Mysig och söt, två sovrum hemma i Bayshore, (båda sovrummen har drottning sängar) En och en halv bad (ett badrum i hallen) och separata 1/2 badrum mellan kök och garage. Det finns också ett litet, separat våningssängrum utanför garaget för extra sömn. Bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet, begränsad utsikt med tillgång till stranden tvärs över gatan. 50 tums platt-TV i vardagsrummet med HD. Det stora sovrummet har en 42 tums platt-TV, båda har DVD-spelare. We enjoyed our stay. House is in a great location, everything we needed! Only recommendation would be that the bathrooms could use an upgrade/update and beds were on the hard side.

Super great experience!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is comfortable and has all the things needed for daily life. It’s located close to so many things! We went clamming in Alsea Bay, made clam chowder, flew kites and visited the beach with access located just across the street. It was quiet and peaceful stay. Just what our family needed!

Favorite beach stay of all our trips!

We loved the Moffet house! It was clean, homey and close to the beach. The neighborhood and the beach were quiet and only a few people in sight (not like the busy, more touristy areas). Everything was comfortable and worked well, and we would love to come back again!

New Years fun

Stayed here over New Years with my best friend and my daughter. My brother lives nearby and it was great to have this cozy little place to come back to after a busy day. Most memorable was curling up on the couch listening to the storm outside with the fireplace. Very comfy! The house was very clean, kitchen was well stocked. And having 2 bathrooms was a god send. We were able to host a meal or two and that was fun.

Settles vacation

Ideal Location

Not only is this home less than a five-minute walk from the Pacific Ocean, but its location south of Newport prompted our visit to Yachats, a charming coastal town none of us had been to before. Moffatt House was very well equipped and clean. It offered a perfect base for a relaxing getaway.

perfect 2 week stay

We love Waldport and can take many day trips from there. The house was just right for us. We had an issue with the garage door not working and it was fixed within two days. The reach access is very close. It was wonderful to have a heat thermostat in each room.

Location of the house is great! Very centralized.

The Moffett house was a great place to stay for the week. We were very thankful for the dishwasher, washer and dryer. We even borrowed the crab trap that is in the garage. It functioned perfectly as a home away from home. :)

Nice Place To Stay

The house is well-maintained and very comfy, nicely decorated with games and books for rainy days. We had a little problem finding the third bedroom as it is only accessed through the garage and only has built in bunk beds and little space and no other furniture. It's very close to the path to the beach (less than 5 minutes walk).

Perfect Location

This house is in a wonderful quiet neighborhood directly across the street from an amazing beach where you can walk for miles in either direction. We loved being able to park our car in the garage. The house was perfectly clean and comfortable. We appreciated the use of the washer/dryer. There were plenty of linens and dishware. We would definitely stay here again.

nice older home

The house is an older one. There is mold in the bathroom. I know, it is difficult, to keep mold out of a bathroom without a window. The beds are comfy, kitchen has all you need. Beachaccess is just across the street. The built-in-microwave broke on saturday evening. I called the number of the responsible person for that house. And Peter helped us out with an seperate microwave. It is very easy to talk to him. Thank you Peter and team.

A Great Ocean Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Moffett House was a great getaway by the ocean with the dogs. Beach access really was right across the street. Although the weather was rainy or windy in early January, the neighborhood and the beach was quiet. The house was spacious, the kitchen well appointed, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom fully functional. Just know that the heater was old so it was noisy and the thing at the top of the chimney squeaked as it swiveled with the wind. This was our first time with VRBO, so was a bit suspicious of the need to contact the property management company with payment info. When I talked to them, they were very understanding and made it all good. We’d come again!
