Good Stay

We really enjoyed our stay and the closeness to all major activities. Just two complaints, no hot pads in the kitchen(I love to cook) and the upstairs toilet didn't work.

Bed bugs

The property was beautiful, pool was excellent and had everything we needed. However, our family all got bitten by bed bugs throughout our stay. When I reached out to the property manager SEVERAL times about this issue, I got no response.

Great location

The property was nice but we had some issues that impacted our stay. The upstairs bathroom did not work and it was mentioned in reviews dated back to November and it still hasn’t been fixed. That same bathroom had mold in the shower, so basically that bathroom couldn’t be used. The other spaces in the house were clean with no complaints. It was in a great location and the storylake amenities were great. We had a good trip.

Great location to Disney, Universal and MCO

We did enjoy our stay here and it was a great location to get to Disney, Universal and MCO. Plenty of near buy shopping for essentials and the club house was an added extra bonus. What I didn’t like is that we paid extra for a pool to be heated and it wasn’t for the first three days of our stay. It was a good thing I was there when they came to check it for the second time. I was able to actually talk to the maintenance worker and he agreed that the pool was not heated. I was eventually reimbursed after our stay, but the kids couldn’t use the pool as we intended. The towel policy is hideous. I was charged for stains on towels and submitted a claim to dispute the charges and never heard back. The pictures they sent me had no evidence of any stains. I would consider staying here again only if I can’t find something better in the same location. I would also go to the local Walmart and purchase my own towels and not use any of the ones they provided.

Orlando Resort close to Theme parks

Took my blended family of 4 adults and 7 children to Storey Lake Resort for a vacation. The home was pristine and the accommodations were perfect for the size of my group. My only complaint was that the ice machine did not work on the state of the art refrigerator. The Storey Lake Resort advertises its resort as having its mini golf, lazy river, water slides available to all. This is true. However, it was spring break and clearly they struggled with the crowds. The Hideaway restaurant struggled with the demands of the guests. The gave our order to some one else. We also paid extra for a cabana for the day. They lost our reservation 2 days in a row. IN spite of these issues, the kids loved the amenities and provided hours of entertainment for 7 children. Great property. Resort amenities need improvement in service personnel.

Real sweet stay

This place was great for our entire family! Very clean, plenty of space for everyone on both floors, also awesome to have access to the pool just outside of the glass sliders. Great place to relax and be close to all of the attractions. The complex pool, lazy river and clubhouse area was a great bonus for our family. Would definitely come back.

Would definitely stay here again!

The whole experience was great from check in to check out. The house is beautiful. I would recommend heating the pool. They only provide enough towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, 1 garbage bag, and other essential things for a few days, so we had to go buy stuff. But that was stated in the description of the place so it was expected. The only thing that we had an issue with is my 1 year old found some broken glass by the couch. She didn't cut herself thank goodness. But it was a shock that glass was left like that.. Overall the stay was great and close to so many parks and activities to do with family.

Our vacation

The house was beautiful very clean it look just like the pictures they had the amenities we needed to cook washer and dryer dishwasher. We really enjoyed our stay it was comfortable in the neighborhood was very quiet.

Nice property

Nice property and close to Disney. This complex is great for families as the community pool is wonderful! The unit itself is nice and beds are comfortable. Make sure to bring extra paper products, even toilet paper. We had a nice stay and would recommend this unit.
