldn't change fan setting (we asked for batteries and didn't get any until the night before we had to check out).

Best beach access

We’ve stayed in this unite multiple times. The access to the beach and property location make it ideal. The management office is great with easy check in/out process.

Great Place for an Extended Weekend Golf Trip

Best Condo

Loved our stay- the condo, the furniture and decor, the location, the pool, and the rental company. It was perfect! Two small negatives: the kitchen isn’t stocked with ANY baking pans at all and the sofa bed is provided with twin sheets instead of full size.. and the mattress on it cannot be used it’s in such poor condition. But overall it was worth it and a great condo!!

Great location, excellent beach access. Condo outdated and dirty. Parking extremely limited and difficult with large SUV. Single fob was inconvenient. Cookie sheet for pizza would’ve been helpful.

The sofa bed was stained and dirty and super uncomfortable. Kitchen needed some attention also, no dish towels.The lighting in the condo was very dim... it was hard to see at night. Just needs some upgrades!

Disappointed

The condo needed a serious cleaning there was hair everywhere. There was only one roll of toilet paper and the garbage bags were small and cheap tearing easily. We didn’t like only being able to have 1 vehicle per condo especially when the parking lot wasn’t even half full. We won’t be returning again.

No Salt?

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have not had to rent at Gulf Shores in a long time because we own a condo. I was so shocked that the unit did not have salt and pepper. there was also no soap provided for all sinks to wash your hands. I went to Bender to request ONE soap. The front desk lady was rude and very haughty acting. I never got the soap I requested.also, the floors were very sandy when I arrived.

Left something to be desired

Bender Realty staff was friendly and helpful. However, The Gulf Tower Condo 3b left something to be desired for the following reasons 1-the beach was eroded to half the size of the year before and the rental advertisement did not tell us there was limited beach 2-the white sofa was stained badly with something red. Bender agreed to send a cleaner but we put a quilt over it so we wouldn’t have the disruption 3-one of the two elevators was out of service and the other had a work in progress appearance. 4-the hallway ceiling panels had been removed exposing wiring and other mechanics which gave an appearance that the building was in disrepair 5-the dishwasher easily slid out of its place because it was not installed properly So while my family had fun, we paid more than the accommodations were worth Would I stay at Gulf Tower again? Most likely not.
