Underbara Lake Harmony Estates Winter / Summer Home! 7 sovrum inklusive loft, 18 sovplatser !! Bara köpt och uppdaterat april 2019: gav denna konstruktion 2013 en revitalisering, lägg till dekor av bergetema, lagt shuffle board, lagt cederbastu (ånga eller torrt), lagt veranda swing, lagt Sonos play 5's i båda huvudrummen, uppgraderat WiFi till företagsklass 802. 11ac med flera åtkomstpunkter (inga döda platser och brinner snabbt för 75+ enheter), bytte alla 9 tv: er till Firestick 4k med Hulu Live TV, Netflix och Amazon Prime.

På första våningen finns ett 26 "x 18" spelrum med biljardbord, en 55 "LCD-TV och en Sonos 5 stereoanläggning. Arcade Legends multi-cade-spel är upplagt för gratis spel och innehåller 200 av dina favorit och klassiska arkadespel, inklusive Mortal Combat, Pacman, Mrs. Pac Man, tusenben, asteroider, super breakout och många fler, allt i spelrummet på första våningen. Direkt utanför spelrummet är uteplatsen som rymmer 6 till 8 personer badtunna.

Ligger på andra våningen är det stora stora rummet som har en katedral tak, en golv till tak sten gas inomhus / utomhus spis, en 65 "LCD-TV och en Sonos spela 5 stereo. Det moderna köket är perfekt för matlagning för stora familjer med sin rymliga granitbänk och frukostbar med plats för 3. Det är fullt utrustat med alla de grundläggande köksredskapen, och har ett 25 kubikfot sida vid sida kylskåp, en keramisk kokkärl och ugn, och en mikrovågsugn översteg. Vår matsal har en 8 "massiv trä bord med plats för 10.

På tredje våningen finns ett stort 14 'x 12' loft med utsikt över det stora rummet och har en fantastisk utsikt över utomhus genom chalet windows. Loftet är möblerat med en dubbelsäng i två storlekar och en dubbelsäng med utrullning och en 32-tums LCD-TV

Vårt hem ligger bara över 5 minuters promenad till sjön Harmony, en privat sjö som tillåter fiske, power båtliv, vattenskidor och simning. Vår privata Lake Harmony community beach har ett simbassäng, picknickbord och beachvolleyboll. Tennis och Shuffleboard domstolar tillgängliga att använda i grannskapet. Vandra de vackra spåren av Hickory Run State Park och Austin Blakeslee Natural Area, bara några miles away. Hemmet ligger 5 minuters bilresa till Big Boulder Ski Resort och 10 minuter till Jack Frost som erbjuder skidåkning, snowboard och snö slangar. Andra lokala attraktioner inkluderar Pocono Raceway, bara 5 miles away samt Split Rock resort, bara en halv mil bort. Andra aktiviteter i närheten inkluderar snöskoter, ridning, paintball, vandring, forsränning, fiske, jakt, minigolf, vattenparker, kasinospel, bowling, biograf, flera golfbanor och shopping. Bachelor Party Weekend

We had an amazing time with the guys for a bachelor part weekend. Great location for outdoor activities. Plenty to do both outside and in the house. Very comfortable for large group. Would absolutely recommend for others to stay!

Fun Friends winter get away

Beautiful clean house with full amenities. Great location close to restaurants, snow activities and paintball. The teens had a blast in the house game room. Enough space for privacy. Highly recommend.

Lake harmony getaway

My friends and I absolutely loved this property. It fit all 18 of us perfectly. Our crew loved the jacuzzi and the sauna. The outside fireplace was a nice touch as well. The only thing i would change was the refrigerator but other than that we loved everything. The host Ryan answered all of our questions and was extremely accommodating.

Place was fine but despite paying for towels and toilet paper we ended up running out of both. Also the lofted room isn’t private, there is a bedroom connected to it - wish that was more clear in the listing. Otherwise the place itself was decent, it’s a short walk to Lake Harmony

Excellent stay at Lake Harmony

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. Ryan was an excellent host, very attentive to any needs we had that came up. The kitchen is well stocked with items needed to serve and cook for a large crowd. Lots of extra pillows, games & puzzles, supplies were available. The game room was a big hit with both the younger and older crowd, especially the arcade game. The surrounding property is absolutely gorgeous, with wild life all around. We actually saw a bear walking down the street right from the deck! A family of deer also visited us several times during the week. The home has window and wall A/C, but there is no A/C in several of the bedrooms so with the doors closed, it did get hot in some of the rooms nightly. The house was large enough for all 18 of us to spread out and not feel cramped. The hot tub and sauna were a nice way to relax after our days spent hiking to Hawks and Tobeyhanna Falls. We visited Hickory run State park and walked to the community beach on several occasions. Family members also enjoyed playing tennis daily at the community courts. If we ever visit the Poconos again, we would definitely stay at Ryan's home again. Thanks for an overall great experience!

The house is immaculate, had em something for everyone and everything you could need. Kitchen outfitted with all of the essentials. Very smartly laid out, large group but we never felt crowded. Location pretty good short walk to the lake. The lake is clean and beautiful. It is a bit of a hike to the restaurants and ice cream shop if walking (which we did) but that too is enjoyable because the area is very nicely laid out. As you walk you see all of the different houses. If driving, it is very short. The vibe of the house and the area are perfect for a laid back, enjoyable get away. We stayed for 3 nights, the next time we are booking at least 5. Ryan is super responsive and obviously very considerate. A lot of thought went into this house. Awesome time

Family vacation

The property was as advertised. Instructions for using stereo system, tv’s, hot tub, sauna, and game room thorough. The house itself was a perfect set up for our extended family. We enjoyed ourselves.

Family Fun

Our Family came from near and far to spend time together. We relaxed and had fun together in this comfortable house in a beautiful setting. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals for many. This was a vacation that left us feeling more relaxed than usual . Communication with owner was prompt and pleasant.

Best poconos stay, will come back

This was by far the easiest and most pleasant house rental I've had. Came with 14 friends and we never felt like we were on top of eachother. Everything was so neat and clean and thought out. The hot tub and sauna were so amazing. And to put it over the top Ryan was an amazing host. Very communicative and helpful with any and all questions. Highly recommend with big groups. Thank you!

couldn't ask for more

This property left nothing to be desired. Plenty of space for sleeping and hosting a group of 16 people. The hot tub, sauna, table shuffle board, pool table, and firepit kept the group occupied and having fun. The owner picked up on the first ring and was easy to work with. Definitely recommend!

Great Home Base For The Slopes

Our stay at this property was fantastic. The property was nice and well maintained. The owner was also not only easily reachable but also proactive about any issues that did or would have arisen! Each room had it’s own heating system which made it nice for different preferences on how each individual would like to keep their room. You’ll need to bring your own towels, paper towels and toilet paper. Though I think there is an option to request it. Not too long of a drive from Jack Frost Ski Resort as well! Overall the property was very nice and the owner is very responsive and seems to genuinely want you to have the best time with no issues! I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house with plenty of room! Well stocked kitchen and plenty of stuff to do inside the house. 10 family and friends celebrated my 50th birthday. What a great time we had! Highly recommend this property. Close to lake and restaurants.

Well maintained

This house lived up to the pictures. It was in great condition and well stocked. Plenty of dishes and silverware. Loved the Sonos speaker system. Much better than the Bluetooth speaker I usually bring. Property is large and flat. Fire pit has a great view of cascading rock wall. Plenty of seating. See through fireplace throws decent amount of heat on deck side. Very cool. Great game room. Wish we had more time to use it. Loved this place and will book again!

Great spot, definitely recommend!

This house is a wonderful property with many great amenities. We had a lot of girls and there was plenty of beds for everyone, very clean, and overall perfect for our special trip. There were basic supplies provided and a great variety of cooking utensils and pans. Ryan was very responsive when we had a trash issue when we arrived. I definitely would recommend this property and hope we come back to the area to stay again. Thank you!

Perfect getaway with friends

The property perfectly suited our large group. Everyone was comfortable and there was plenty of things to make for a good time between the beach access, game room, fire pit, and hot tub. The house was very clean and the distance to the lake was great. Would love to stay at this property again.

We bought this house in March of 2019 mainly because of our love for outdoor adventures during all seasons. We love to mountain bike, rock climb, snow board, snow ski, water ski, wake board, slack line, swim, kayak, white water raft, canoe, hike, camp, back pack, and just about anything else that requires the outdoors.

From our primary home in Wilmington, DE our vacation home is less than 2 hours away. This house is our base-camp for all the things we love to do. It is so relaxing to come back to our home after a day out in the woods, on the slopes, or on the water and just kick back and recharge for the day to follow.

The tranquility of the area is one of the primary reasons we selected Lake Harmony Estates, and the house itself maximizes that perception with its huge windows and 2 story outdoor areas. You really get to enjoy your surroundings. The wildlife you get to experience here is really second to none.
