En liten himmelbit i staden! Detta är ett spektakulärt hem beläget på 1. 3 tunnland på en lugn gata i hjärtat av South Charlotte. Vackra trädbevuxna partier med en ström som går genom den och vandringsleder En täckt veranda går hela baksidan av huset.

Huset på 56 kvadratmeter har allt du kan tänka på för ett hem hemifrån. Källaren har ett pentry samt pool- och fotbollsbord. Huset har också en enorm pool. Vacker eldstad utanför.

Nära till I-485, livsmedelsbutiker, restauranger och shopping, vi är 15 minuter från Uptown. Massor av att göra i huset och i de omgivande områdena.

Great Stay, Terrific Owner

The owner (Nancy) was awesome. Due to another owner cancelling at the very last minute, I was in a crunch to find something. Upon seeing the property available, I reached out and the immediate, cordial communication flow began with Nancy. The home is as described. It is a bit of an older home but has all of the charm, space (inside and outside), and amenities needed for a family gathering.

Family vacation

There was plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfortable and the bunk room was enjoyed by the kids. Everyone enjoyed the pool. Nancy left snacks on the counter for us, and she responded quickly to my messages.

Graduation

Our family traveled from Kentucky to Charlotte for my granddaughter’s graduation. We were greeted by balloons and a graduation gift! Nancy communicated with me throughout the entire stay! The neighborhood was amazing. We were only minutes away from shopping! The home was BEAUTIFUL and well kept! We were so comfortable! It felt like home!!

Weekend to remember!

The property was exactly as described and PERFECT for our family and friends! There were 11 of us in for our son's wedding. From ages 10 to 79! Nancy's home provided more than enough room and was everything you could imagine!! We arrived to a super cute peg board congratulating the new Mr. & Mrs., lots of fun snacks and also a personal note on the chalk board. I am a very detailed person so this meant the world to me! From beginning to end, Nancy ALWAYS answered every question right away. The home was very clean and it literally had anything and everything you could need for a wonderful weekend. Just bring clothes and food!The host provides tons of extra linens and there is easy access, a great convenient neighborhood & the property is GORGEOUS!!! I could continue on and on!! ALL 11 of us were VERY HAPPY with Nancy's home!!! We can't thank you enough, Nancy!!

Beautiful Charlotte Family Home

I can’t say enough nice things about this home! We came to Charlotte for a family vacation with small children and wanted a city with plenty of activities to choose from. We had to have a house with a pool. This pool is the largest single family home pool I have ever seen! Bigger than some hotel pools. The home is so large and has plenty of choices of places for people to gather or be separate if wanted. Huge bedrooms, most with their own private bath! But what made this house better than any other VRBO home is the amenities. Nancy went above and beyond with supplies. We didn’t have to use any of our own toilet tissue, paper towels, kitchen items, even had coffee, Keurig, tea, fully stocked spices, sugar, everything you need to cook. It is so conveniently located to any activity you want to do. Nancy responded to our questions right away. I would give this home a 10 if I could!! Thanks again Nancy!!

Large house - great for family gatherings

We all loved the pool - it was the perfect week-end for it. The kids loved the downstairs area - that was their main hang out and my kids wanted to take the whole area home with us. The bedrooms are all large and the kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook meals. We spent so much time on the large back porch even when it was hot - it was nice there was a little fan out there and the whole yard is very private. Nancy was very responsive and answered all questions - there is a grocery store and cvs very close by.

Simply AMAZING

I wanted something private but with entertainment options for my daughter's 15th birthday. The place was ideal with a private pool. The hostess was so nice and answered me back through text almost immediately. The house was perfect for the age groups that accompanied me. From 2months to a twenty six year old, to two older women (lol), we all had a ball. The cleanliness of the home was great, the area was ideal, and the couple of near by eateries were pretty good. I would suggest this home to anyone that wants to feel pampered and well taken care of.

Excellent Property in Quiet, Attractive Neighborhood

Our group very much enjoyed our stay in Nancy's property. The large home was clean and well equipped. Nancy was very responsive to any questions. Check-in was easy. The home sits on a beautiful, forested lot. We particularly enjoyed the expansive, private back porch. The pool was also very nice. Great home for a large family gathering.

Beautiful settings fantastic house

I rented this house with my siblings for a family reunion. The location was perfect for us and the house had everything. The kids loved taking a nature walk around the property, the pool and the games in the basement. The adults loved the kitchen and the patio.

Blown Away!

This was my first time using Vrbo. I’ve always stayed in hotels. My family and I were all able to be together and enjoy each other. The amenities were amazing. Comfortable bed, soft towels and beautiful area. The pictures do not do this place any justice. Thank You Nancy!

Perfect getway

Nancy's house is GREAT. Perfect size pool. Great kitchen it has everything you need to cook rooms are all great size pool table and other great amenities. Nancy is great at communicating. I can't say enough close to all the shopping. If you can stay the house is bigger then pictures

Beautiful and serene

We had a wonderful time: me, my husband, 2 year old boy, 4 year old boy and 4 month old girl. Also my parents came along and helped with the kids. The backyard is like a secret garden escape. My boys loved taking nature walks multiple times per day. There’s also a beautiful large pool to swim in. Backyard even has a campfire area. House is full of everything you may need. We used “babyquip” to rent baby items and some toys for the kids. It was an amazing service to boot cuz they worked with Nancy to get into the house and have all setup for us. Wonderful stay!!!!

My stay was absolutely phenomenal! Our host was gracious, kind, and extremely compassionate.

The house is beautiful just as stated. What is understated is the outdoor living space and the creek area with petite bridges that cross. You over to the outdoor oasis that is the yard and fire pit. I am runner and the neighborhood is just stunning but the deer....ahhh what a beautiful place to visit. I love it so much I am going purchase a home in that vicinity. Great house. Great stay.

The owner was very attentive. There are dozens of board games and plenty of pool towels. The house was comfortable for a family looking for a COVID-friendly respite. No reason to leave the property.

OMG!

We had a wonderful stay Charlotte. The house was amazing and the location is perfect. Very thoughtful welcome snacks were provided. The house had everything you needed plus some. Draw full of spices, everything you need to bake. Girls made brownies and banana pudding. Plenty of space for our party of 6. Nancy was an awesome host! It was me, 2 girlfriends, and our 3 teenage girls. The girls enjoyed the game room and the pool. She had everything in that game room. Pool table, foosball table ping pong table, Wii, and Xbox. The girls really enjoyed themselves. They swam all day and game room all night. Whenever we had a question. Nancy quickly responded. We had issues with the grill she immediately came over and changed the tank. The house is absolutely lovely! Our only regret trip was way too short.

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood

We had a wonderful stay at this property. There was a small issue with the pool, but Ms Nancy was very responsive and handled the issues quickly. We had a wonderful time and hope to be back again soon!

We love this house because of the setting and the location. It is very unusual to find a home in Charlotte with this kind of lot. There is a stream running through it, and it is so peaceful. Deer, owls, frogs abound in the middle of the city. It's really a wonderful house.

This house is restful and peaceful. Enjoy coffee on the porch watching the deer scamper through the yard, while being just minutes from shopping and the movies! The little bridges over the creek are charming. Huge private pool, a great fire pit, and the awesome basement make it an ideal location to hang out and relax.
