Great location and very nice place, would definitely stay again. Only downside was the road construction in front of condo, made walking a little difficult.

Great condo, has everything needed for a good stay. Be careful getting out of the tub, it’s a longer step down than you realize lol. Within walking distance to everything.

Great location

Walking distance to hot springs was great. The pullout mattress could use an update. Main bedroom was good. Make sure to bring games.We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful little apartment/condo right in the heart of downtown Pagosa Springs. Very cozy and clean with all the amenities.

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and comfortable place on Main Street. I meant to leave a note. Several TV remotes needed new batteries. Also, instructions to connect the remote to the TV’s would have been helpful. Certainly a mini inconvenience and did not reflect on our experience. We would stay with you again!

Wonderful mountain getaway

We were in town for a family reunion. This was an ideal location in downtown above some quaint shops. We would definitely stay here again.

Location, Cleanliness, Fully stocked

This is an absolutely perfect place to stay in Pagosa Springs. Close to everything and the condo has higher end furniture, fixtures and kitchen ware. Nice and quiet and RESERVED parking, which is a huge bonus.

Convenience is the key

Great location in the heart of Pagosa Springs. Walking distance from restaurants, shops, and the hot springs. The property was clean, cozy and we really enjoyed the balcony looking out over Main street.

Nice place located near every thing

The condo is very comfortable and clean. It is centrally located within walking distance of almost anything you would want to do in Pagosa Springs. The property manager was very responsive and friendly

This condo is in really a great location in Pagosa! It’s within walking distance of great restaurants and the downtown area as well as the Hot Springs. Check-in was easy. I received all the info that I needed a day before we left for our trip. The kitchen was nice with plenty of utensils, dishes, pots and pans, etc. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom was tastefully decorated. The condo, overall could use some touching up with a new paint job and the walls between the bathroom and the condo next door were paper thin (we could hear our neighbors). Also, it would have been nice to have had a “heads-up” on the construction on the street in front of the condo.Overall, it was a great stay for the listed price!

So adorable and aptly located

The property met all our expectations. The bed was like a cloud, we have never slept better! Yummy breakfast just 2 doors away. It was surprisingly quite for being on a major road. Just a short walk to the springs and best of all: right next to our fav craft brewery! We will definitely stay there again.

Great location and nicely appointed.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay, the condo was very comfortable, nicely decorated and we loved the upgrades. The location was great for walking to several restaurants, shops and the hot springs. The bakery next door was excellent, we went there every morning. The best pizza place is Rosie's which is located about 4 miles away as well as a great Mexican Restaurant Chavalos Taqueria in the same location. We also liked the Riff Raff brewery. We're looking forward to coming back to explore more of the area.

We had to leave in the middle of the night due to rude loud people in apartment 202. I’ve never had to leave a place before, it was unbelievable. The house itself is extremely nice, clean, and comfortable. It’s is a great location and Pagosa is a cute little community.

Perfect location!

This condo is great for a couple or possibly a family traveling with a child. Everything was sparkly clean and the location truly can't be beat. We walked everywhere (except to the grocery store.) The Hot Springs are walking distance, all the restraunts, bars, etc. We cooked most meals and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Just remember to bring your coffee and bathroom items since those are not provided. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Wonderful condo and location

Everything was expected and lively. Only issue was a smoking neighbor whose smoke invaded condo one night. We covered door and slept with window cracked to help air it out.

What you see is what you get

When we first went in the building it wasn't the best so I was worried it wasn't like the pictures. Yeah! The unit itself was very nice, clean and cute. Everything worked and we even got serenaded with music from the spot across the street. Down below us was some interesting shops and the hot springs were within walking distance unless you have knee problems.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Construction on the main street ( nothing to do with condo; just the location) created fair amount of noise. Location is very central so close to many shops and eateries.

Such a great layout. Very stylish. Quiet and located in a very quaint old town location close to great restaurants and coffee houses. Would stay there anytime! Also had one question come up while there and the owner responded within 5 minutes. Would recommend this location to anyone looking for a great stay in Pagosa.
