Beautiful view of ocean

This property worked perfectly for us. Four of us scrapbooked for 4 days. There was plenty of room for us to spread out. The kitchen is nice sized so we could have more than one prepping meals.The bedrooms are good sized and beds are comfortable.

Nice get away!

This was just a nice us weekend! Home was clean and well maintained! Great for two couples or couple and kid or two! I would have liked check out to be 11 or 12. Seems like it gets earlier and earlier. Also sad all the taxes and fees turn 100 per night for two nights into 500 for two nights.

Nice home with view

Nice home, good location near Alsea bay for crabbing. Lots of parking. One odd thing was garage was not useable as there was a car in it!

I've stayed here twice now

First time was 2022. since then the price has increased, while the home itself remains the same. Thrift store furniture, broken heaters and a wi-fi router that needed resetting almost daily. I remember my 2022 stay and i had no problem booking it again in 2025. for some reason, it does not have the same fell as it before. maybe due to a lack of maintenance and general upkeep. The owner needs to invest and we should stop paying these high prices. There will not be a third time at this place

Great place for my friends and I

Good location for walking and just hanging out; quiet; comfortable. Nice to have the doors open at night to hear the ocean. the two bedroom are in separate parts of the house which was nice for two couples.

Great Ocean View and Access

The house is located .5 miles from beach access. An easy walk or quick drive. The ocean views from the home and deck are beautiful. The home is comfy and roomy with two good sized bedrooms. It's conveniently located near Waldport and Newport is a short drive. I'd love to stay here again.

Perfect Coastal Home

The property is well kept, super clean and perfect for 2 couples to share. We enjoyed our long weekend very much!! Property Management does an amazing job keeping up their rentals and taking care of their clients. Kudos to Meredith Lodging!!!!

Best view!

It’s nice when the pictures accurately reflect the property. The view is the highlight of the house. From the kitchen/dining area, the living room, main bedroom, and the deck the view of the beach and ocean is beautiful. House was very well equipped and clean.

Cooler Weather in Hot Times

The setting of this rental is terrific for watching waves and traveling to hikes and beaches in this area of the Oregon Coast is quick. It is about a 15 minute walk to its beach. All of the amenities were workable. The property managers were helpful and stayed in touch.

Favorite House at the Beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the spacious, bright, and spotlessly-maintained home overlooking the ocean. The kitchen and master bedroom are especially spacious and nicely appointed. We quickly concluded this house is our favorite on the Oregon coast!

Gorgeous spot!

The property is beautiful and well stocked with towels, kitchen items and they even had little toiletries if needed. The check out process was much easier than other rental properties we’ve used. Only had one hiccup with check in. I had different check in times, when we emailed/called to verify actual time, it took multiple efforts to get correct information, and I’m still not sure if we were told correctly. HOWEVER that one hiccup was easily made up by this amazing, CLEAN, beautiful property!

Well it started out a little rough to say the least!

After a 9.5 hr drive we walked into a dismay and had to go find something open for a late dinner and couldn’t unpack until 12:00 the following day. Amelia came and saved the week! We had the best week ever and will definitely be back next year same time and maybe stay longer! The house was perfect for us and the neighbors were 😊 the only thing we would change is a little less fog and a lot more ☀️ TY Meredith Lodging

Broken-in, but beautiful

The furniture and appliances are past their prime. The dishwasher might be to blame for dishes that aren’t quite clean. But the deck and its view are glorious. Once we got past the initial impression, we fully enjoyed the quiet of the neighborhood, the sea air through the open sliding doors, the beauty of the surrounding area, the proximity to very good restaurant/takeout options. Would stay again.
