Canton Cross Country

Great stay in an easily accessible, comfortable location. The cabin had every convenince needed to have a wondeful get away. A bonus part of the trip was relaxing on the deck and watching a bald eagle soar around and land in a tree across the river. Thank you for sharing your cabin.

Perfect Cottage on Grasse River

Just spent 2 amazing weeks in North Country at this amazing river front cottage. Trust me when I say the pictures do not do this place justice. The cottage has everything and the outside grounds and views are so worth it! They have AC, a gas fireplace, WiFi, a dock, patio deck, second story deck, charcoal and gas grill, fully equipped kitchen and appliances. It was very easy for us to get comfortable and enjoy our time. The only reason for my 4 star for description is because it’s so much better than what is listed! The driveway down is worth the initial scare because you enter into your own private lush waterfront oasis. The front porch covered in Morning Glory blooming flowers was my favorite part.

Beautiful cabin

The property was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed. It was peaceful and exactly what we needed for our little get away. The owner was so nice and responded to all my questions. I would recommend this cabin to everyone I know.

Great place with Adirondack vibe

We had a great stay at the rustic cabin. It was clean and stocked full of everything you could need. The space, owners and communication were amazing! Enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the ducks and eagles. We will be staying again for sure. Thanks for a great stay.

Quietness

Cute cottage. Air conditioning worked fantastic, once we found remote. Had to contact host to find out where it was hidden. River was beautiful to look at. But absolutely no fish. Still can’t believe how dirty the inside of the refrigerator was. I had to wipe it out as soon as we got there. Before I could unpack our cooler. Real iffy if we return!

Nice Getaway

My boyfriend and I had a great week of working from home away from home. The cabin is cozy with great wifi and has lovely views even when covered in snow. We also really appreciated the owners’ allowance of pets as it was nice to be able to bring our cat with us versus having to find a sitter for her. :)

Decompression weekend

Felt very comfortable the minute I stepped through the door. Very welcoming, beautiful place to get away from it all. Very unique experience in this cabin on the river. Owners were very accommodating.

Charming cabin on the river

We walked in and were blown away by the charm and view from the front door. Fireplace was on, owner had everything we would need. My daughter now wants to vacation here every year , twice a year! I highly recommend the little cabin on the Grasse River in Chase Mills... you will not be disappointed!

Upstate NY Getaway

My son and I go on a yearly fishing trip to Upstate NY. We had a great time at this cottage. It is out of the way a little bit but that is what we were looking for. Beautiful cottage in a wonderful setting. It had everything we needed. I would enjoy going back again some time. Thank you Sharon and Tim!
