Casa Claudio Colorado är en tre sovrum, två badrum enhet i vackra Colorado Springs, CO. Det är helt renoverat inuti (december 2018) och är utrustat med alla nya apparater och helt nya möbler. Det är dekorerat med en rustik glam-känsla. Det är en duplexenhet med ett bifogat bilgarage. Ligger mindre än 2 miles till Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, The Incline, Cave of the Winds och många sevärdheter! Endast ett kvarter bort ligger den vackra Colorado Avenue som har några fantastiska restauranger och butiker. Casa Claudio sover upp till 8 personer och har en king size-säng, en drottning och en tvilling / full våningssäng. Nice space for our four night stay. Centrally located near Manitou Springs, Garden of the God and a nice walk to many shops and restaurants. Plenty of space for our two grown children with us.

Central location

This house was less 20 minutes away from everything we wanted: Cave of Winds, Pike's Peak entrance, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Garden of the Gods, and the USAF Academy. Less than 5 minutes to Safeway (recommended) or King Soopers.The house was as described and had the best stock of commodities of any place so far (toilet paper, soaps, towels, etc).

Enjoyed our stay!

The property is as advertised, well appointed, and comfortable. We loved the sitting room downstairs, it was cozy and the fireplace added to the experience. We have already made reservations to come back this summer!

Location. Location. Location

Not only is this a beautiful, well appointed property it is the perfect home base location. Everything we wanted to do while we were in this area was from 6 minutes to 90 minutes, with most things being under a 20 minute drive. Proximity to downtown Colorado City is fabulous, you just walk down over the hill. It is a safe and quiet neighborhood. Loved our stay!

If you're staying in the Colorado Springs area this is a great home base. It's super close to a ton of great food choices, ice cream and shopping, which are all walkable. I felt the vibe of Old Colorado city was a little bohemian, a little up and coming, but a cool place. The home itself was clean and had everything you needed. We stayed with kids and they had plenty of room. The overall area around is nice. We walked everywhere. I read some comments about the units across the street and they appear to be lower quality but I wouldn't let that scare you away.

Colorado Springs, June 2025

Wonderful little duplex property within a short walk to Colorado Avenue in the historic old Colorado city district. 2 miles from Garden of the gods. Great location. The property is duplex style and the deck is on the front of the house. The backyard patio is very tiny and we did not use that at all. It was a great place to stay for our week as our command post and we day trip from there every day. Our favorite restaurant is a four minute walk away and that is the Italian restaurant named Pavacinis.

Our Experience

We were in town for our son's graduation from USAFA. Lots of shops and eateries within walking distance. Not far from the academy. The house was very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed and then some. The check out process was very simple. The host promptly answered any questions I had before and during our stay. We will definitely consider staying here again when visiting Colorado.

Wedding Vacation

Property was clean and neat. Not all tvs worked. Sometimes difficult to get to because of downtime festival going on. Luckily our driveway was open.

Wonderful place!

We loved staying here! When talking about our vacation our youngest tells everyone about “the place with the bunk beds!” Well equipped with everything we needed and very clean! Would stay here again for sure!

Beautiful cozy home. We went with another couple to watch my son play basketball at the college. Amazing location. We could just walk downtown! Beautifully decorated and owner was so amazing!
