Detta nybyggda hem heter "H. P.'s Hideaway "slutfördes mars 2019. Hemmet har fyra sovrum, tre och en halv bad, ett expansivt rekreationsområde, en valfri uppvärmd pool (se nedan för detaljer), ett hörn mycket för extra integritet, underbara naturliga lövträ hela, stor veranda och mycket mer.

H. P. Hideaway ligger inom gångavstånd från centrum av Tybee, lokal mataffär, restauranger och naturligtvis ... stranden!

Golv ett (under hemmet) består av en stor lekplats / rekreationsområde med en 55 tums tv, sittgrupp, bordtennisbord, dartbräda och rymlig pool (20 av 10). Det kommer också att finnas flera solstolar, en utdragen 12 vid 12 tält, och en strandvagn tillhandahålls.

Våning två består av en öppen planlösning som innehåller huvudmatsal, vardagsrum, halv badrum och fullt utrustat kök. Den främre veranda är tillgänglig även om den huvudsakliga vardagsrummet och innehåller ett matbord, sittgrupp och en veranda säng med en tvilling madrass som är en perfekt avkopplande plats. Av vardagsrummet är sovrummet och badrummet. Det stora sovrummet har en rymlig king size-säng med en 55 tums TV. Befälhavaren bad har en walk-in kakel dusch, dubbel fåfänga med tullspeglar och en stor soaker badkar.

Våning tre består av tre sovrum och två badrum. Sovrum ett innehåller en king size-säng och en separat dagbädd med en utdragbar trille för ytterligare sovande. Detta sovrum är direkt kopplat till övervåningen badrum ett. Sovrum två innehåller en queen size-säng med en annan dagbädd med en utdragbar trille. Detta sovrum är anslutet till det andra sovrummet. Det tredje sovrummet innehåller en queen size-säng och tillgång till badrum två via korridoren. Alla rum är utrustade med kabel-TV.

Beautiful Home with a cute pool

This place was perfect for our stay. We are a family of 5 and we had a set of grandparents as well. We were close enough to walk to a lot of the places on the south side of the island and the kids LOVED the pool during our down time at the house. This place checked all of the boxes.

Family time!

Had a great fall break with the family! House is very spacious and well appointed. We rented a golf cart which made getting around much easier for those who didn’t like to walk. Pool was perfect for the kids. We enjoyed how laid back the island was. No hustle and bustle and great for relaxing. Would book this house again.

Great house and location

Despite hurricane Helene trying to ruin our fun, our two families had a great time. The house is as pictured and described. Plenty of space, lots of natural light, and fun activities for the kids. They loved ping pong, cornhole, and darts! The pool was a hit, as well. You can easily walk to the beach and restaurants from the house. We made a brief visit to the beach and didn’t need to use the provided supplies, but they have a wagon, chairs, toys, etc! We would definitely stay here again…just hoping for no hurricanes!

Beautiful fun hideaway on Tybee

I stayed here for a girls trip before my sister gets married next month, and we all had a great time. Couldn’t figure out how to turn a few things on, but the host quickly responded when I had questions. Definitely would recommend this place! It has plenty of room for everyone and all the beach equipment you could need. Thanks again for letting us stay in your home.

We loved our stay at this rental property

Loved our stay here. Everything was perfect. The house was very roomy and worked well for our family of 5 adults and 4 children. Was very homey. Furniture was nice and very comfy and lots of games for the grandchildren to play. 6 blocks from the beach but we loaded everything on back of truck and dropped off at the beach. Sound close by. Tybee island market close by. We all had a great time. Would definitely stay here again. 5 stars for us⭐️Host was very helpful with any questions about local activities and dining.

Perfect place to stay for a relaxing vacay

The property is gorgeous! The size of the house was perfect for our family of 7. The pool is on the smaller size but was great for our younger children. We spent our days at the beach then our evenings in the pool and playing darts and ping pong. The only thing was the walk to the beach was longer than expected with little kiddos in tow

Great location, super clean!

Best vacation house!

This is an amazing house with lots of amenities! My family and I stayed here during our annual Holiday vacation. It is close to everything. Beds are comfortable: we thoroughly enjoyed this. The hosts are quite responsive and helpful. I have shared this listing with numerous friends so more can enjoy this beautiful home. Can’t wait to go back!

Family Christmas

This was the perfect spot for family Christmas with 3 couples & 87 year old mother. We grew up visiting Tybee every summer. We’d rent a beach house for Aunts, Uncles, and cousins from Savannah & Atlanta & we’d drive down from Memphis. The beach has certainly changed & improvements to some homes & cottages- but it’s mostly the same with Chu’s & Christy’s & laid back old beach town vibes.

Family Vacation

This place was great! Beautiful home, comfy beds, close to everything, and they had everything we needed for the beach - towels, toys, beach cart, etc. the game area in the basement was a huge hit for our 3 kids. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Awesome house

Family beach trip

We loved our stay. Everyone loved the location. We did rent a golf cart. The walk to beach is a bit far if you are carrying beach stuff and have little ones. We will stay here again.

Tybee multi family vacation

Great place, close to the beach and a great neighborhood . Home was well equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of fun for everyone including the pool, ping pong, dart board and movies. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation on Tybee

We had a wonderful stay on Tybee. The home had all the amenities we needed and was fun for the kids having the pool and ping pong table. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. Communication with the owners was easy and they gave some great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. We would definitely recommend.

Great for families

House had everything we needed. Loved the pool and ping pong table. Deck with swing was a plus. You will want to consider renting a golf cart because walk to beach is tough with chairs etc. There were plenty of chairs and toys there to use.

Wow! Wow! Wow!

Amazing property with everything. Within walking distance to the beach; pool; space for everyone; responsive property management. Too hot to enjoy the ample outdoor games in garage area but would have otherwise. Most well equipped kitchen we’ve ever rented. Plenty of dishes, flatware, cookware & every small appliance you’d possibly need. Plenty of towels & beach towels. Easily the best house we’ve enjoyed yet!
